I have successfully connected my Amazfit GTR 2 to the Zepp app and linked it with Strava. However, my Strava activities do not show that they were recorded using the GTR 2. I have ensured that the Zepp app is synced with Strava and both apps are updated to their latest versions. I have also checked and reauthenticated the connection between Zepp and Strava, but the problem persists. I am getting a green screen come up on all live segments for the last week or so.  I use iphone and am on the latest version.  My brother is also reporting the same issue.  He is not in the same area as mee so don’t think its GPS related. 

Seems like inclines and decents are combined when syncing data from polar into Strava. I get roughly double elevation gained.

Hi, seems each one of my devices - PM,HRM, etc all create their own ride under the ride i record so all the information is in separate places & it looks like i’ve done various similar rides at the same time, is there a way where this can all be summarised in one ride?

Hi, I don't know why Strava and Samsung health wont properly connect, I recently finished my first marathon but on strava it says that I only run for 33km, as you can imagine this is pissing me off a lot, it wont save it correctly even if I manually upload the gpx file, it keep saying 33km, What can I do?   

Samsung health doesn't synch to strava anymore since about 9 days ago. Before it worked ok. I don't remember if there was an update for my phone.I have a Samsung watch 4The activity shows in Samsung health but doesn't synch to strava anymore. Deleted and Reinstalled all apps, Samsung health, wear and strava. Disconnected all accounts and reconnect again. Nothing seems to work. 

I have just bought a Garmin vivoactive 6 and linked to connect and strava. On my strava activities my watch type doesn't show anymore like it did with the forerunner I had before. Can I add this someway. 

I have an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and typically use it to record all of my activity. I use the Apple workout to select the activity (outdoor ride, outdoor run or outdoor swim). Usually the activity will automatically upload to Strava once I complete it, but periodically I have to import it manually, through the Strava app.A couple of days ago, without having changed any settings or anything, the map data from the workouts stopped being uploaded to Strava, even though the rest of the data was there (HR, pace, calories, etc.). I tried deleting the workout from Strava and importing it again, but I get a message in Strava saying “there is no map data but would I like to import it anyway?”. When I check the data in the Apple workout app, the map data is there and when I check the uploaded data to another third party app, like training peaks, the map data is there. It’s evident that the issue is somewhere in the conversation between Strava and Apple, but I have zero restrictions

Both my wife's and my activities no longer important from IFit. Tomorrow will be day 3 and it is happening from multiple pieces of equipment. Nordictrack x24 bike and a rw900 rower. I also have a tacx but haven't used it yet to help determine if it's an IFit issue or a strava issue.We both un-paired and uninstalled both apps then re-download and reconnected the apps, still nothing.

I can no longer import workouts from apple health, both automatically and manually.Any running, walking and cycling workouts recorded on the Apple Watch does not sync to strava. However other workouts such as Strength training does sync. iOS version: 18.1.1strava version: 386.0.1watchOs version: 11.1 

I ran my first marathon on January 12.  I recorded the run using the Apple Workouts app on my Apple Watch.  The races I ran on January 9 (5K), 10 (10K), and 11 (half marathon) all imported as normal, but the marathon will not import, no matter what I do.I’ve logged out/logged back in, deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone several times, and even recorded a new workout and imported it successfully, but nothing I do can get the marathon run to import.I always manually import my workouts from Apple Health.  I go to the list of recent activities, find the one I want, tap import, wait for it to stop spinning and change to a checkmark, and then go refresh my activity feed to see the new workout, but my marathon changes to a checkmark and never appears in my feed.I’ve seen posts from other people having this same issue and I don’t understand why it hasn’t been fixed yet.

