Just today I find I can no longer sync Samsung Health with Strava as the button under services is greyed out. 

I've reinstalled both apps 2 or 3 times now & allowed all permissions but it still won't work 

Any suggestions please?

Ciao ​@stevebliss67. Try to read the topic below ,it's not properly about your issue but it's related with connection problems with Health. As I can read the final suggestion is to open a ticket.

Only way to fix it was to factory reset my phone, since then syncing works just fine, for now....
