I have created a run club for my university on Strava, and one of our members is unable to post her activities to the club feed, even though other members can post without issue.

We have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Updated the app to the latest version

  • Deleted and reinstalled the app

  • Reviewed and adjusted the club settings

Despite these actions, the problem persists.
