Hi all,

I'm a long time cyclists but new to the world of power meters. I recently bought a new bike with with a power meter, l have read a couple of forums about the difference in average power readings between Garmin and Strava. I have played around with auto- pause settings etc without success. Currently having a difference of around of around 30watts?

Strava does it’s own power calculations, where zero values during moving is always included and for discerning when you’r moving it has it’s own calculations too.
