Hey @Lucaasvictoor & @VadtrumFan,
Thanks for posting about this and sorry the data from your device is not being recognized properly on Strava. We do not have this device mapped in our system yet - which can cause your activity statistics to appear differently from what you see on the original platform you use.
We've filed a ticket for our engineers to add this model to Strava. Thank you for your patience.
Hi Jane,
I’ve got a similar situation. Most likely as Scout explained, the watch might not be mapped in Strava device details. I’ve got an Amazfit T Rex 3. And similarly to Lucasvictoor, my activities are syncing accurately however the watch name isn’t showing up on the activities in Strava.
I’ve always unlinked and linked back both the Zepp and Strava. I’ve already uninstalled and re installed both the apps.
can you please have a look.
Hi @Jane @Scout ,
I’m facing the same issue, but with Amazfit BIP 6. The watch is connected to the Zepp app, and Zepp is properly linked to Strava. But, when I try to connect Strava through the Zepp app, I get an error message saying: “There was an error connecting your device.” So not only does the device name not show up in Strava, but I also can’t even establish the connection properly.
This seems to be a recurring problem across different Amazfit models. Hopefully, a fix will come soon.
