Hi,I chart my runs through Nike Run app which auto-pushes to Strava, but not all of my runs seem to be synching. For example, last week I went on four runs that still show up in Nike Running: monday treadmill, wednesday outdoor, friday outdoor, saturday outdoor. But, only Monday and Friday runs appear in Strava as well. Similarly my weekly miles in Strava match the mileage of the 2 runs recorded there, not the total of 4 actually taken and appearing in both the health app and Nike Running correctly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! 

Hello, after updating the Galaxy Watch to New UI 6. The back button stopped pausing the activity and returning to the home menu, which is very disruptive. I hope they fix this in the next update.

Latest version of Strava on a Samsung Ultra watch and S24 phone.I want to use Samsung’s run tracker on my watch when running, as it gives me more data at the end of the run and audio updates of speed, heart rate, etc, each kilometre (would be nice if Strava did the same!)As I also want to record the activity on Strava, I have been kicking that off on my phone by hitting ‘Record’ at the start of a run.Whenever I do this, though, when I finish the run, the activity always appears twice in my feed (showing me as having run with myself!). My Samsung and Strava accounts aren’t connected.Any idea how I can stop this happening? 

Hi all, Since my Fitbit Charge 6 had a firmware update in August (66.20001 .210.26), it hasn't synced my GPS runs recorded through Fitbit onto my Strava account.I've tried removing and reconnecting my accounts over 10 times, reinstalling the apps multiple times. I'm only recording runs through Fitbit, not Strava at the same time.The only way I can get the runs onto Strava currently is to upload the recorded TCX file manually. I don't want to keep doing that. Anyone else having this issue, or is it known by the developers?

My latest activity has loaded but not showing anywhere?I’ve tried all the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing has worked?

Hi there! I have a JustGiving fundraising page and I’ve connected my Strava app, but it does not show on my page. It says “paused” then it says to “manage Strava settings”, so I do so, and select the activities I want to show and then each time it “failed to save settings”. I’ve even tried to disconnect and reconnect Strava but nothing helps.  any help is appreciated as I’m training for a half marathon and would love for my Strava to be connected!

My son is unable to access since yesterday. Before was everytime regular.Email is correct.Pw evan, but was changed more than once, with your procedure. But when I go to digit, is written : try again later. But it is from ine day that is going.What can I do?We try acess from PC/apple/ mobile 

So i record my trainings with Polar and while i stop the recording for pauses, when uploaded to Strava the total time includes the pauses. That more or less will ruin my avg heartbeats elapsed times etc, is there something i could do?

Dont know if this will open a can of worms - 1)I do all my activity with Apple Watch and it's pretty good for reading my HR and effort. My latest fave sport is off road e-mountain biking - I have a Bosch engined bike which displays my HR on my apple watch via the Bosch FLOW app, and at the end of the exercise automatically uploads my data to Strava including power, cadence speed etc but no HR which is fair enough as FLOW has saved this to apple health. At the same time Apple health will record an activity which it automatically recognizes as an e-bike activity and records all my parameters INCLUDING HR. I think it is triggered to do this by the flow app sending my HR data to my watch. When I then look at the Strava workout, it has automatically recorded my ride, but hasn't uploaded the HR data DESPITE having permission to do so in my Strava iPhone and watch settings. In my haste to get a run tracked on the Apple app, I accidentally started a weightlifting session instead. When I finished the run I saved the activity without realising it wasn’t classed as a run. I’ve got as far as Exporting the Original but this has only tracked the duration and no other data points. Is there any way to retrieve any of the run data or have I lost the run data forever? (I wouldn’t usually mind, but this was the last section of a long race after my watch died and I’d hate to lose the info). 

Hello! I went for a morning run today and my watch recorded the activity via the Strava app on my watch but it never synced to my Strava app on my phone. Under the Strava settings on my watch it says that there are no activities that haven't been synced yet. It looks like I completely lost the activity. Is there a way to restore it please so I can attempt to sync it to my phone app?

I am trying to expect my indoor Kettler Racer S data to Strava.  I can expect to CSV but I cannot import the CSV data into Garmin or Strava  Obviously Garmin syncs with Strava  The aim is to see all the data into the Strava App any ideas  Regards.  

