I regularly get this message in red and can’t see my activity:"Something went wrong please try again"Strava on iOS 

For about three weeks now, the indicated speeds and distance driven are no longer correct. I never had that problem before. (Samsung A 32)That's why I think it's not due to the calibration of my Samsung.It's strange that the location and the route driven are correct.After reinstalling Strava, the problem has not been solved.In the Google Maps navigation app I don't get any deviations when I use that app in the carWho can make me wiser?

I just started using the app. I have problem because it does not record my activities. case 1: I started recording my morning yoga. I don’t have my phone on my, it was next to me. When I finished the training after 35 min I stopped recording but the time in the app was just few minutes. case 2: next day I was doing my Pilates and after I started recording this activity I had the phone in my pocket. Still it didn’t correctly recorded the timecase 3: I went swimming (obviously no phone with me), again it didn’t record the time.  question: how to record the time of activities that you do without your phone or you do them in one location?

Until about a month I was able to view my Strava activities in Google Calendar. However it stopped working and I can't get it to work, could it be due to a change in Strava? Any thoughts about this?

I have done numerous runs in the last few weeks using the Strava app on my Google Pixel Watch, of which most runs have never synced with my phone and thus my account. My watch has 0 unsynced runs... I have tried all of the recent solutions given on these forums (turning watch on and off; uninstalling the app on both my phone and watch; clicking sync runs numerous times despite it saying there is none). I ask for some sort of help as it's becoming a major issue and really disappointing to see it not being fixed after an extensive amount of time, despite being a Strava Premium member.

Bonjour a toute et à tous  j'ai un petit soucis avec mon Strava je vous explique mon problème ou apparament je ne suis pas le seul et pas forcément avec le même appareil  Quand je réalise une sortie course a pied ou vélo ou course les temps au kms , temps totale et altitude ne corresponde pas a mon suivi sur mon application de montre Huawei auquel corresponde parfaitement mais temps au kms et a mon temps total d'effort . Il y a t-il des modifications possible ou comment faut il procéder pour la bonne synchronisation. Sachant que sur une activité de 6h j'ai 30 minutes de différence et les kms détaillés ne correspondent pas à ce effectuer Strava fais une moyenne de tous a lui seul . Ça n'a donc aucun rapport avec l'effort effectuer . Recently I started facing issue on wear Os strava app. It cuts down the kms after syncing to strava mobile app. I have attached my activity screen shots from phone and watch also link. I recently connected Strava to Mi Fitness. However none of my past activities I recorded with Mi Fitness were imported to Strava, except two activities that I had done a few hours before. All new activities are now syncronizing, but how can I recover all other past activities?

I’m hoping this is a stupid answer with a quick answer, although I suspect not! (For the latter!) I’m a premium user training for my first marathon using an Apple Watch. Many of my runs now include varying the pace (e.g. 10 minute easy run, 10 minute target marathon pace, 10 minute easy run etc.). These will increase in time in the coming weeks/months. The problem I have is that Strava on my Apple Watch will only show my average pace for the whole session. So once I’ve done my 10 minutes, I have no way of knowing what speed I’m actually running at (and therefore can’t see if I’m actually hitting my target marathon pace or not).  Thanks in advance for your replies. Also, when is Strava going to introduce maps/route integration on the Apple Watch for new routes?! I’d like my watch to tell me when to turn etc rather than memorising a route or checking my Strava app on my phone mid run! Thanks all.

Hi Guys, I have just brought a gravel bike and enjoying getting back in the saddle.I have been using my Pixel Watch with the Strava App. This has been working fine for the most (no GPS issues for my unlike others). I am however having issues with the HR monitor. While the app is open on my watch it is displaying my HR. I therefore presume it is getting readings. However, once finished and I open the app on my phone it doesn't seem to have logged these. Has anyone else had anything similar or suggestions? I would like to record this to see if over time there is any improvement in my fitness.  Kind regards, M

