Hello. I can’t change my email address. i switched phone. I want to change the email address associated with my account for accessibilty reason but everytime I change it, it tells that something went wrong and try again later. Please help me with this. Hey everyone,I just got the Xiaomi Watch S4 recently and have been using it with the Mi Fitness app. It’s already linked to Strava, and my outdoor walking activities sync perfectly no problem there.But here’s the issue:Any outdoor cycling activity I record using the watch does not sync to Strava.I tried short tests (500m+, GPS was on, strong signal) still nothing shows up on my Strava account.Things I’ve tried:✅ Unlinked & relinked Strava✅ Restarted both phone and watch✅ Tried both WiFi and mobile data✅ Synced Mi Fitness with Google Fit (still didn’t show in Strava)It’s honestly super frustrating since cycling is my main cardio and I was expecting this flagship watch to handle that no problem. so i recently started to cycle on a Bluetooth Connected fitness bike.  i Connect my Apple Watch and record to Apple fitness. once done i import to Strava. I want to show the distance i have cycled but Strava is not showing the data even though its avaible via Apple fitness. is This a missing feature? A bug? Am i missing someting?  Best reguards.

Several times now my Apple watch is stopping with low battery after a run with Strava. I record my 50 min run in my watch (series 6) with battery on ~50%.Soming back home, before I can synchronize the run, the watch suddenly turns off due to low battery power. If I can manage to synchronize the run immediately as I get home, the battery level remains OK.Also the recharging, getting back to live takes longer  and it drains the battery down immediately as long the run ist not synched. After synching everything is back to normal. Any idea how to solve this issue?

How do you assign shoes to a bike?I have selected Cycling as my default sport but when I try to add shoes to a bike I do not get a choice of bike only Running  , walking etc. sports.

Apologies if that has been responded somewhere already but couldn’t see any recent post and want to believe there is a fix for this.In short, the 1km auto-laps from my Apple Watch (using native workout app) are not showing correctly on Strava, where some of the laps are way offs (not seconds, like a minute in some instance). I have my Apple Watch in the simplest setting: no auto-pause, not pace range alerts, etc. just the basic 1km lap marker. I obviously sometimes manually pause my watch at red lights, etc. Total distance, average pace and time all match. Just wrong splits. Does this has a fix? I would be shocked if not, which would basically prevent me from using Strava going forward. And hopefully

Hello, I shared this in another post, but since the owner of that (now marked as solved) thread believes this might be a different issue, I wanted to create a new topic. I use an Apple Watch Ultra and the native Apple Fitness app to record my runs. I sync the activities to the Strava iPhone app. I’m having issues with split paces for runs where there are pauses and resumes during the run. This also affected my PRs — now I have dozens of strange PR values (e.g., 3–4–5s/km!). There are lots of people (including two of my friends) having this issue for a very long time. It’s really strange that it still hasn’t been identified by Strava. If they looked at the strange PRs recorded with Apple Watch, they would definitely notice this. Here’s my typical running scenario where I encounter this problem consistently:• I start a run using the native Fitness app on my Apple Watch Ultra.• I run ~3 km.• I

As mentioned in the title - Roller rides recorded as Indoor ride via Wahoo elemnt roam do not take into account breaks distorting the average speed, neither auto-pause nor manual pause are taken into account when the workout is synced with the strava. thus distorting average speed a lot

i want to join strava subscription by using the student 50% discount method but sadly i dont have any credit card of sort of them, is there any way that i could pay without a credit card?

Some of my historic apple health workout data has successfully synced over to Strava, but much of it is missing. For some reason, some information from 2021 synced, then there’s a gap, and then the data restarts when I setup my Strava account in November 2025. I’m missing everything prior to 2021 and between Sept 2021 and 2025.

Hi AllMy Huaewi Gt5 Pro records walking and outdoor cycling on Strava nicely but is not syncing golf and spinning (indoor cycling). Anyone encountered the same issue and have a solve?Thanks

Strava is creating fake workouts for Apple Health and Apple Fitness. Strava is recording many traditional strength training sessions at random times throughout the day. Do you know how to fix this? 

I completed 2 different workouts from my Apple Watch this morning.  The first one was labeled as HIIT and did not import into Strava.  I then completed a walking workout which was imported automatically like normal.  I’ve uninstalled the apps, re-synced, and still can’t get the missing workout to import in.  What else can I try? when I check in the Strava app under connected devices, the Apple Watch keeps showing to accept permissions but there isn’t any other options to share or accept.  

