I record my activities on my Samsung Watch 7 Ultra (WearOS) using the Samsung Fitness WearOS app.  I am able to mark laps in that app.  I see the run correctly partitioned into laps when I view the activity in Samsung Fitness itself, but when I sync to Strava, in the Strava data it just shows the default of “laps” being delineated at 1-mile intervals.Am I supposed to get the Samsung Fitness laps transferring to Strava during sync, or is lap data not something that is synced? 

I have recently moved, so deleted all the routes relevant to my old house. Now no new routes will sync with my Garmin Edge 530, and likewise the deleted ones are still there. When I go to Connect IQ > Strava Routes > I can preview it, but when I try to 'Navigate' I get error 2050. I have tried removing the connection and reconnecting between Garmin/Strava. Likewise have removed and added the star to the routes.It's quite annoying as I've just moved to a new area and am having to navigate looking at my iPhone...Any ideas please?

When importing a running activity from Apple Fitness, Strava does not import the segments correctly.Here is an example:I did a 20s sprint / 1m30s rest cycle. These are the segments. Here is what Strava shows The segments in Strava have nothing to do with the ones in Fitness. I would like them to be the same.  

There was a button in the top left corner that I could click to get out from the "Record" screen.A few days ago, it disappeared. When I click Record, the only way to get myself to the home screen is to kill the app (at least I didn't find any other). Also the gear wheel on the to right corner disappeared so I have no access to options. I have just a white rectangle where they should be.Clicking on the space where they should be does not do anything.I tried turning phone on/off, I have tried reinstalling app. Still the same.I attach screen how it looks.  

Just today I find I can no longer sync Samsung Health with Strava as the button under services is greyed out. I've reinstalled both apps 2 or 3 times now & allowed all permissions but it still won't work Any suggestions please?

I recently did a 10.4km run in 57 minutes tracked by MiFitness, but Strava recorded it as 8.5km, and if I used the Correct distance feature my elapsed time dropped to 22 minutes meaning my speed was completely wrong! I drop out of mobile phone reception a couple of times on my run, but Strava has recorded the correct route and Google Maps agrees with the distance recorded by MiFitness so I don’t know what could cause this. A small discrepancy wouldn’t be an issue, but this makes it useless!

Hi,I’ve noticed in comparing results with friends that my new Samsung Ultra watch is showing very different results-adding a little mileage and a lot of elevation. Today I ran my S32 Ultra phone with my watch-attached are the results. (both auto pause) The watch is supposed to have improved GPS. Any thoughts?cheers-Jeffattached is the ride

I completed a 14 mile walk yesterday which has uploaded to Strava on my activity feed but didn’t go against my weekly goal or my annual goal. I wanted it to go against my annual goal as it would put me well over my expected goal for half way of the year. Can anyone advise what I can do? Thanks Sarah 

I’m not sure if this is the same thing others seem to have mentioned regarding GPS.Before a golf round, I start the ‘golf’ activity on my PIxel 3 watch on Strava (not fitbit). After it’s been going a little while, I then open golfpad on my phone and start a round. This then opens golfpad on the watch. At this point, Strava is still recording and golfpad is doing its job. However, after about 12 minutes, I notice that the strava icon has disappeared from the watch. When I finish the round, I can see Strava has recorded an activity, doesn’t seem to know it’s golf and has recorded around 10 minutes and with peculiar tracking route.I think if I open the Strava app on the phone instead of the watch and do the same thing it works properly but this means my phone is simultaneously GPSing for Strava and Golfpad and this kills my battery during a round.Any reason why the watch app would just stop recording and not give the usual (or any) screen to check with you t

My Strava walk from yesterday did not upload, which I found unusual. I checked all my settings, but nothing seems to have changed. I asked a friend if her Apple Watch was syncing with Strava, and she said it hadn't been working for the past few days; it worked fine on Friday evening. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Last 2 activities didnt upload to strava from my dash. App says they have uploaded. All settings seem correct in app and strava. Anyone help please ?

