Restore unsynced activity on apple watch

Hi everyone,

Earlier today, I did a normal run. I used the Strava app on Apple Watch. As usual, after arriving home, I went to the Unsynced section in the strava app on the Watch, selected the activity and, by accident, insead of pressing Sync, I pressed Delete. 

Does anyone know if there is a way of restoring the run?
