Hi,
I’m using Technogym equipment at my gym — the Excite Bike and Excite Run. Every time I use them, I sync my phone with the Technogym app. It then connects to my Polar OH1 and sends the training data when I’m done.
Both machines send my data to Strava after the workout, but I can only see my heart rate data for the Bike sessions. The heart rate data doesn’t appear on Strava for treadmill (Excite Run) workouts, even though it’s visible in the Technogym app.
Any idea why?
