Longer road-bike workout with two longer pauses for lunch and snack. Measured in very same length by Edge 530 and Watch Ultra 2. Edge was placed on table (no moving) during breaks, Apple Ultra 2 rested on my arm.Difference in moving time after upload is significant - workout uploaded from Ultra 2 seems very incorrect ie. unusable.Is there anything to check? Is Strava velocity treshold too sensitive?Thanks!

Hi, Does anyone understand why when you use the 'Correct Distance' feature after posting an activity, it also updates your moving time? I use stryd for running which usually cuts off a bit of distance, but when I correct it my moving time and also average pace also changes. Surely this shouldnt happen, moving time should stay static? À chaque activité Strava identifie que les deux comptes on fait l’activité ensemble . Quelqu’un a eu ce problème ou connaît son origine. Merci !

Hello! My Runs in the Peloton app load to Strava, but are not counting/showing up in personal best data, PRs, longest activity. Does anyone know how to fix this? 

So as is often the way my wife wants to join Strava. Sweet.  Except my subscription has just rolled over for a year. Is there a way of having my plan cancelled and put onto a family plan without having to wait 12 months?

Just learned that the setup cannot be completed on a phone, but needs to be done from a computer.

Randomly my Apple Fitness+ workouts don’t sync to Strava. This morning my walk did sync but my afternoon cycle class did not. Wednesday my walk did not sync but my cycle class did. I have toggled the settings between Strava and the Health settings but this persists. What could be causing this?Is there any way to upload individual workouts from Apple Fitness+ to Strava so I don’t lose all my workout data (rather than having to input them manually)?

Hi! I have a Garmin Vivoactive 3 which I record my hikes & rides on via the Garmin app. I’ve then connected the Garmin app & device to Strava.  When I recently uploaded my hike yesterday, the maps are not uploading to Strava showing where I was. The last activity that had a map was my walk upload on Oct 4. Was there a setting change that prevents map uploads now? I also tried deleting the Garmin app linkage within strava & reconnecting it, but that did not resolve the map upload. 

Hi,I had issue with upload hole actvity from Garmin But on Strava i had only 21.55 km and finish is in different position. Could you help me with this? 

I had an unauthorized transaction which deducted my Gcash E-Wallet and just found out that it paid an unwanted subscription to my Strava account. Is there any possible way that I can cancel the subscription and get a refund? I'm hoping for this issue to be resolved.

Hi everybody. today strava app is not available on my Apple Watch serie 3. I tried a lot of things, I restart the phone and the watch, I reinstall the app. Nothing worked. I cannot even see the app on the watch app list. do you know how to resolve this problem?

 I ran a 5k today and did run the full 5k but then when I went to upload it it changed it back to 4.99 I went to change it back to 5 can you help me? Correct the distance?

Hi everyone,I use Runkeeper to track my runs (because I like that it tells me my average pace every mile), and then push them to Strava using RunGap.I’ve noticed that on runs where I press pause during the run (e.g. if I’m stopped waiting for a traffic light), when I push the run from Runkeeper to Strava, the pace on Strava is significantly faster than on Runkeeper. Moreover, the longer I’m paused during the run, the larger the discrepancy is between the two.When I do a run where I don’t stop at all, the times are exactly the same. If I only stop for a couple of seconds, usually the discrepancy is only a second or two per mile. But on runs where I need to stop for longer (e.g. if I’m running downtown and have to stop every couple blocks for traffic lights), the discrepancy can get quite large—I’ve had it as large as 50 seconds per mile on some runs. In every case, Strava shows me running faster than Runkeeper, and I know the Runkeeper pace is the correct one.

I have missing Strava app on the watch but on the phone it says my watch is connected to it this is annoying anyone could help me solve this ? 

Hello!The first problem I met was that Strava activities recorded on my Apple Watch didn't appear in my feed. They were available for sync on my watch even though they did not appear in my feed after I clicked "Sync", literally nothing changed after this action.I decided to reinstall Strava on my phone but after that it's not available on my watch at all. iOS 17.5.1watchOS 10.5What should I do to:- make the Strava app available on my watch again?- how exactly should I sync the unsynced activities to see them in the feed?

Recently I realized my heart rate data is no longer being shown on Strava when it's sent from Garmin or Whoop and after having researched it everything is saying I need to allow data permission. But I cannot find it in the settings.

Just done a 5km and my Apple Watch was counting backwards from my last run and then when saved didn’t display the full run distance. 

Is this Magene HRM compatible with Strava. And, if anybody can say, is it compatible with Rouvy too? Thanks

I have a Galaxy Watch, SM-R800, and recently downloaded the Strava app. I've completed a few runs using the app and like it as it downloads to my phone so I can see the data.However, when I'm running I have trouble seeing the distance. I appears in the lower left of my watch but it's very small. I've seen a few of the post on the message board that tells you to go to settings-display and then enlarge the font on my watch. I don't have that setting and I can't see where I need an update to the Strava software. I'm currently running Version 1.7.24Am I running a past version?

I have Strava on my Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra.  Until recently, it was working fine.  However, it has recently been unable to record activities.  I get the menu shown below.  Before, if I tapped on an activity, it would find GPS and give me a button that would allow me to start the activity.  Now, tapping on the activity works only if I select an activity that does not require GPS.  If I select one that requires GPS, just a sliver of the old finding GPS screen appears and then immediately disappears.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Strava on both my phone and my watch, disabling and reenabling location services, and shutting down and restarting both the phone and the watch.  Nothing is fixing the problem.I tried contacting Strava about this.  First, they sent me back an automated e-mail talking about problems with rides not being recorded properly on the phone--but of course, this doesn't deal with a phone and doesn't

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and have downloaded the Strava app.  However, although I have an account I am unable to sign into it.  I enter the correct e-mail address and password and then the app comes up with network error.  I have tried clicking on forgot password and it comes up with no internet connection, when my internet connection is working fine. I am at a loss as to what to do?  I have tried deleting the app the re-installing it and the same thing keeps happening.  The app seems to work fine on my iPhone, but not my Samsung.   Can anyone help?  Thanks  

Hi.I am looking for a simple watch  that can directly send heart rate to Strava, so I can just use Phone/Strava as my run tracker and handle all the GPS/splits. Fitbit does not do this, it records your run first, then later sends it to Strava, but not always, often the watch crashes or GPS fails, then it goes missing. I looked through the list of compatible devices on Strava, and for some devices it specifically says they do not connect directly, but others it is not so explicit that it does.So can anyone confirm what manufacturers can do this with Strava?Ps. I am doing this as I have a Fitbit charge 4, but I want to replace it, as it keeps crashing during runs. My girlfriends did exactly the same, super annoying, lots of people on fitibit forum have the same problem, and not just with this Model. Screen is unreadable in sun anyway. Pretty disappointed in this device and support.

I have a Samsung S22 phone and now I bought a Galaxy Watch 6. I was using a Garmin watch to synch my running to Strava and no issues. So I followed the steps to connect Samsung Health to Strava: logged in Samsung Health and went to settings and added Strava as a service to connect to. Then the Strava log in popped and I logged in and authorized the connection within Strava. The problem is Samsung Health does not show on the Services list, so it seems Strava does not recognize Health as being connected, whereas Health “sees” Strava. Meanwhile, I tried going for a quick walk with the Samsung watch and it synched to Strava, though the map information is not available. Still, Samsung Health does not show up on Strava’s Services. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? thanks!