My shiny new iPhone 13 mini has apparent issues with jagged GPS tracks, consistently adding some 2-5% to the total route length. For an illustration, check out the two runs of mine: the first from August recorded with iPhone 8, and the second from October with 13 mini: https://www.strava.com/activities/7584918073 https://www.strava.com/activities/8025639130 The two tracks are supposed to be identical, and the physical difference should not exceed 20 m. Yet, the first shows up as 5.10 km, and the second as 5.31 km (therefore, making me appear faster than I am 😉 😉). If you zoom in, you can notice the recording **bleep**-zagging, while the track is of course perfectly smooth. While this is probably not a Strava issue, does anyone have an idea how I can possibly fix

Hi helpful people, Last weekend I had some lovely outside ride with some of my friends for 85km. After the ride was Strava telling me that I made some big progression, which was not correctly. I found out that the calibration of my powermeter went wrong, because of the wrong calibration there are some unreal stats in my account (and in my Garmin account, Intervals ICU etc.).I tried to find the solutions on the internet or here in the community but did not found it, yet. Is there a possibility to delete the stats out of this weekend ride? And if so, how can I arrange that? I hope that someone can help me out, I love to follow my progression which is unpossible with this unreal stats in my account. Looking forward to your reaction and thanks for helping me out. Greets Benno

My Pixel Watch 2 has auto paused a ride and then failed to resume when moving twice in the last week. Never had this issue before now

I recently completed the Manchester marathon. I track every run I do with Apple Watch using the Apple fitness. Then sync and import every run over to my Strava. I completed the marathon and for the first time ever, it has not imported. It says my run is ready to import. I click to import, it comes up with a tick, but does not show up on my activity feed. I have tried every troubleshooting resolution I can find and nothing works. From reconnecting my watch and health to resetting Strava, my watch and my phone. I really hope someone can help me.

Mijn sansung smartwatch is gesynchroniseerd met strava. Ik kan niet de opgeslagen routes van strava volgen/ zien in mijn smartwatch. Ik wil niet hardlopen met de telefoon in mijn hand. Hello. I changed my phone about 3 weeks back and ever since my strava on the galaxy 4 watch stops recording activities. It was working very well on the previous phone but started as soon as I changed phones. The phone and watch are properly synced. I deleted and re-installed the app on the watch but the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated 

Dear Team, I have a problem importing data from the iGS800 bike computer. I record speed using GPS. On the Strava graph, I don’t see the actual speed but rather some kind of waves. When I ride at a constant speed for a longer distance, the bike computer displays a stable speed. However, on the Strava graph, I see a few seconds of the actual speed, followed by a few seconds where the speed is 10 km/h higher, and then a few seconds where it is 10 km/h lower than the actual speed. Because of this, my maximum speed on every ride is overestimated by about 10 km/h. When importing to Intervals.icu or the dedicated app for the iGS800, this issue does not occur.Is there anything that can be done about this? Using Strava with such graphs doesn’t make sense. 

On my old smartwatch (Fossil Gen6) I got problems with Strava Wear OS after the update to Wear OS 3.5, that the GPS won`t lock when starting Strava, now I`ve upgraded to the brand new Oneplus Watch 3, with Wear OS 5 installed, and the same problem is still there with no GPS lock with Strava. If I try with Google Fit, Google Maps, or some other training app, the GPS locks in in a few seconds, but Strava will not lock in at all. I`ve been in contact with Fossil several times but they stopped answering when they realized that they can`t fix the problem, and the same with Strava support, no answer after they realize that they can`t fix it.Because the problem is still there with a new watch of a different brand, and that the GPS works fine with any other app that I try, I´m almost certain that the problem must lie with the Starva app, and that is talked about in many other places when searching online for a solution to the problem,. So, is there anyone that has a sol

Hello, I use a Xiaomi Mi watch. Normally, my runs were transferred directly to the application. This time, it did not work. What can I do? 

Hi all  Samsung health will not send anything to strave. I have done all the troubleshooting. Deleted both apps. Relogged in. Restored phone.  The activities do have GPS.  I sent something to strava support. Never got a reply two weeks later.  Do tonight I deleted my strava account completely.. and resigned up. And still nothing! 🫣 What am I missing please. 

Has anyone got the Sunnto ocean sending stats to Strava ? I realize its not listed as a supported watch but was kinda hoping the info could migrate from one app to the other at least. For the developers out there this device supports almost every indoor sports, outdoor sports and virtual sports you can think of. It would be criminal not to add this hardware to the supported list. Can this be added to the list of supported devices please ?
