moving time in haylou different

the last 3 activity i was doing, haylou apps and strava moving time is so different. in haylou apps it was 40 minutes while in strava it just 12 minutes. it affect my other info at strava. i connected my haylou solar ultra to the strava app. is it my watch that was wrong or what. what should i do?

watts garmin not in line with strava watts

Hello, When reading several topics on watts shown on strava vs in garmin connect, I can see now how you can detect if power meter is used or not in Strava data. Now when checking power data ( average over complete ride ) this is slightly different compared to garmin. Does it mean Strava makes it own calculation? And if so why does Strava makes it own calculation when data is available via Garmin Connect. BrKris

Strava imports activity name from TrainingPeaks

How do i stop Strava from importing the activity name from Garmin and TrainingPeaks? Suddenly all my workouts are named from TrainingPeaks - and i dont want that to happen in Strava.

Virtual run data on Strava not syncing to nyrr site

Today i recorded a virtual 5k run in Strava which should have synced with NYRR site. This counts for the virtual competition i have registered with NYRR. I would like Strava to rectify this issue by syncing the data with NYRR

Bug Report: distance and speed very low and wrong during some activities

Hello, I currently use a Pixel Watch 2 to track activities. While it works great for walks runs and bike rides, it can't do much else. For example, when walking, running, or biking, speed and distance and gps map are all okay. However, when I try and track anything else (Inline Skate and kayak) the speed is always super super low and the distance is way less than it should be.For example, a friend would go inline skating with me and their speed would be around 7 mph and mine is always stuck at ~1-2 mph. My distance is always super low as well. But when we walk or bike the tracking is just fine.Dont really understand what's going on and why some activities just don't work and walking and biking do very well. I could just use the biking category to track everything but I like the different categories.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Please help or resolve the issue, I really enjoy the UI and tools of strava. Thanks !

Hi, all,  I just completed my longest run, and it’s not included among my Strava activities. 🤨 I used my Apple Watch, hit Pause, hit Finish, and hit Save.Any chance it’s still in the system and can be retrieved? Thoughts?Thanks.

Will my paused walk show on my new phone?

I am 2 days into a long walk I a doing. Sadly, my phone is broken. I have paused the walk on Strava but once I get a new phone, if I log into it will this new journey pull through on it or will I have to publish the 2 days on my broken phone and then re-start on the new phone?

trava OAuth Redirect URI Still Invalid After Updating to Live Domain

Hi Strava Support Team,I’m facing an issue with my app's OAuth flow. Even after updating the Authorization Callback Domain to my live domain, I keep getting this error: {"message":"Bad Request","errors":[{"resource":"Application","field":"redirect_uri","code":"invalid"}]}App ID: 156908 What I’ve Tried: Updated Authorization Callback Domain to www.utmost.fitness in the Strava API settings. Waited more than 24 hours. Cleared all Laravel and browser caches. Confirmed that the route exists and the redirect URL matches exactly. Tried both with and without www. in the domain. The same redirect URI works perfectly on localhost (127.0.0.1:8000), but fails on the live domain. Despite this, I still receive the redirect_uri invalid error.Could you please confirm if this domain has been properly whitelisted, or let me know if there's a known issue with domain updates not reflecting?

Activity Totals Mixed

Strava occasionally mixes the distances in my activity totals. I mostly cycle using a Garmin device, but also track walking activities with my iPhone on the Strava app. After the walk, I upload the activity and change the description to “Walk”. Strava usually excludes the walking miles from my cycling total, but occasionally the walking distance is included in total cycling miles. Once included, I have been unable to get the miles out unless I delete the activity. Any insight into the way to correct would be appreciated.

Apple Watch and Strava Conflict

This problem continues and is clearly not solved. I have updates the Strava app and still the Apple Workout app takes over turning off Strava and deleting the workout results.  Maybe time to dump the watch.

