I use AWU3 as a running watch + Polar H10. I don't carry phone with me, I have LTE

All possible permissions has been added to Runna, all is enabled both phone and watch

All workouts syncs OK, but sometimes without a Heart Rate graph, only average value

Did any if you experience such issue?

AWU3?    Is this meant to mean Apple Watch?   What us U3?

Are you recording your runs with the Apple Workouts App? I am having the same issue. When recording the run with the Runna apple watch app, HR is logged correctly but for me the app is quite buggy and freezes

I suppose AWU3 stands for Apple Watch Ultra 3.

I’m not sure whether HR from the chest strap is handled any differently (as opposed to data recorded directly with AW), anyway the first thing to check would be in the mobile Strava app > tab You > gear wheel in top right to open Settings > scroll down > Health Data > make sure that the access is allowed.

i just started using Strava and Runna and loved it so far!
But today I noticed that my last run data was only partially visible in Apple Health (incomplete heart rate, missing intervals, half end of the map missing) while all the data is full and correct on Runna and Strava. It seems that Runna doesn’t ‘package’ well the data for Apple Health?

What is strange is that my previous runs are all ‘fully’ logged in Apple Health and recorded with Runna without any issue, so not sure what changed...
