About September this year, my Garmin watch stopped syncing heart rate data to Strava, when it had worked fine previously.
My app has been updated to latest version (Android version 438.9), Before you tell me to go to “Data Permissions” under “Settings”, it does not exist in my app, or on the website. You would probably tell me to go here How-Strava-Uses-Health-Data, which I’ve looked and does not help me.
I lodged a ticket with support, they told me the same thing to go here, but data permissions does not exist… if I click the “Data Permissions” link on that page, it takes me where I want to be I guess:

However, clicking on this literally does nothing, if I “Allow Access”, it just stays as “You have denied access”.
Can anyone help me with this?
E.g. no “Data Permissions” on the left, and “Allow access” does nothing.