Details - new IPhone 16 Pro. I do not recall this issue on my previous IPhone...When recording stairclimber activity the clock stops when the screen is locked. I did a bunch of tests and it seems to happen after about 60 seconds, but may pick up after a few minutes for another minute. It’s an indoor activity so it doesn’t (shouldn’t) need GPS. It seems very random. For example, I started the activity and climbed for 15 minutes with my phone in my pocket (on screen lock) and it registered 6 minutes. I have background refresh ON in App settings. App is up to date as far as I can tell: v395.0.0 (r46412)Is there some other setting I’m missing?Thanks in advance,Karl  

I use a Garmin 1030 to record my rides and they automatically upload to Strava (IOS app).No power meter used so Watts are calculated by Strava algorithm.since recent SW upgrades (both Garmin and Strava, don’t know which is causing problem) power figures are hugely over-reading. Example freewheeling down a long 8% hill power is shown as 158w if I then use ‘adjust elevation’ feature in app the power drops to 6w and total elevation for ride only changes by 8ft on total of around 880ft.Strava iOS app SW rev is ? How do you read this?phone Sw rev 18.1.1Garmin connect rev 5.8.1.3Problem is consistent now for all rides, power always corrects itself when. ‘Adjust elevation’ is used.Any ideas what’s wrong? - Alan 

Does anyone else have trouble with Apple Watch/health app automatically uploading bike rides to Strava? I record my workouts in the fitness app on my watch, which saves workouts to the Activity/Fitness app. This should sync between Strava and Health. The apps are enabled to talk to each other and automatic uploads are enabled as well. All other workouts (ie walk, run) import automatically no problem. With bike rides (“outdoor cycle”), I have to manually hit the import the ride. Pretty annoying!To troubleshoot, I have disconnected the Strava app from Health/Fitness, deleted the app and redownloaded to my phone and watch. Same thing happens though. Any other activity automatically imports to Strava just fine. But with Bike rides, I have to manually go into Strava on my phone and hit "import". Could this be a bug?

Strava stopped sync’ing activities from the Suunto app. I know it has been asked a few times before, but I have tried all provided solution, such as deleting and re-installing Strava, disconnecting and reconnecting Strava, but not worked. Also I am sync’ing from Suunto to other apps and that is working, so it’s definitely on the Strava end of things. It also used to work until a couple days ago, when it up and stopped working. Please advise on how to resolve.

Why Strava stoped syncing with Bryton and Suunto? How can I fix it? Reinstalling and reconnecting doesn't help.

Hi All,I normally run with a friend who doesn’t take their phone/watch so after we run I use the ‘Add Others’ function when viewing the run summary so they can add the run to their profile.Recently the ‘Add Others’ function has disappeared and I don’t know how to get it back.Has anyone else experienced this? And if so can you please guide me on how to add the feature back? 

I had had them connected before but now they are not connected and I can not find anywhere in Suunto app to connect with Strava (android).I see online to do the following: select Settings > Account > Connect to other services.Anyone experiencing the same issues?Thanks!!

More activities on the Apple Watch now support maps in watchOS11 (such as paddling) Is there a way to force strava to bring the map across when it imports from Apple health, as it does with running/walking/cycling/open water swimming (etc…)?I know I could use the strava app, but I like having the deeper integrated health metrics with using Apple workouts

Does anyone know how to delete/reset the Strava - Peloton integration? We learned the hard way that Peloton does not validate emails during their setup process.  So we bought a bike, thought we logged into my wife’s correct Peloton account on the bike screen (but mispelled her email), then integrated with Strava.   Later we realized we had the wrong (inaccessible) Peloton account and corrected that, but now cannot connect the correct Peloton account with her Strava account because Strava returns an error that there is already a Peloton account associated with that Strava account.  We cannot “deactivate” the integration from the Peloton end because that email does not actually exist (and the Peloton account deleted.) We have repeatedly tried to get support from Strava, but they just keep replying to our ticket with responses about how to change our STRAVA email, not understanding that we are trying to reset/delete the Strava/Peloton integrati