I have created a run club for my university on Strava, and one of our members is unable to post her activities to the club feed, even though other members can post without issue.We have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Updated the app to the latest version Deleted and reinstalled the app Reviewed and adjusted the club settings Despite these actions, the problem persists.

I went for a run with someone and she ended up going a bit faster at the end, and taking a different route. She tagged me, so when I opened Strava to see my run that synced from Strava on Apple Watch, I clicked accept on her invite to tag me. But it seems in the process, my run disappeared and now I only have her run on my profile. How can I recover my run?

I am trying to change my email address, however, when I try to enter my password once selecting my new email it’s says incorrect password so it will not send me an email to change my information. I am now stuck with my mum’s email. 

Since the latest Strava update my Samsung health data won't sync with Strava. Have tried logging in and out and restarting my phone. And have toggled off and back on the syncing buttons. Any ideas?

We’ve recently received feedback from users that our Magene C506SE and  Magene C706 are not being correctly identified on Strava. Instead, the platform displays the model identifier of our competitor, iGPSports. This issue is critical as it may confuse users and affect the launch of our new C706 model.Could you kindly assist in resolving this recognition discrepancy? Why is this happening? What Am I supposed to do? Please help

Hi, I’ve been using Strava for a few weeks now and every ride I’ve recorded using Apple workouts via my watch or Oura ring via record activity have been imported to Strava fine and auto recognised all the various segments and added them. Never planned routes just go out and ride.i spent today setting up a new Garmin 1040, linked Strava and did a short 5 mile ride, one that I’d done several times using Apple workouts.it imported OK but shows no segment times, even though there’s at least 10, does that mean that I have to import every Strava segment I want to use into my Garmin before it will record segment times. I did notice I hadn’t told garmin connect to use Strava segments, will that be enough? thanks 

HiMany times I’ve a problem with automatic uploading the activities. When I finish the activity I receive a massage from Strava that sais: manual upload.It doesn’t happen every time, but at least once or twice a a week I use Apple Watch and Wahoo computer I checked and all devices, apps and connections are enabled Thank youAriel

I recently had my Apple Watch Series 8 repaired for an unrelated issue (water ejection feature was not working). I had to log out of and unsync my watch prior to sending it and when I have come back to install and log in to the Strava app on my watch I am not able to complete the SyncI have logged out on my phone, deleted the app from both my phone and watch, all to no avail. Both my phone and watch have the latest software updates for iOS and StravaThe app on my watch was working perfectly prior to sending if off, but since I have had it returned I cannot complete the log in and so cannot use it. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hello, my morning run has disappeared. I use a Samsung Watch 4 Classic without the GSM module. My run finished properly, I pressed finish and then done, and when I got home I waited for my watch to sync, but now it didn’t do anything. The app says “0 unsynced activity” and there is no sign anywhere that my morning run took place. Please fix this and restore the data of my morning run.

I would like to ask about my Strava connection with Amazfit. I’m getting an “error connecting your device” message, even though the Zepp app is already linked to Strava. The activity data is syncing automatically to Strava, but my gear (like Garmin) is not detected in Strava. 

I have successfully connected my Amazfit GTR 2 to the Zepp app and linked it with Strava. However, my Strava activities do not show that they were recorded using the GTR 2. I have ensured that the Zepp app is synced with Strava and both apps are updated to their latest versions. I have also checked and reauthenticated the connection between Zepp and Strava, but the problem persists. How can I resolve this issue? Conectei com sucesso meu GTR 2 ao aplicativo Zepp e vinculei-o ao Strava. No entanto, minhas atividades no Strava não mostram que foram gravadas usando o GTR 2. Garanti que o aplicativo Zepp esteja sincronizado com o Strava e que ambos os aplicativos estejam atualizados para as versões mais recentes.
