It uploads Pace, Heart Rate, Power & Elevation. How can I add others like Cadence?

I have tried several times to import my Ride workout with no success. i see it on my Health Fitness app, i never see it on Strava app. I have logged out, logged on and tried to Import, no success!I have removed my App from my iPhone and reinstalled, went through the steps to click on Import when i see it and still nothing.  I have tried to create a Support ticket here but looks like they dont allow that?

Like many users here, my runs recorded on my Watch aren’t synching, even after going to the watch app, selecting Unsynched Activities, and hitting Synch. Please don’t erase my runs.

Please see screenshot below.  I am unable to share a run recorded on Strava but not one synched with Strava from Peloton. I used to be able to do this. Not anymore.   2nd screenshot below is a peloton run   

I was recently logged out of my account but the email address that i used to sign up has since been disabled (by the institution that provided the email) and i can no longer log back in (on my phone). On my laptop im still logged in but cannot change the email as any confirmation required is sent to the address which has been disabled. Contacted strava support but not sure how long it will take to get a response. Does anyone know how to change email addresses without requiring access to the original email 

I disconnected my syncing between Strava and EConnected and now i cannot sync again due to the error 403 saying « limit of connected athletes exceedeed ». I tried to contact Strava but told me they can’t help me and send me there so I hope you could find a solution ! Thank you

Hi all, I’ve been on Strava using first a Garmin 530 and now a 1040 for 3 years and 4 months. Nearly 50,000km.I am not sure how it’s supposed to work, but I’ve always had major issues with segments on the Garmin. The issues include:Starred segments don’t always show up on the Garmin. This evening for example, I starred two segments - one showed up, the other didn’t. Segments don’t pop up at all if I’m following a route. I see them on the map, marked in green, but they don’t appear as a live segment unless I stop the route guidance. No segments appear if I search for segments nearby.  No segments automatically appear whilst I’m out (I’m not sure if they should do this).I don’t think it’s device related, as it’s always been the same on the 530 and now the 1040. Could there be something corrupted in the link between Strava and Garmin? I have tried un-synching and re-synching the accounts before, but to n

Hi! My Strava is recording more than I actually walk and my streak on Strava should be about a mounth by now but its like 100 something. Why? I like Strava app but I need to find a new app if it continiues like this….  Can anyone help me? 

I ran a marathon yesterday, which I recorded with my Apple Watch. Ever since, I've been trying to import the activity in Strava on my iPhone. The activity shows up as a new activity under notifications. When I tap "Import" the little wheels keep spinning for a long time. After that it is replaced by a tick but the activity is not actually added to my profile. I've tried many times and it is never added to my profile. The activity shows up normally in my Apple Fitness/Health apps. I've tried just about everything which I could find online in order to solve it. I've rebooted the Apple Watch, the iPhone, logged out and back into the Strava app, deleted the Strava app and reinstalled it, but the activity just won't import. I import activities from my Apple Watch many times a week since years and I’ve never had this issue before. I've also tried importing other activities today and they import just fine. 

Originally my Strava account was created with my Facebook Account - I wanted to change the password, which seemed impossible because I didn't have a password, so I went to disconnect Facebook, then connected my gMail (a different eMail to my Facebook acct), then changed my vanity url (to tr4777), and now when I try to login via Facebook, or also via Google - it looks like my account still exists, but I no longer have my premium Subscription, my entire workout history is completely gone (years and years), and all my friends are back to 0. Would someone please be able to take a look and help? Slightly freaking out but hopeful Strava Support can help? I would be eternally grateful for all help in recovering my entire history and friends. Thanks in advance!

Hi all,Ever since updating my iPhone to iOS 26 and apple watch to watch OS 26, the Strava app has been crashing every time I tap “Import Activity.” Automatic uploads are working fine. Manual imports via the app cause an instant crash. I’ve already: Restarted my iPhone Reinstalled the Strava app Checked/re-enabled Apple Health permissions Created a support ticket and sent detailed app logs Reached out on both email and Twitter to @StravaSupport (no response yet) Is anyone else facing this issue after the recent iOS update?Any workaround or confirmation if a fix is in progress would be great.Thanks!

