Since Sunday 29, March, as I couldn’t get any sync between Suunto Race2 and Strava Apps on my IPhone 16e, I uninstalled Strava. On Tuesday 31, March, Strava Apps is not available in France to be uploaded from Apple Store! Is there any geographical restrictions to upload Strava Apps from Apple Store ?

The app on my Apple Watch will not sync or connect to my phone. It is stuck on the “On your phone, log in or sign up using the Strava app.” I have already done all of the steps on the phone app. I tried uninstalling, turning off both devices, and reinstalling, but this has done absolutely nothing. I am incredibly frustrated and considering just using another competitor app. None of the forum posts I have read provide an actual solution other than to just do this over and over again. Please help me fix this

My individual stats are not syncing to my club stats 

I have a run from 2 hours ago stuck on “processing activity” I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting options to even just get rid of said activity but no luck.

Hi team,I am a user of the new Magene C606 Pro bike computer. I've noticed that after uploading my activities to Strava, my device information (specifically the device name) does not appear on my activity feed, unlike other models such as the Magene C706.It seems the C606 Pro might not yet be mapped in your device database. Could you please add the product ID for the Magene C606 Pro so that it displays correctly for me and other users?I am happy to provide a sample .fit file from one of my recent rides if it helps you identify the correct ID.Thank you!

My miles are way off. I have tried enabling Fitbit and it still continues to record miles incorrectly. Please help! 

"I'm having issues with my Motorola G15 and Strava. Even after following all the recommended settings in the developer options, the app keeps closing. Sometimes it doesn't record the activity at all, and when it does, the GPS track shows as a straight line instead of the actual route."

I am still having a problem when uploading from Reflex Active 54. The distance, the map is all correct however the moving time along with per km makes me look really good. Although very wrong, I'm attaching today as an example. Any ideas. Thank you  kindly

Despite being linked, my activities from the ICG app are not coming onto my strava feed. What can I do?

Hello Strava CS,I’d like to share a few suggestions that I believe could improve the overall user experience on Strava. I really enjoy using the app and hope you find these ideas helpful.I use Strava to track my cycling activities, and the heart rate monitoring works very well, which I really appreciate.I also use the Dexcom G7 to continuously monitor my glucose levels. However, this data is not currently displayed on my Apple Watch while using Strava.It would be very helpful if glucose data could be integrated and displayed within the app interface (for example, in the data fields shown on the screen).Additionally, I would appreciate the option to keep the Strava activity display as the primary screen on the Apple Watch, instead of automatically showing the small map view, which I personally find less useful during rides.Thank you for your time and support!Viet

I am using Boat smart watch and on the app it is mentioned that it can be synced with Strava and Googlefit. The activity however is not getting synced with strava. Same activity i can check in googlefit which is synced. Need clarity.

My Strava activity has not uploaded to the app from garmin, its on the website but not listed in the activity section but when I try and upload a file it’ll say it’s a duplicate and I can source it from there.also it is saying that my elapsed time is 196 hours which is obviously wrong I want the stats in my Strava app pls help

I’m creating an MTB course. It always takes creazy uphill trails (unirdebles) so I have to use almost manual mode or Road clicling (but hen I do not see my MTB heatmap). Ok it’s a shit but I use manual mode. But I still have issues: many times it add a virtual point far away (out of the state) this make impossible to use the route maker.See this example:https://www.strava.com/routes/3468208140853325340It was working much better before they added MTB ode (years ago)

Is the Wear OS Strava tile customizable? I think not for now. However, customizability would make our lives easier. We really want to see this improved.

Hi. Since Instant Workouts was launched, I’ve had the notification for them on my profile landing page. Frankly it’s annoying as I have a coach and amnot interested in this. The notification wastes “real estate” on the profile page so can you please have a toggle on or off button for it or a way for it to move off the profile banner once you’ve read it?! 

half the time when i try to resume a workout if im doing intervals i accidentally tap the finish button instead of resume because it takes up most of the screen

Can anyone help, I did a 5km run on the treadmill and it has recorded the correct distance but has only given me 3.7km splits. I’ve attached photos of my Strava screen, and of my watch. It has imported from my watch which has the correct number of splits.  

I don’t think if this concern fits in here, but I’ll give it a try. I hope you guys can help me and I'm sure there are also a lot of other guys with this concern.I am a paying subscriber in Strava for a long time now since they implemented it during COVID times. Recently, this notification keeps on popping up on my RIDE activities. All of my activities have no fluctuations with speed or GPS error, my pace is not really suspicious at all because I'm not that fast.As a subscriber, this is VERY INCONVENIENT!I think the Strava's auto detect system has some kind of bug or mistake in its program for this to happen.For sure THERE ARE A LOT who experience this also whether from run or ride activities, please share your thoughts and let's hope some guys working with Strava sees this and have a solution for this.The notif message has this text: “The Activity may be in a vehicle, marked the wrong sport type, or had bad GPS

I have reconnected, connected, reconnecte, redownloaded the apps between Strava and Garmin. I removed my apple watch from my phone and I still can’t get my activity to show on Strava. 

My steps weren't recorded and i post it as a walk.. 

The heart rate data from my Garmin watch does not show on my strava activities. I have over 130 activities and non of them have ever shown the heart rate data. Neither on my now Garmin watch or my Samsung watch before. I have looked online and through the app and can't find anyway to resolve it.

Hi, I ran today 3h02min (for the 180 minutes challenge) according to my PolarFlow app and my Asics Runkeeper app. But instead of receiving a challenge badge, the Strava app says:"You ran only 2h59m26sec". Apparently I've stopped once at a crossroad to see if I had to go left or right. Can you please fix this so the real time counts?
