I recorded a run both on my Apple Watch on Nike Run Club and on strava on my phone. I wanted to only count the time from my Apple Watch bc strava way underestimated my pace. I deleted the strava activity, but strava is still saying my Nike Run Club activity upload is my 2nd fastest time (it’s my first, since I deleted the strava one). Is there a way to fix this?

For me this is an old problem but now after a week on Gran Canaria IT was really bad. I use my phone (Android latest version) to create routes just so that I doesn't have to bring my computer on the vacation. The suggestion routes (based on other cyklist) from Strava are often boring and nothing new so I use to create my routes by my own from point A to B to C... and further. I've chosen the setting Road before I start create. I assume that Strava then should pick paved routes between my points but as it happens, it doesn't. It is difficult to check the chosen route on the map though Iit doesn't tell if it is a paced road, a gravel, a trail or even a walking path. Suddenly, out riding the route Strava wants me to get on a trail or a walk path over a mountain. This happens all the time. It's really annoying because I have to stop, check Google maps and the continue. Is there any update coming for this problem or is

For whatever reason my Peloton runs have stopped syncing to Strava. All other activities seem to sync immediately, but as of the last 2 months none of my runs from Peloton have synced or are able to be retrieved by the Strava app. From my research, it seems like this issue has been going on for folks for over a year without any fix. Very frustrating to have the only suggested solution be to enter these runs manually when every other Peloton activity seems to sync fine - any advice is appreciated.

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why my power numbers in Strava for rides do not reflect the power as measured by my Garmin Edge and the Sram power meter on my bike. It’s ALWAYS lower, so times by as much as 20% or 30%. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, were you able to resolve it? Thanks.

I have bought myself a new mobile phone. Put Strava on it.So I get challenged on logging in - it wants a 1 time 6 numeric digit password (which had been emaild to me).InputtedCouldn’t get accessTried again 5 or 6 times around in circles before “The Strava app has encounted an errors. Please contact support if the problem persists”.I have tried deleting the cache, deleting the data, completely uninstalling the app having deleted the data & cleared the cache, doing this and then rolling the phone over before trying to re-install. Essentially, I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to clear the problem  - but I just get “The Strava app has encounted an errors. Please contact support if the problem persists”. Needless to say, although I can (and have) logged in here to explain this using my desktop PC), if I cannot log in to to Strava on my phone to start recording an activity, I cannot continue

Good dayI have an old email account that does not exist anymore and I cannot remember my old password.I cannot reset password as I no longer receive emails to the email account.How can I get access to my account without creating a new account? 

Hi. Recently I am having some issues uploading pictures to my activities. White lines (artifacts) randomly appear in either the bottom or the right side of the image. It didn’t happen until very recently.I shoot with an iPhone 14 Pro, edit in Lightroom and export in JPEG. It shouldn’t be a format issue. I’ve tried to uninstall the app and restart the phone. Nothing works and it keeps happening. It is really annoying.  I’d appreciate any kind of help.  Thanks.   

I have GPX files created via a third party App (Memory Map) which when saved/ converted within Strava are showing the incorrect moving time. These are walking activities but much quicker than the 30 mins for a mile quoted for stop timings. Memory Map stop time is fine. I have asked via a support ticket if this can be adjusted in anyway or walk settings, but after a month response did not answer this suggesting that I increase the logging within Memory Map. This can’t be done as I asked them the question which was answered within a few hours, all within the algorithum used so I guess stravas is different. I have raise a query again. I did wonder if its a software standard issue but could not find on the PC. I had seen people were having issues a year ago with moving times?

When using my Google Pixel 2 watch, speed and distance are not recording if using the windsurf or kite surfing activities although it is recording my track, so no issues with GPS locating me, has anyone come across this?I currently have to log it as a bike ride then change the activity type post exercise.I have re installed Strava on the watch but the issue remains

I couldn’t sync my device and had to keep logging in and getting codes. I think the system has blocked me. It has been hours and I can’t connect support I just keep getting chatbot. Does anyone know how to get back in?   

