Hi all,

This is not the usual issue of iFit not syncing at all with Strava, as mine syncs most of the time.

I am set up so that every time I complete a ride on my NordicTrack studio bike, iFit shares the workout with Strava, but every now and then I will do a ride and it will not sync, no matter what I try.
This afternoon I completed two workouts and even though they are both showing on the. iFit calendar, only the first has migrated across to Strava. It will be working fine for another week or so, then will happen again.
It happened a few times last year which I wasn’t too fussed about, but I use Strava as my main workout diary and decided to exercise every day in January. Everything migrated across without issue until January 12th, where Strava thinks I had a rest day, whereas today is actually day 18 of exercise.

I know it’s not the end of the world, but rather frustrating all the same and I’m hoping if it’s a known issue, there might be an easy fix, outside of rebooting and reinstalling, which I’ve tried.

TIA

Hey @WattyS,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’ll be sure to share this to my team.
In the meantime, please go ahead and manually export any missing activities you have from iFit.

Export Individual Workouts

  1. Log in to your iFit account online.
  2. Hover over Menu at the top, then click Workouts from the list.
  3. From the History tab, click the completed workout that you want to export.
  4. You should see the Export button right above the workout details. Hover over it, then select the format you’d like. For map-based workouts, you can export your data in GPX, TCX, CSV, or KML format. For all other workouts, you can export them in TCX or CSV format.

For more information, please reference iFit's help center article: https://www.ifit.com/blog/export-workout-data/

Once you have the activity file(s) you can upload the activities here: https://www.strava.com/upload/select

Hope this helps and thank you for sharing.
