I am reporting a sync problem between Samsung Health and Strava that I first experienced on June 30th, 2025, during a running activity recorded with my Galaxy Watch (Support Ticket #3410622).
The run was recorded accurately and completely in Samsung Health — including distance, duration, GPS track, and pace — but when synced to Strava via the official Samsung Health integration, some key data was missing. This made the activity incomplete and unusable for my training history on Strava.
Strava Support at the time suggested it was an issue on Samsung Health’s side, but they also mentioned that Strava was working with Samsung to improve the integration. Unfortunately, weeks later, I have continued to experience similar sync issues with other activities, meaning the problem is ongoing.
Has anyone else experienced missing distance or incomplete data when syncing running activities from Samsung Health to Strava? Is there any update on the Strava/Samsung integration improvements mentioned in early July?