I have a 4iiii power meter, and i have discovered that there is a discrepancy between the average power i displayed in Garmin Connect and Strava. On my last ride Garmin claimed 223W, while Strava claimed 167W (Not too big numbers... hehe). That 56W in difference. I have checked that the power meter is registered, and that Strava does not estimate the power. Does anyone know how to fix this? 

Does anyone know if data from 2 Garmin devices can be used to upload data for the same activity? I use a Garmin Edge for cycling and I’d also like to be able to add heart rate from my Garmin watch for the same activities. 

I can’t see my heart rate data in any of my activities. The synchronization between Garmin Connect, where everything is recorded correctly, and Strava is turned on.

Is anyone having problems with swim data transfer, from watch to Strava? I have a Suunto vertical and the swim data has started posting massively inflated times, thousands of hours per swim. This hasn't previously been an issue. 

When I view an activity - either mine or a followers - I can see a map displayed with the route. But if I click on the map in order to look at details, the map disappears. I am just left with a trace of the route, on a white background. I'm using the Strava app on an Android phone - Samsung S18.This has been happening for approx 1 week. I have tried deleting and reinstalling app but problem persists. Any help please?

Hi I brought a new phone, went to sign into my normal account, but it seems like I’ve forgot the email and password. And also don’t have access to the email I created the account with.  i have the Strava ID that’s all I seem to have. Also if I view my account from another strava account it has removed my profile picture.  I have an active Strava plus’s subscription on this account so really want to use it  I put a request in via Strava support but the ticket just gets closed as soon as I send it.  please help James 

I am unable to sync Samsung Health to Strava - Galaxy Watch 7The workout does contain GPS data.I have enabled the Strava Setting in Samsung HealthI have reinstalled the app multiple times.When I follow the instructions on the Strava app which takes me to a browser page with instructions(which I follow) and takes me back it says: “There was an error connecting your device”I used to have the same issue on my previous phone and also when I used an Amazfit device(Thought it was just cause it was a cheap badly supported device)Could it be an issue with my account? 

I am using Mi Fitness to record my activity and sync them to Strava, I finished my activity during the outage, and now I cannot sync the activity to Strava, what should I do?

I tracked my run today using my samsung fit 3 as the start of the run was in a location without cellphone reception.  My fit 3 recorded my distance as 12.06 km (which by my calculations is correct) but it uploaded to Strava with a distance of 14.87km.  How do I correct this and how do I stop it from occurring again?

I am writing to you because of the latest update with Strava routes, they are very poorly generated, they are of the same type and do not correspond to the requests at all. I understand that the developers wanted to do the best, but I kindly ask you to return the previous version of generating routes for a premium account.the second request concerns synchronization with Wear OS; the workout is synchronized after a day

I record a ski trip with my Apple watch in Apple Fitness/ Health. When I import that activity into Strava, the data get completely messed up. Number of runs is imported wrong, in Strava it’s 2, actual in Apple Fitness: 10Vertical drop is wrong, in Strava: 43meters, actual in Apple Fitness: 4500metersAverage speed is wrong, in Strava it’s whopping 1021km/h(!), correct value would have been 18km/hCorrect is the GPS tracking on the map, distance skied, and calories. The import issue can be reproduced with every ski run.Apple watch 10, iPhone 15Pro, latest iOS version  Any idea how this can be fixed?

I am fairly new to Strava but have no problems with previous runs automatically syncing to Strava. My run from last night is no where to be found but my post stretch workout synced no problem. I have gone through the steps of logging out and back in, turning off my phone, reconnecting my Apple Watch to Strava and still nothing appears 

Went for a short distance swim together with a friend and realised that the same distance was logged differently. Any ideas what might be the issue? 

Suddenly my Garmin ride does not automatically upload to my Strava activities.I see the ride in Garmin Connect on my  iPhone. Strava account states Garmin is connected. I deleted the Strava app and reinstalled and logged in.I am a paid subscriber.I am at a loss.
