Hi I brought a new phone, went to sign into my normal account, but it seems like I’ve forgot the email and password. And also don’t have access to the email I created the account with.  i have the Strava ID that’s all I seem to have. Also if I view my account from another strava account it has removed my profile picture.  I have an active Strava plus’s subscription on this account so really want to use it  I put a request in via Strava support but the ticket just gets closed as soon as I send it.  please help James 

I am unable to sync Samsung Health to Strava - Galaxy Watch 7The workout does contain GPS data.I have enabled the Strava Setting in Samsung HealthI have reinstalled the app multiple times.When I follow the instructions on the Strava app which takes me to a browser page with instructions(which I follow) and takes me back it says: “There was an error connecting your device”I used to have the same issue on my previous phone and also when I used an Amazfit device(Thought it was just cause it was a cheap badly supported device)Could it be an issue with my account? 

I am using Mi Fitness to record my activity and sync them to Strava, I finished my activity during the outage, and now I cannot sync the activity to Strava, what should I do?

I tracked my run today using my samsung fit 3 as the start of the run was in a location without cellphone reception.  My fit 3 recorded my distance as 12.06 km (which by my calculations is correct) but it uploaded to Strava with a distance of 14.87km.  How do I correct this and how do I stop it from occurring again?

I am writing to you because of the latest update with Strava routes, they are very poorly generated, they are of the same type and do not correspond to the requests at all. I understand that the developers wanted to do the best, but I kindly ask you to return the previous version of generating routes for a premium account.the second request concerns synchronization with Wear OS; the workout is synchronized after a day

I record a ski trip with my Apple watch in Apple Fitness/ Health. When I import that activity into Strava, the data get completely messed up. Number of runs is imported wrong, in Strava it’s 2, actual in Apple Fitness: 10Vertical drop is wrong, in Strava: 43meters, actual in Apple Fitness: 4500metersAverage speed is wrong, in Strava it’s whopping 1021km/h(!), correct value would have been 18km/hCorrect is the GPS tracking on the map, distance skied, and calories. The import issue can be reproduced with every ski run.Apple watch 10, iPhone 15Pro, latest iOS version  Any idea how this can be fixed?

I am fairly new to Strava but have no problems with previous runs automatically syncing to Strava. My run from last night is no where to be found but my post stretch workout synced no problem. I have gone through the steps of logging out and back in, turning off my phone, reconnecting my Apple Watch to Strava and still nothing appears 

Went for a short distance swim together with a friend and realised that the same distance was logged differently. Any ideas what might be the issue? 

Suddenly my Garmin ride does not automatically upload to my Strava activities.I see the ride in Garmin Connect on my  iPhone. Strava account states Garmin is connected. I deleted the Strava app and reinstalled and logged in.I am a paid subscriber.I am at a loss. 

I have had my Strava account for years. I have recently lost access to the email address registered to my account and so I have been using Face ID to log in.  How can I change the email address connected to my account so that all of the workouts I complete across different devices can sync? I have spent hours trying and it’s just not working. Please help!!! 

I’ve done 3 walks this week but only 1 is showing the distance covered and 2 haven’t logged towards my weekly total - is this fixable?All were tracked through my Apple Watch 8  

I recently purchased Powerbeats Pro 2 with build-in heart rate sensor. Although the heart rate monitor is on and working, the Strava app does not pick up the signal. I’m out of ideas to pair it up.

For the last month, rarely can I upload images without seeing this message:"Processing Media. Tap to see progress"When it happens, I can see broken images, tag one as the highlight, but they do not appear in the app or browser.  The "processing" message never goes away.  I've tried waiting to save the activity until the spinner stops (indicating a completed upload) but it never does.

Hi,Unfortunately, I deleted my Strava Post so I had to re-upload it. Tried it via the ‘recently deleted’ and via Garmin Connect to post via a file. The ‘problem’ is that it doesn’t show on people’s feed right now. I would love to share my activity. Anyone that can help me with this? thanks!  

Yesterday I did the Cape Town Cycle Tour and my activity shows up in Strava to import, it’s in my Apple health and fitness and I did two short rides after ending my main ride, one to the car and one from the car back to the house as the roads were still closed. The subsequent rides imported and display in my feed but my race is “imported” but I can’t see the activity. I have logged out, tried to reimport it, deleted the app, re-added my watch and nothing seems to be helping

However, for a while, the data has not been reflected properly, and recently, the icon for installing Strava app has not been viewed on Google Play and the App Store. Do you have any plans to suspend or reduce services to South Korea? If so, please answer the specific schedule plan. bb

I would like to start syncing my rides from my Garmin 1040 to Strava. Currently I’m using Apple health but would prefer to use the data from my Garmin device.Last time I tried this, every ride I’d done in the past got synced and I ended up with hundreds of historic duplicates and a horrible mess to sort out in my Strava account. How can I set up syncing so that only future rides get synced from Garmin to Strava and not historic ones?

My Strava never seems to record my calories when I do SUP sessions, I have my weight, gender and DOB recorded in the app. I do get the following information:-DistanceElapsed TimeMax Heart RateAvg SpeedAvg Heart Rate any help appreciated thanks

Activity data not automatically importing to Strava. A message saying that there was a failure is shown when trying to import manually.All settings and permissions are right, wondering if there is a bigger problem happening.

Hi,I’m using an Apple Watch to track my workouts. The app only analyses calories burnt for running and walking. It doesn’t show calories burnt for weight training/ HIIT or pilates. I noticed my friends calories burnt are being shown. I’ve put in my weight in the app and I downloaded new updates on my phone and watch. Is there something I’m missing? I’d appreciate any help thank youM

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a Pixel 9 Pro phone and a Pixel 3 watch. My issue is that, if I start a run on my watch, I don't get the audio updates of how far I've run (which I fine very useful and motivating) and, if I start a run on my phone, I get them but then my heart rate isn't accessible for that activity. It just says "Start training with a heart rate monitor" as in the screenshot attached. My watch shows my heart rate and Fitbit app shows it so I don't know why the Strava app won't import this data. Please help and thanks in advance.

Hi all,          I'm a long time cyclists but new to the world of power meters. I recently bought a new bike with with a power meter, l have read a couple of forums about the difference in average power readings between Garmin and Strava. I have played around with auto- pause settings etc without success. Currently having a difference of around of around 30watts?