Heart Rate Data Not Uploading

I program workouts on my Apple Watch 7 and the data auto-syncs with Strava once completed. Last night my phone and watch updated their operating systems, only an incremental update not a full version upgrade. I tracked a run this morning and noticed that my heart rate data didn’t transfer across. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this? Apple Watch 7. WatchOS 11.5Iphone 12 Mini. IOS 18.5

Need Help: Unable to Share Strava Activities to Instagram 🚴📲

Hello Strava Community,I hope everyone is doing great! I’m reaching out for help with an issue I’ve been facing when trying to share my Strava activities directly to Instagram. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps provided in the forums, I’ve had no luck resolving the problem. Here’s a summary of what I’ve already tried:Both Strava and Instagram apps are updated to the latest versions. I’ve logged out and back in on both apps. I’ve deleted and reinstalled both apps to reset their connections.Unfortunately, when I attempt to share an activity from Strava, Instagram doesn’t appear as a sharing option. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I see, which might provide more clarity.What’s been particularly frustrating is that I’ve reached out to Strava Support multiple times since December, but I haven’t received any response. While I understand these things can take time, I was hoping for at least some acknowledgment of my issue.If anyone in the community has experienced this before

App freezing when in Progress tab, when scolling past Training Log

Hi, anyone else finding the Strava App freezing when viewing Progress tab and scrolling through past the Training Log and hangs showing April month’s recap? It sometimes just show “Loading” but I have to exit the app and start again.  I just want to track the relative effort from the past weeks and used to see it on this page but that seems to have stopped for some weeks. Just tried logging out from the App, remove App, restart phone, get app, log in, restart phone but that didn’t resolve it.  Any ideas?

GPS record when swimming

The pace computed by Strava is incorrect because I swam continuously. The Iphone is partially immersed… Why  these non existing stops during à continuous Swimming ? Thanks a lot for helping

GPS glitch and wrong distance showing on Strava

I have just completed a cycle - of 56km, but there seems to have been a GPS glitch and Strava isn’t showing the whole route and is showing the wrong distance (22km). Is it possible to correct this somehow?

heart rate data has stopped displaying

I have used my Garmin watch to track all activities for over a year. It has always included heart rate data.This week, I'm tracking runs as usual using my watch, but heart rate data isn't included on my strava summary (it shows heart rate in my garmin app). All other data from my run syncs to strava.I have checked the settings and have consented to sharing health data.How do I get strava to show/sync this data again!? And why has it suddenly stopped?

[Resolved] Live Segment Shows Green Screen

When in a segment, the screen shows the screen as green rather than showing my progress vs prior runs on this same segment. Is this a glitch or a new feature that I don’t understand?

Amazfit active 2 shows as only amazfit active

I tried connecting my amazfit active 2 to Strava and did a run. The gear shows just amazfit active instead of active 2. As suggested by others disconnected both apos, manually downloaded gpx/fit files and manually uploaded on strava website. Still the gear shows wrong. I want it to be displayed as Active 2 instead of just Active. Any help..

My Profile in Android App gone?

Hi,(I hope I posted this in the correct section, please bear with me if not)I just recently updated the Android app on my phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro), and it seems I can no longer access my profile. I used to be able to do this by tapping on the “You” button on the bottom right and then there was a button on the top (a clipboard icon, I think?) where I could see my profile. I used this to check my shoes (I always used whichever pairs had fewer miles on it), but now I can no longer do that. Is this a feature or a bug, or did it simply relocate somewhere else?Thanks

Live segment shows negative time when being behind

When on a Live Segment (on my Garmin 1030), the positive and negative time differences are the complete opposite of what you’d expect if you’ve ever watched a sports event on the TV.For example on Il Giro right now - When a rider/group is behind the leader, they are listed with +minutes:seconds (Positive value)On Live Segment it’s the complete opposite! When I’m behind I’m being shown a negative value. This goes so hard against common sense that I feel like Strava is trolling me.

Decathlon Connect transfer activities to Strava

I have purchased a Decathlon GPS SmartWatch (Kalenji CW900HR GPS).and recorded three activities yesterday, which were synched to the Android App of Decathlon Connect(https://support.decathlon.de/decathlon-connect)Prior to that, I had connected Decathlon Connect to Strava:Why are those acitivies not visible in Strava?
