I’ve been selecting indoor run on my Apple Watch but it records the run completely wrong, twice now. My data says I ran 0.04miles and my pace was 7 hours per mile. How do I fix this?  The nike run app records my run correctly. Is it because I have two recordings at the same time?  

I have been on a run this morning (approx 07:40) and it is 15:03 and still no upload onto Strava. The run has been recognised on Garmin Connect but not my Strava. Ordinarily the upload is near instant. I have logged out of Strava and back in again. As well as pressing sync a few times.

in the last month or so it can take up to at least an hour to sync my walk from my Apple Watch and now I am experiencing this with Rouvy.Has something changed with Strava or are there issues?

Hi - my recently bought Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 has issues finding the GPS when I open it pre-run.I've tried resetting the watch completely, giving all permissions to the Strava app, rebooting, clearing the cache, force stop etc, but go through periods of 'error preparing exercise, please try again' on the GPS fix screen when trying to start a run.Sometimes it does work, then other times not despite locations not varying. Not sure if this is a hardware issue but checking to see if others have the same issue...

This post is intended to clarify a recurring explanation in this forum that elevation issues with Apple Watch are “Apple’s fault”. I am using an Apple Watch Ultra 3, which records elevation using a barometric altimeter. Here’s the situation:Smart trainer connected to MyWhoosh for power/cadence/control. Garmin chest strap connected to MyWhoosh for HR. Everything works and syncs correctly with Strava after uploading ride. The problem is that I only see partial HR data in the Health app (two data points and an average HR that is close but not the same as Strava). This problem then gets replicated as partial HR data in the Fitness app and any app that pulls from Health (e.g. Bevel). All permissions are set correctly in Health and Strava. Also, when I do an outdoor run with Apple Watch using the Strava app there’s no issue. 

Hi all, When I record a ride with my Apple Watch, everything works perfectly: I get the full route, heart rate, and all metrics in Strava. However, when I follow a route (for example a planned route / navigation), the heart rate data is missing, even though the route itself is recorded correctly. What is the correct way to record a ride with navigation enabled and still keep heart rate data from the Apple Watch? Should the activity be started on the Watch or on the iPhone? Is there a specific Strava or Apple Watch setting required? Or is this a known limitation?  Thanks in advance for your helpmarcel

There have been multiple occasions now where distances recorded in a workout from Samsung health to Strava are off by a significant margin. Recently, both a run and ski workout I've logged have been out by up to 200m on a 5km run. The pace is correct but the moving time and distance is wrong. I have a Galaxy watch 6 classic and I believe this issue started ever since the oneui 8 update. Maybe Samsung has changed their API and Strava is yet to re-adjust their import process?  It's not fun running a 5km pb and having Strava say I didn't run far enough! (Not this run haha)  

Hello, it seems garmin gpsmap h1 is not known by strava at thé moment (élévation is not taken from the device and no mention of the gps unit, contrary to all my others unit). Is it planned ?Thanks for your answer.

Durante la registrazione di un allenamento compaiono segmenti che snaturano il percorso reale modificandone di molto la percorrenza reale ed il tracciato.....su un anello di circa 3 km a piedi alla fine mi ha tracciato si l' anello ma aggiungendo una serie di segmenti per un percorso totale di 14 km....Ho cancellato cache poi i dati poi ho provato a reinstallarla senza risultati. Il sistema operativo e' Android 15 sempre aggiornato regolarmente . In oltre 2 anni di utilizzo e' la prima volta che mi succede . Grazie 

Hi!  Good day everyone,Is anyone knows how to fix my strava because my steps doesn't show up in my activity feed after my walk activity. 

A few weeks ago, elevation gain started showing up as 0 for all hikes and runs auto-imported to Strava from my Fitbit Charge 6. I understand it doesn't come from the data coming from Fitbit, as it doesn't track elevation. If I use 'correct elevation' link on Strava website for a specific activity, the elevation gain number is added. It used to show up automatically, so something must have changed.The same hike tracked directly with Strava app on the phone shows correct elevation gain right away, but of course it's missing the heart rate data then.Was this feature removed unintentionally?..

Three are ski sensoras carv and it counts everything very precesly so i am wondering can i use it like a strava sensor?

So I finished a ride on my bike, and about 15–20 minutes after the ride I didn’t really pay attention to it.After about an hour, the activity was still processing. Two hours later, it was still processing, and now it’s been over 4 hours stuck on “Processing Activity.”How could this happen, and how can I fix it? I really don’t want to lose my ride.​​​​​​​​​

Has anyone experienced issues with activities not counting toward Group Leaderboards when the route includes a tunnel?In our case, there is a specific tunnel under Madrid–Barajas Airport that consistently causes problems. Whenever a ride crosses this tunnel, the activity seems to be automatically excluded from the group leaderboard, as if it were flagged or invalidated in some way.The activity itself uploads correctly and appears normal (distance, time, elevation, etc.), but it does not contribute to the group leaderboard results. This happens repeatedly and only on routes that pass through this tunnel. Is this expected behavior due to GPS signal loss, data smoothing, or some kind of automated validation/anti-cheating logic?Is there any way to prevent this from happening, or to correct it after the activity is uploaded?Any insight from Strava staff or the community would be appreciated.

Hi everyone!I have a question about importing activities from the SportsTracker app into Strava.I have a lot of workouts recorded in SportsTracker from the past years, but I’ve stopped using that app and would like to move all my activities to Strava.Does anyone know the best way to export or convert SportsTracker files and import them into Strava? Some time ago I linked the Stages cycling app to my Strava account.However, the relative effort numbers via Stages are off the scale! So, I want to remove the link.I cannot find out to do this! I’ve been through all the menus. Someone out there will know…. Thanks.

Hi, for some reasons just can’t sync it!The Xiaomi app detects Strava then when i try to connect, and approve authorizations, it goes to strava.com etc, and then it freezes… Please help.

I done a run and recorded it on my Strava App where I manually click start and finish run from my phone. I usually wear an apple watch series 3 which is synced to my strava but do not use the data. As the watch is quite old I don’t tend to use the data. I did not end my run on my apple watch which was running and only well after my run i ended this on my watch. This data from my apple watch then replaced my data from the strava app. Is there a way I can see my run which i recorded on the strava app rather then the imported from Apple watch?