Cannot open app. Splash page with Strava logo shows up then app immediately closes. Have tried clearing cache and data. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Still crashing. Android error message states there is a bug in the app and it cannot open. Android v12. Strava v424.12

I am using a Garmin Enduro 3.I have selected every second recording on my Garmin.It accurately records my ride duration.Strava pulls the data over, shows every ride to be a lot shorter in duration, which in turn incorrectly shows my average speed to much quicker.Other data, such as elevation gain and distance is pulled over to Strava exactly as shown in Garmin.13/8/25: Garmin bike ride duration: 1 Hr 14 Mins 30 Secs. The same ride on Strava shows as 46 Mins 30 Secs.10/8/25: Garmin bike ride duration: 2 Hr 10 Mins 17 Secs. The same ride on Strava shows as 1 Hr 35 Mins 16 Secs.9/8/25: Garmin bike ride duration: 3 Hr 57 Mins 41 Secs. The same ride on Strava shows as 2 Hr 28 Min 56 Secs.Does anyone have any idea how to fix this????Why is Strava messing up my ride data when the ride was recorded using a Garmin device?Strava is just a 3rd party social platform which should display users activities.I

My rides do not synchronize to my Strava account from my Apple Watch anymore. I can see them in the overview, but nothing happens after using the “importing”-function.Runs and other workout types work as usual. Does anyone has any idea how to fix that? :)

Hello, I’ve just bought a Decathlon CW500 cardio watch and I’m trying to connect it to my Strava account, but an error message appears saying that there are too many athletes connected and that the quota needs to be increased. Who should I contact? How can I successfully connect the two applications?

I'm having errors with date and time of workouts done in Runna. Morning workout in Runna is being imported as evening workout the previous day in Strava

On the power curve tab for some recent activities, I only see the last 6 weeks curve but not the currently viewed activity curve. If I click on "zone distribution" or "25w distribution" I just get a spinner and the data never loads (see screenshot below). The power data appears to show fine in the timeline view in the "overview" section, but for some reason the more detailed views don't show the data or don't ever load. Any idea how I can see the power data for my rides? Thanks!

Does anyone got the same issue as me ? Since two days, every time I try to go on maps to create a route, the app just crash. 

How do you remove the “favorited or enabled notifications for you” list under your “Followers” list?  I have a few people in their own category that I have not activated this option and I can’t figure out how to get rid of this group of people.  Any help out there? 

Hi,I'm having issues specifically when I play football and record it on my Apple Watch (Series 10, since i've had a new watch, no issues on my previous watch).My strava is set to Dutch, so is my Apple Watch, my iPhone and my email languague, every setting I can find is set to Dutch. Yet somehow when I record an activity as football it uploads it in english (and it seems to be with wrongly calculated distances and speed). When I walk normally outside, distance gets measured better. It’s mainly off when I play football (old watch seemed to be more accurate). However the activity still gets uploaden in English.Anyone has any idea how I can resolve the languague/measuring issue?I have tried reinstalling the app on iphone and apple watch, changing languague to english and back to dutch, noone have seemed to fix the issue.

I noticed since 7th July that all my activities, which are hikes, do not include the map recorded by my Amazon fit/Zepp application.  I found a question on the community which had suggestions that I followed.  None worked and after following the last, and most radical I discovered what may be the issue and cause. This suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall the Zepp application, which I did.  The result was that the map data was completely lost and a message stating that it had not been backed up to cloud. Issues;The app should have alerted the user that the map had not been uploaded, given a reason and suggestions. There should have been a warning that uninstalling the app would completely lose this data. The instructions to fix after reinstallation are correct and should be updated.None of these are Strava issues, but I hope it will explain the problem to other users and help them resolve the issue.
