I have a Reflex Active 54. The time on the watch and the time on the app are identical and correct. However when I upload to Strava the distance shown and the map is correct but my moving time, and obviously pace is incorrect. I have tried it numerous times and on different runs but still the same issue. Have I missed something please assist

+27The necessary background information here is that Strava recalculates the moving time from the satellite data. If there are stretches with no reception or two recorded points are very near each other because of bad reception Strava treats that as a pause. It’s a bit of a controversial point but other than optimizing the satellite reception of the watch nothing can be done about it.
+1Thanks for the assist. Yes there is a close point where we almost run back on ourselves so that may be it. I will try disabling auto pause and see if that works. Thanks again
