+1We’ve recently received feedback from users that our Magene C506SE and Magene C706 are not being correctly identified on Strava. Instead, the platform displays the model identifier of our competitor, iGPSports. This issue is critical as it may confuse users and affect the launch of our new C706 model.

you need to complete a Device Mapping Request. Once approved, your device’s name will appear on each Strava activity that was recorded using your device.

+1Hello Thank you for your reply, before both were mapped successfully, the reality of normal models, now there is a problem!
