Hello Strava Support Team,
I am experiencing a problem connecting my Realme Watch 5 to my Strava account. Every time I try to connect or authorize the device, I receive the following error message:
“403 Error: Exceeded connected athlete limit.”
Because of this issue, my Realme Watch 5 cannot sync or connect with Strava properly. I have already tried reconnecting the account, logging in again, and using a different browser/device, but the problem still appears.
I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.
Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can connect and sync my Realme Watch 5 with Strava successfully?
