Have been using Strava for a few years now and due to the issue with the pause button basically going missing while running having to use alternatives. Have a Galaxy watch 6 and i know theres always slight differences with runs amd using the GPS' of a few metres if doing a 6k run.  Now i know that the bottom pic, as captured by Samsung heath IS correct as ive done that run about 130 times, however when the run is transferred to Strava the data is all incorrect, time, distance etc. Strava always adds on extra distance to make me seem faster! Why???

it will not let me connect my Samsung health app to Strava. The button will not work, it will not switch over. Every now and then, it'll go to the authorize screen, I'll authorize it, and it'll keep loading right back to the authorize screen. 

This happens with about 5% of my mountain bike rides - I create a route from my existing ride, sometimes I edit it and sometimes I just save it as the ride is. It seems that at random, some routes don’t sync to Garmin despite being starred and running on existing trails in the map. If I duplicate them the same issue occurs even when I add slight editing.The tell-tale sign for these routes: there’s only a “Delete” option when I hover over their 3 dots in the “My routes” desktop screen. If I click on them, I can edit them, but that option doesn’t appear for them from that screen, as it appears for the rest of the routes. This seems to happen at random to about 1 out of 20 routes.Has anyone ran across this and have a reason or workaround?Thanks! 

When the run workout in iGPSPORT LW10 is finished and the watch uploads the session to Strava, the running cadence is off = avg is about 2x high, but not exactly, and the elevation (total ascent) as well = looks like being about 10x more than it should be, but I don't have enough data yet as the watch is new to me. All other figures (distance, time, HR) are OK. The iGPSPORT app displays correct figures and when I export the activity .fit file, the figures in it are also OK when viewed with fitfileviewer.com - it looks like a data transfer / import issue to me.Can anyone advise if I can set up the data transfer from the watch anyhow, or does this need to be tackled in the Strava backend?

Hi, I have a no brand smartwatch with gps and heart rate detection connected with DAFIT app. When I switch the activity from Dafit to Strava, Strava does not use the heart rate recorded by my sensor and Dafit, why does this happen? thanks

I can’t share my activity. Keep loading and loading. Already delete and reinstall the app. Still happen. iOS.App Version 389.0.2.From Malaysia.  

Unable to connect or sync data from Boat watch.An Android based wach

The Strava app on Google Watch 3 isn't very good – I can't set my favourite activity, Mountain Biking, so I have to scroll past about 30 activities to find it each time.Instead, I've used the default Fitbit app (which does add Mountain Biking as a quick-select favourite). However, I can't get it to sync with Strava. I've read forums, reinstalled both apps, checked permissions on both apps multiple times etc. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hello. I just bought Huawei watch GT5 Pro, and still trying to link with strava app. In Huawei Health app, it said linked already, but in Strava app, it isn’t appeared. I already reset and update the App also, please help. Screenshot attached.

I'm losing all will.  For no reason, my Polar flow app stopped syncing with Strava.  I have tried troubleshooting, talking to bots, and hours between messages.  I have uninstalled both apps and checked permissions.  I've then tried to upload manually with no luck, I was told it was a Google issue.  So I've tried one step access.  I can't change my email address, strava app won't allow, server error 😒.   When I check to connect strava and polar it shows all is connected, but still no syncing. I'm paying a subscription, the help and service from bots and ticket messages I find very frustrating now.  What am I not seeing? Ryan.

Lately, I have been experiencing an issue with data recording: the long activities always crash (after 4-6 hours, bike rides).This has been happening for the last couple of months. I have always been using the latest app update release available at the moment of the activity. I am using a Xiaomi phone, but I took good care of the instructions here:https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216918967-Troubleshooting-GPS-Issues(disable any battery saving, high accuracy in location, etc.). I don’t really know what is going on.In the last few rides, I have used another tracker app (mainly as a backup), and this other app was able to complete the recording without crashing, without issues.I enjoy Strava a lot, but these regular crashes are disappointing. I Bought aolon navi r4 and their app to connect to strava is GloryFitPro once i connect it says Error 403: Limit of connected athletes exceeded can you help me fix this thank you

When trialling FitOn I have the problem that the workouts are not appearing in Strava.Am using an iPhone, and FitOn is populating the Workouts in the Health app as expected. Strava is configured to pull in data from the Health app.This works fine for Apple Fitness+, but can anyone tell me how to make it work for FitOn?Thanks.  

When I start a ride it shows correct and after sometime it will stops and resume that's is why my map is not showing correctly.

Hi!Does the U18 policy stop automatic image upload from Zwift to Strava? Me and my daughter have identical setups in Zwift. My zwift rides and runs are automatically upploading data, map and images (screen shots). But for my 17 years old daughter does only data and map upload to Strava - all screen shots are visible in Zwift for her.//Anders

Using my casio g shock 5600 connected to One Plus North Android phone gives a huge difference in the pace data. Any ideas how to fix this? I've disabled the auto pause activity in Casio and Strava.

Hi, i have problem with strava live segments on 530 while navigation. I have try with rout synced from strava, segments are with Red stars, i can see on edge segments (menu -training - live segments) but not shows while ride with navigation .Also i have do factory reset and nothing :/ maybe someone have fix Segments are one, from GC also i have change to strava 

My last activity isn't showing up in my followers main feed. They only see it, if they go on my profile first and them go on my personal activity feed. Is there a fix for that? Can I reupload my activity for example? 

Hi there,I know I'm probably not the only one facing extremely long times to reach (or better said, I still have no answer, 3 weeks after my e-mail !!!) Strava support, but I post my story here, in case someone can help me.I have an issue with the family subscription: a friend sent me the link and I got the following error: “you can’t join the formula, you’re not in the same country”. What makes no sense since we are actually living in the same country (France), and that’s also what is indicated in my (and his) profile. The link also worked perfectly for the two other friends who joined his family.I immediatly contacted Strava Support to ask what to do or what they can do to fix this issue, but it’s been 3 weeks now, and I still have no answer, and the issue is still not fixed. For a paid service, that’s a little scandalous…I do not have many hopes that my problem will be solved here, but if anybody knows how to actually get help from Strava, or better, h
