Hello!The first problem I met was that Strava activities recorded on my Apple Watch didn't appear in my feed. They were available for sync on my watch even though they did not appear in my feed after I clicked "Sync", literally nothing changed after this action.I decided to reinstall Strava on my phone but after that it's not available on my watch at all. iOS 17.5.1watchOS 10.5What should I do to:- make the Strava app available on my watch again?- how exactly should I sync the unsynced activities to see them in the feed?

Recently I realized my heart rate data is no longer being shown on Strava when it's sent from Garmin or Whoop and after having researched it everything is saying I need to allow data permission. But I cannot find it in the settings.

Just done a 5km and my Apple Watch was counting backwards from my last run and then when saved didn’t display the full run distance. 

Is this Magene HRM compatible with Strava. And, if anybody can say, is it compatible with Rouvy too? Thanks

I have a Galaxy Watch, SM-R800, and recently downloaded the Strava app. I've completed a few runs using the app and like it as it downloads to my phone so I can see the data.However, when I'm running I have trouble seeing the distance. I appears in the lower left of my watch but it's very small. I've seen a few of the post on the message board that tells you to go to settings-display and then enlarge the font on my watch. I don't have that setting and I can't see where I need an update to the Strava software. I'm currently running Version 1.7.24Am I running a past version?

I have Strava on my Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra.  Until recently, it was working fine.  However, it has recently been unable to record activities.  I get the menu shown below.  Before, if I tapped on an activity, it would find GPS and give me a button that would allow me to start the activity.  Now, tapping on the activity works only if I select an activity that does not require GPS.  If I select one that requires GPS, just a sliver of the old finding GPS screen appears and then immediately disappears.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Strava on both my phone and my watch, disabling and reenabling location services, and shutting down and restarting both the phone and the watch.  Nothing is fixing the problem.I tried contacting Strava about this.  First, they sent me back an automated e-mail talking about problems with rides not being recorded properly on the phone--but of course, this doesn't deal with a phone and doesn't

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and have downloaded the Strava app.  However, although I have an account I am unable to sign into it.  I enter the correct e-mail address and password and then the app comes up with network error.  I have tried clicking on forgot password and it comes up with no internet connection, when my internet connection is working fine. I am at a loss as to what to do?  I have tried deleting the app the re-installing it and the same thing keeps happening.  The app seems to work fine on my iPhone, but not my Samsung.   Can anyone help?  Thanks  

Hi.I am looking for a simple watch  that can directly send heart rate to Strava, so I can just use Phone/Strava as my run tracker and handle all the GPS/splits. Fitbit does not do this, it records your run first, then later sends it to Strava, but not always, often the watch crashes or GPS fails, then it goes missing. I looked through the list of compatible devices on Strava, and for some devices it specifically says they do not connect directly, but others it is not so explicit that it does.So can anyone confirm what manufacturers can do this with Strava?Ps. I am doing this as I have a Fitbit charge 4, but I want to replace it, as it keeps crashing during runs. My girlfriends did exactly the same, super annoying, lots of people on fitibit forum have the same problem, and not just with this Model. Screen is unreadable in sun anyway. Pretty disappointed in this device and support.

I have a Samsung S22 phone and now I bought a Galaxy Watch 6. I was using a Garmin watch to synch my running to Strava and no issues. So I followed the steps to connect Samsung Health to Strava: logged in Samsung Health and went to settings and added Strava as a service to connect to. Then the Strava log in popped and I logged in and authorized the connection within Strava. The problem is Samsung Health does not show on the Services list, so it seems Strava does not recognize Health as being connected, whereas Health “sees” Strava. Meanwhile, I tried going for a quick walk with the Samsung watch and it synched to Strava, though the map information is not available. Still, Samsung Health does not show up on Strava’s Services. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? thanks!

I've linked Strava in Huawei health app, but I can not add my device in Strava app, "There was an error connecting your device".I can not understand what is the problem...and how to fix it

Can we PLEASE somehow separate the “Save” and “Discard” button on Apple Watch? Too many times, I’ve accidentally discarded an activity when trying to save. Having the buttons the same size and right on top of each other is not helpful. 99% of the time, we just want to save. Discard should not even be an option! We can delete unwanted activities manually in the app, if needed. 

