Hello ​@MRK - thanks for posting here! Anyone who follows an athlete on Strava can choose to turn on new activity notifications for that athlete. When that athlete uploads a new activity which is visible to others, the person who enabled new activity notifications will receive a notification on their Strava account. At this time, it is not possible to prevent another athlete from receiving notifications about your new public activity uploads without removing the athlete as a follower or blocking the athlete in question.
