Hi every time I try to log In . I keep getting error messages?

I’ve tired not connecting from google, and Facebook but no matter what I do it won’t let me

Besides of checking whether both your iPhone as well as the Strava app have the latest updates, there's not much we can advise here, since the community hub is a place where fellow athletes help & advise each other, but we do not have access to accounts, logins and such. 

So if you still need help, you’ll need to submit a Support ticket as described in the article below - just be prepared that you'll need to be patient, they are dealing with a backlog of tickets:

Sorry to hear that 😕 the response time seems to be really long...

By the way - does the Strava website let you log in? That could help to narrow down the cause of the problem - if the website won't let you log in either, there's probably a problem with the password, the account being locked/suspended, or something similar. If the website does let you log in, maybe you can yet try from the app on another mobile device (a tablet, another phone): and if that lets you log in, then the problem is local to your phone. Any chance you could try this?


I can log in form on website, I did search and found tips to unconnected google, facebook and tried that way but I get the same error. Very odd . Will try on a different device soon see if that narrows it down 


Ok let us know here then. And thanks for confirming that the website login works - that eliminates the possibility of locked/suspended account or similar. And, if the app on another device works, meaning that the problem would be isolated to your iPhone, I’d yet suggest that you try and delete the Strava app on your iPhone, reboot the iPhone, and install Strava from scratch. Honestly I don't know whether it's going to help, but it might (if it's caused by some corrupt files or such), and there's no harm in trying, since you're in the queue for Support anyway… - fingers crossed!