Hi I have a problem,I cannot connect to strava routes. I have tried many times unfortunately without success. Deleting the app / changing wifi / factory reset does nothing. When I try to log in via facebook I get a message that the security of my account via facebook login in the built-in browser is disabled. When I try to log in via email address, I get an authorisation message Connect IQ Routes Export to connect Strava, -> press Authorisation -> on the phone: login process completed return to garmin device. ONLY the Edge 830 shows "Trouble connecting to the server Error Code:401". Please help  

Hello all, Tried a speed run today with specific laps/intervals (18 total). I have an Apple Watch Ultra and I'm using the Nike Run Club app. While the laps are all recorded on the Nike Run Club and show up in the run on the app, none of them uploaded correctly on the Strava app, which just showed the splits/kilometers, as if I were doing a regular run without any. No "laps" toggle on the side either. Is that a bug from my end, or the Nike Run Club app just does not upload the laps on Strava? The native app from the Apple Watch does show the different laps and intervals if you are doing any on Strava once it is uploaded from the Apple Watch native app to Strava app. Thanks!

Hello, Is there a way to customize the list of sports to choose from when we start a new activity? When I want to select a sport on my watch, I see a whole bunch of sports I don't practice (for instance, skateboard or Alpin skiing). I would like to see only the ones I practice (4 or 5). Thanks! Jo

Hello, There is no option for Strava Wear OS app to connect external HRM. Why there is such thing on Apple Watch and not on Wear OS. Google Fit also has support for external HRM, but sync with strava gets data messed up. So I rather use native Strava app with external HRM. When there will be such option available?  

For some reason elapsed time will be sent to fitness instead of moving time. This is frustrating because strava will show moving time and the correct pace while when it syncs to apple fitness it will show up as elapsed and the pace will be off. I know I can just finish the activity on the strava app on my watch but when you’re gasping for air and bent over at the end of a race it’s hard to do that right away. Anyone know if I can somehow edit the time that strava sends to health/fitness or is this just something I can't change.

For some reason my trail runs are not synced to Google Fit. When I changed the type to Run and changed the text - then it was synced.Is there a filter on Strava side which workouts to send or is the filter on Google side which workouts to import?Rgds Mikael

Hi,I have a Huawei Fit 3 watch.I noticed that in my Huawei Fit record, my calorie reading is 1300+.However in Strava, it saya 400+.May I Know why is there such a huge discrepancy?I do not have such problem in my Garmin Forerunner 245.Thanks. 

Hi all.  Not long ago I could start a MTB ride on my Garmin Fenix 6 and 7 and it would start a livetrack (auto start), then I could go into strava>record>beacon, and grab the url of the ride to share.  I did not need to start a recording in the strava app because, of course, it was getting it from Garmin.  This made perfect sense. Now, no matter what I do, I cannot get a share URL for a ride to work unless I start a ride as well in the strava mobile app.  Even if I have a couple contacts with phone numbers, it does not send.  If I share the strava beacon link, the receiver gets the attached screen saying "status activity not started".  I even tried setting my phone number as one of the safety contacts thinking I would get a text of the beacon url to then put into our group rides via "whatsapp" which is the use case.  To make it work I have to record in the app, then it will show a live ride.  

I unlinked my Huawei Health account to my previous Strava account, which belongs to my sister, and linked my Huawei Health account to my new Strava account, which is mine, but it seems like my old Strava account can still be able to sync my data from my current Huawei account and nothing is syncing to my new Strava account. I'm using Huawei Watch GT4, please help me.

I have a "CMF watch pro 2" from "Nothing". How can I connect it with Strava? I found the synchronisaiton CMF to STRAVA in the app, it is done, but it doesn´t work 😞 no chance to get the training synchronized with STRAVA. What do I have to do to get the connection working?

I wondered if anyone had any idea how long it takes to have an issue resolved. I raised an issue nearly a week ago as I paid for a subscription and it hasn’t applied to my account. I’m now nearly a week in with a wasted subscription and no resolution. It was kind of made worse by the fact I had initially clicked on the free trial and got charged. Not really sure what to do really as I’ve already lost a week out the month subscription waiting for a reply. Any pointers?
