hi. im having trouble with connecting mij garmin edge 830 with the strava app. notification error 401 cant connect is popping up.  can i get some help? logging in with email adres apps are up to date.wifi of mobile connects makes no difference  bluethoot is connected. please send help! ps sorry for the bad grammatichs, greetings from holland! 

Hi I have a problem,I cannot connect to strava routes. I have tried many times unfortunately without success. Deleting the app / changing wifi / factory reset does nothing. When I try to log in via facebook I get a message that the security of my account via facebook login in the built-in browser is disabled. When I try to log in via email address, I get an authorisation message Connect IQ Routes Export to connect Strava, -> press Authorisation -> on the phone: login process completed return to garmin device. ONLY the Edge 830 shows "Trouble connecting to the server Error Code:401". Please help  

Hello all, Tried a speed run today with specific laps/intervals (18 total). I have an Apple Watch Ultra and I'm using the Nike Run Club app. While the laps are all recorded on the Nike Run Club and show up in the run on the app, none of them uploaded correctly on the Strava app, which just showed the splits/kilometers, as if I were doing a regular run without any. No "laps" toggle on the side either. Is that a bug from my end, or the Nike Run Club app just does not upload the laps on Strava? The native app from the Apple Watch does show the different laps and intervals if you are doing any on Strava once it is uploaded from the Apple Watch native app to Strava app. Thanks!

Hello, Is there a way to customize the list of sports to choose from when we start a new activity? When I want to select a sport on my watch, I see a whole bunch of sports I don't practice (for instance, skateboard or Alpin skiing). I would like to see only the ones I practice (4 or 5). Thanks! Jo

Hello, There is no option for Strava Wear OS app to connect external HRM. Why there is such thing on Apple Watch and not on Wear OS. Google Fit also has support for external HRM, but sync with strava gets data messed up. So I rather use native Strava app with external HRM. When there will be such option available?  

For some reason elapsed time will be sent to fitness instead of moving time. This is frustrating because strava will show moving time and the correct pace while when it syncs to apple fitness it will show up as elapsed and the pace will be off. I know I can just finish the activity on the strava app on my watch but when you’re gasping for air and bent over at the end of a race it’s hard to do that right away. Anyone know if I can somehow edit the time that strava sends to health/fitness or is this just something I can't change.

For some reason my trail runs are not synced to Google Fit. When I changed the type to Run and changed the text - then it was synced.Is there a filter on Strava side which workouts to send or is the filter on Google side which workouts to import?Rgds Mikael

Hi,I have a Huawei Fit 3 watch.I noticed that in my Huawei Fit record, my calorie reading is 1300+.However in Strava, it saya 400+.May I Know why is there such a huge discrepancy?I do not have such problem in my Garmin Forerunner 245.Thanks. 

Hi all.  Not long ago I could start a MTB ride on my Garmin Fenix 6 and 7 and it would start a livetrack (auto start), then I could go into strava>record>beacon, and grab the url of the ride to share.  I did not need to start a recording in the strava app because, of course, it was getting it from Garmin.  This made perfect sense. Now, no matter what I do, I cannot get a share URL for a ride to work unless I start a ride as well in the strava mobile app.  Even if I have a couple contacts with phone numbers, it does not send.  If I share the strava beacon link, the receiver gets the attached screen saying "status activity not started".  I even tried setting my phone number as one of the safety contacts thinking I would get a text of the beacon url to then put into our group rides via "whatsapp" which is the use case.  To make it work I have to record in the app, then it will show a live ride.  

I unlinked my Huawei Health account to my previous Strava account, which belongs to my sister, and linked my Huawei Health account to my new Strava account, which is mine, but it seems like my old Strava account can still be able to sync my data from my current Huawei account and nothing is syncing to my new Strava account. I'm using Huawei Watch GT4, please help me.

I have a "CMF watch pro 2" from "Nothing". How can I connect it with Strava? I found the synchronisaiton CMF to STRAVA in the app, it is done, but it doesn´t work 😞 no chance to get the training synchronized with STRAVA. What do I have to do to get the connection working?

I wondered if anyone had any idea how long it takes to have an issue resolved. I raised an issue nearly a week ago as I paid for a subscription and it hasn’t applied to my account. I’m now nearly a week in with a wasted subscription and no resolution. It was kind of made worse by the fact I had initially clicked on the free trial and got charged. Not really sure what to do really as I’ve already lost a week out the month subscription waiting for a reply. Any pointers?

Although most third party issues look to have been solved. I still have issues with stryd and syncing to Strava. I reached out to Stryd, they’ve indicated that the issue still lies at Strava.

Hi I am new here so maybe this is a repeated query. I just finished a ride and saved the data on the app. It even shows in the notification bar of the app that you can see the analytics by clicking. However, when I click that, it opens an earlier ride of august 19th. Also, I can’t find the Aug 21 (I.e. today) ride anywhere. Nor is it synced with health app. Did I make a mistake in saving the ride or is it something else I should do. 

Since August 10, the Strava tile on my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 does not start a new track. After an attempt, the tile with 4 icons returns. App permissions are active. A new track with the app works, but not with the tile. App already deleted from watch and phone. But the problem keeps coming back.

Not sure why but my swim data is not showing up in strava when synced from Huawei health ? Runs/walks are showing without any issues 

Polar Grit X logs all activities to Polar Flow, but several activities will not sync to Strava. Random activities never sync like runs, and hikes. For example, of the four activities completed on one day, the second and the third activities did not sync. Ensured Strava app up to date, uninstalled, reinstalled, still same problem. 

Hi all. I’m recording my activities mostly with Strava app on my Apple Watch Ultra 2 and collecting heart rate stats with Garmin hrm connected to it. This setup perfectly works for running/cycling/walking/swimming, and not working at all for workouts or martial arts, such as boxing. It is not possible to wear watch during boxing training, so I’m forced to take it off, having only Garmin hrm on me. The struggle is that Apple Watch is not able to keep recording training activity when it’s off my wrist (big thanks to apple for that). So my only option to record activity is to start recording on my phone. And here is a catch - recording Strava activity using mobile phone results into missing calories, despite I have my Garmin hrm on me. My questions are:1. Is it possible to add calories for Strava activities where heart rate data is collected? I saw that only running/walking/cycling/hiking are currently supported, but I do not need high precision in those v