Is there actually anyway of doing this? Exporting the GPX file from FATMAP to upload to strave doesnt work as it only exports a route GPX and not an activity GPX.My strava activities show up in FATMAP, but i want it to behave the other way around (otherwise none of my fatmap activities go in to my apple health data)Thanks

My Apple Watch has stopped syncing workouts. It was fine then only synced a piece of a workout (no map only distance data) and since then nothing. When I save it, it says uploaded, but it doesn’t appear in my workouts. I have tried everything and many emails from help, but they just keep getting closed and nothing gets done. It is really frustrating and I didn’t change any settings it just doesn’t work anymore. Anyone else having similar issues, or suggestions. I also uploaded some pictures recently, but they aren’t in my workout, but appeared in my mates. Surely there is a data issue here. Like I say Strava help and Twitter haven’t responded, maybe Strava community will know what to do. Thanks

I've had 2 issues with activities syncing to my strava/phone when returning home. Have tried doing a small activity to see if it triggers it to sync but still nothing. Any ideas please?

Hi!   I have saved some routes on strava to ride and would like to see them on my Garmin edge 840. They sync to the Garmin connect app, but for some, they send zero data to the device. It syncs and the course name shows up, but the summary is zero miles and zero elevation while the map only displays blue. It is not for all routes, but most. what can I do?

Hi,I've tracked a run using an Apple Watch Series 3 (without my phone on me).Now, Strava is showing me all the stats (heart rate, time etc.) but everything that is distance related (total distance, pace...) is zero.At first I thought this was a GPS issue. However, my route on the map is very accurate and the analysis also shows pace splits that make sense. It's just the total distance and overall pace that are missing.Here are some screenshots to show what I mean:   Has anyone encountered this issue before? I tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, turning location permissions on and off and accessing the activity on a computer. Nothing has changed so far. Thanks! 

I have a Samsung galaxy watch 7 and I tried to connect strava to Samsung health. In the Samsung health app strava does appear and is toggled on. However, in the strava app the connection doesn't show. Only a connection to Google fit.I already restarted both my phone (Asus Zenfone 10) and my watch. Both have enough battery and I don't have the watch in a different mode like sleepmode.Can somebody help me? Cause I would like to sync my strava activities to the Samsung health app. Thanks in advance. 

Strava is connected to my Garmin, I had garmin broadcasting, I can see my heart rate in the strava app. But when the ride is finished, when I wanted to see Heart Rate Insights, the section says "Start training with a hear rate monitor for access to more subscription features and etc. Then it has a link "How to add heart rate data."

Okay so ive had a problem for a long time with my heart rate data not showing on my posts altough everything is connected proprerly. And even on my garmin connect data is shown but on strava its not and ive checked my privacy setting and everything seem to be public so i dont know what could be wrong. If you got any suggestions please leave them in comments. Thank you.

How is it 2024 and you don't fully integrate with Google Fit?

I’m using a Wahoo Roam paired with my Specialized Tero 5 TDU. I pair a Polar HRM to the Wahoo.  When a ride is completed, data is uploaded to Strava.  I don't understand what data is supplied by the Tero that ends up in Strava but reported Calories in Strava make no sense.... This weekend I rode 100 miles and Strava shows only 46 calories.  The same Wahoo and HRM on a 5-mile ride on my Cutthroat show 460 Calories....   Can anyone explain how to get the Calorie data to be closer on the Tero described above?

Hi there,Maybe it is some stupid user error but since I have my new Apple watch 10 (watchOS 11) my activities show some weird stuff and I can't find out where to fix it.This is what happens: I record my activities with this new watch. If I look up the activity it shows the app in which I did my actvity. For example, a run in Strava will display Strava in my activity and a walk in apple work out, will show Apple Health in the activity. In my older activities the device was displayed as "Apple Watch series 6". I was expecting that activities recorded with Apple Watch 10 will display "Apple Watch series 10".Does anyone recognize this issue and knows how to fix it? Thx!  

I changed from Garmin Fenix 5X to 7X recently and the Strava segments that I have stared are not appearing during my runs. I have looked through all the settings and contacted Garmin who cannot find a solution and are out of ideas. Could it be a Strava problem? The segments are saved on my watch, they just don’t appear during my runs.
