Hey all, I’ve been paying for a subscription since early August through Apple subscriptions, but the issue is that this isn’t reflected on my account in the app. It still tells me to upgrade, and my support ticket has gone unanswered for two weeks..
After doing some investigation, it looks like the subscription was applied to an old account of mine that was created through the Apple sign in option. The account I use now was created through the FB sign in option.
Is there any way this can be remedied?
