Hi, I ran today 3h02min (for the 180 minutes challenge) according to my PolarFlow app and my Asics Runkeeper app. But instead of receiving a challenge badge, the Strava app says:"You ran only 2h59m26sec". Apparently I've stopped once at a crossroad to see if I had to go left or right. Can you please fix this so the real time counts?

The Fitbit Charge 6 used to upload to strava with elevation on hikes bikes walks even though it does not have a built in altimeter, so it has never been possible to track elevation directly with the Charge 6. The GPS chip in the Charge 6 is not designed to display elevation, as it can be very inaccurate. The data i used to see was actually calculated by Strava, and not Fitbit (i.e those who weren’t connected to Strava - or similar app - never saw that data). It seems that there is a recent issue (since Jan 7th 2026) where Strava is no longer able to calculate correctly or just shows 0 (which is what stand alone fitbit is designed to show). One suggested work around : Use "Adjust Elevation" on Strava: Open the affected activity on the Strava website (desktop), click the three-dot menu, and select "Correct Elevation". This forces Strava to recalculate the elevation based on your GPS coordinates and their mapping database.But basically I

Hi, I’ve noticed a possible bug in the Android version of the app. On the “Hide Specific Address” settings page, the hidden area appears to be shifted/misaligned in the preview. Hi there,I signed up on my apple iphone to try a free trial and now trying to cancel.  I can’t cancel through my subscriptions on the apple iphone, nor do i see a way to cancel on the web.  I’ve followed guidance from the Strava chatbot and have had no success.Also when they say what email they will contact its some private relay email address, even though they sent a receipt to my personal email.I’ve basically told the chatbot that I will flag a charge from them as fraudalent since I’ve reached out multiple times.  I haven’t heard from them at all.Anyone else have the same problem?  This seems like a total scam.

I always ran with my cell phone and was able to complete my intervals well using the round button, as the pace then only referred to the current lap and not to the entire kilometer. But recently, the button for recording training has disappeared and I can only pause.Is there another option and why was this button removed? 

Hello,I noticed my running distance is way higher than the real distance. I run Barcelona half-marathon on Sunday and there was a difference of 1.5km in comparison with the real race distance. When I tried the option “correct distance”, it increased some metres. I use Strava on my iPhone and I keep it on my pocket while running. Do I need to change any settings on my phone?  

If you create a manual activity set your mileage to what you ran but click speed don't change anything click off it sets your time to a really high number with a lot of commas then on my profile it said I ran negative hours

If I’m reading this correctly, if I cancel my regular subscription plan and renew as a family plan, my family members can’t already have strava and they’ll lose their data? They’re not subscribers already. 

Hi, asking for help. My running activity has not synced to Atrava. Is there a way to ‘push’ the activity from Garmin Connect to Strava? I would not like to manually add it as much as possible.  Thank you in advance!

Running a Garmin epix pro (1 second recording ) and a wahoo bolt 2. Recording from a wahoo kicker.. power averaging set to include zeros on both devices. After an hour workout Garmin connect shows 182 Watts (average) Wahoo bolt shows 182 Strava - bolt activity shows 182 watts Strava activity imported from Garmin connect shows 175 watts in Strava..With power averaging including zeros on both devices is there anything else I need check in connect,?  It's annoying that data from Garmin and wahoo is absolutely consistent, until it's imported to Strava ! Has anyone found a solution to similar issues ? 

Recently I have been having problems with gps loss during mountainbike rides. It seems to be since my subscription renewed for the year. Same phone, same trails as always. Close to a populated area and with good phone service.  Did something change on the app? I notice a lot more unnecessary animations in the app etc. 

When I upload to Strava from my device it is incorrect. The watch Reflex Active 54 and my phone both have the identical and correct timing however when I upload to Strava I suddenly turn into a superhero. I have run with my phone in hand and without andbyet sit with the same problem. Hello All, I hope to get answer here because Strava Support does not answer.Yesterday evening I had a run and the activity did not log into strava, I proceeded to log out, and when I tried to log back in, it created a new blank account ON the same email. When I followed my main account (the one I had lost access to), I got a follow notification on the same mail that the new account was created on.Since then I have deleted the blank account, and after I tried logging in on the account I have had activity on, they still create new ones.

Hallo, On 15/02/26 i run the PR bij runnerslab opening 10km.Strava says that's er a problem is with the visibility for the distance.But i run the 10km visible.My question is why is it not visible, you see the run on my account ( Angelo krick  ) and everything is visible. Can you help my with this problem? Thanks for the support  Angelo krick 

Activities from Garmin are not syncronized

I have tried all the methods mentioned online to see the step count after walks but still they are not showing. I am using strava on Android. I have given all app permissions required. But when i try to activate the sensor i am not able to find where is sensor. I open record but there is no option as settings where i can activate the sensor. Help me resolve this. Upto fews days ago i was seeing steps then suddenly it stopped showing step count.

Hello,I accidentally duplicated my account for this email (I do not know how, I wanted to sync it with Health app and clicked on „Log in” tab in the email received straight after the request. Attached you can see the history of my last activities this month comparing to no records of the profile as well as the confirmation of subscription payment back in October 2025 and the screenshot showing the correct account (with subscription, location of „Plock” and much more activities) and the duplicated one with also wrong location of „Pruszkow” Please

Hi! I'd like to know how to add vertical to treadmill run afterwards? If I run on a treadmill for example 10 km and 500 m vertical, Polar does not collect the vertical data from treadmill and so it won't be transferred to Strava. So, can I fix it to Strava to that treadmill run? That way I could add it to yearly vertical meters. Thanks for answers!

Balance 2 pool swimming to Strava issueI swim several time with my balance 2 sync to Strava. Find out the execise moving time is the same as total time and the pace /100m would be worng and bad shown on Strava. In Zepp the pace is 2"40In strava is 3" 17I have upload data attach picture of Strava manytimes and still the same. I am curious if anyone have the same problem or just me.  

Hi there,I’ve just this week started having the hr not showing on Apple Watch while recording. I’ve read and tried all the suggestions about making sure I have all permissions correctly enabled but it hasn’t solved the problem.Don’t understand why it would just suddenly stop. I’ve updated watch and phone since the problem and have removed the app from my watch and reinstalled it .Anything else anyone can suggest please?Staring to wonder if I need a new watch maybe 🤔 

I joined the Family Plan and the invitation link does not work for my daughter.  The error mesage says “Sorry, you can't join this plan. You must live in the same country to join the family plan.”  She is only 16 and lives at home.  What do we need to do to allow her to join?