Hi all.  I have been discussing this issue with the support for over one year now, and nothing happens. I would really know if there are more people out there that experience issue.When I edit a “ride” I get this “strava server has encountered an error...” message. My workaround is to first save the ride as a run, and then switch it back to ride. After this I can enter details to the ride.I think it is connected to my account/profile, while I have tested on several phones (Samsung two models, and Iphone). And while I have had it for so long, several strava app version are tested. How to get help with this issue?Cheers! Daniel 

Hello,I did a run with my Garmin yesterday and noticed that Strava only imported a part of the track whilst Garmin Connect and other connected apps show the complete track. The Strava record stops at a point where I had to pause for some seconds to cross a street (I resumed the run afterwards). Deleting the record and manually re-importing it as a .fit file didn’t help.Is that a known bug or has anyone a clue what might be the problem?Thank you very much for your help! :)

I have synched my Strava account to my Peleton Tread. I get most of the data coming across fine when I run on the Tread. But what I don’t get is any elevation data which means that all my elevation data on Strava is undercooked. How do ai change this so it comes across?

 Hello, I have a problem with the location that Strava records resulting in a distance that is much higher than the actual distance I run. Today for example at some point it recorded a kilometer in less than a minute, that would make me one of the fastest people alive - which I am absolutely not. So therefore my question whether I can change this. Going on the website and pressing the correct distance doesn't work and will give me an even higher pace.. For context, this is what my map looks like.     

I‘m using my Apple Watch on a treadmill which allows the Watch connection to gym equipment, i.e. the Apple watch data such as heart rate is displayed on the treadmill monitor, and the treadmill data (such as speed) is synched to the Apple Watch.  When I review the data in Apple Fitness, I see the correct data, especially the average time/km for every km. The overall time/km is also correctly shown. When I review the data in Strava, the average time/km for every km is incorrect. The overall time/km is correct. It appears that Strava gets the calculated time/km from Apple (the data the watch would assume when not connected to the treadmill) instead of the synched data from the treadmill.First Strava data (second picture with wrong data), then Apple data:

When using Strava on Apple Watch it does not record distance. It records all other parameters fine, route, heart rate, elevation etc. also when cycling or skiing it records distance just fine. I have tried reloading the app on phone and watch. Hope someone can help. Thanks 

Dear Team,  I have a smart watch KT71 and app Da Fit synced quite well. However, for our corporate competition, I will need to have activity log on my Strava Account.  I already connected Da Fit app with Strava but activity log does not appear on Strava.  I also tried another approach to disconnect smart watch from Da Fit and on Strava Sensors tried to add the device but it does not even appear on sensors section even though bluetooth is on.  Any ideas? Since a few days the calories shown in Strava from imported activities (e.g. from Polar) are completely wrong.Although the support article https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216917097-Calorie-Calculationstates that ... "Strava shows Calories as they were provided to us by upload partners."... the calories shown for an imported activity (from Polar) ...do not correspond to the values displayed in the device/app which recorded the activity (e.g. Polar) are completely overstatedThis issue exists for a couple of days. Until last Tuesday, Nov 2, the calories for a run shown in Strava was identical to the value provided by Polar.However, since Saturday, Nov 6 there are huge discrepancies between the calories calculated in Polar and the values shown in Strava:14k run: Polar 677 Kcal, Strava 1316 Kcal 5k  run: Polar 241 Kcal, Strava  453 Kcal 12k run: Polar 573 Kcal, Strava 1108 Kcal

Something happened with my walking activity from yesterday. I can’t find it at “my activities”.  I can still see the photo in my gallery and even open and edit the activity from there, but it doesn’t appear in my activity list. It’s like the activity fell into a parallel universe; it exists, but also kind of doesn’t.The activity is definitely saved somewhere in my account since I can access it through the photo gallery, but for some reason it doesn’t show up in my main activities list or feed. I haven’t deleted it and it’s not hidden. It’s just not showing up where it should. I’m trying to figure out whether this is a syncing bug, a database glitch, or something else. Maybe good additional information is that something went wrong with the GPS at the end of the activity. No idea if this could be related.  Anyone an idea how I can recover it?

I have consistently used auto-pause on rides (urban and trail) to great effect through multiple iterations of Apple Watch (series 6, Ultra, Ultra 2, Series 10) and versions of watchOS.  However about 3 months ago I noticed that auto-pause would stop with my first rest… and never resume.  This happened on my Ultra2, series 10 and now on my Ultra3.  This worked flawlessly for years… and now seems completely broken (I have not completed a ride successfully with auto-pause since the behavior started).  I ride with just the watch (as I have always with no issue).   Is anyone else experiencing this?

This is a strange thing. I am using my Pixel 3 watch (Fitbit app on my Pixel 9 Pro Fold phone) to track activities (long dog walks, runs on the treadmill, outdoor skating). I’m also using ROUVY to ride indoors. As far as I can tell, both of these apps are linked to my Strava account to automatically show these activities. However, none of these activities are showing in my Strava dashboard. The strange thing is that I get friends on Strava sending me kudos for these activities (notifications). Yet, I don’t see these activities in Strava myself. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling Strava on my phone. I’ve also unlinked and reminded my ROUVY account with Strava as well.Any ideas? This is really odd to me.
