Hi, I have just recorded my quickest 5km PB and am distraught that it will not sync to strava. I am using a Garmin Forerunner 55 and the activity is showing on Garmin Connect. If I start another activity, it automatically syncs. What can I do?

Hi, this has happened again and I am getting annoyed by whatever Strava is doing with my team runs uploaded from garmin. Picture this: runner A (garmin) and runner B (polar) run the same trail, have the same pace, same pauses, everything is basically the same. Stats in both garmin and polar app are nearly identical - obviously, we ran together. Yet on strava, my (garmin) activity is 52 MINUTES longer than my friends. Like how the **bleep** is that possible if we ran arm by arm? His average moving pace in Strava reflects exactly what his polar app says, in my case, according to strava - I am 30% slower than him. I have encountered a huge problem today having completed the Swim Serpentine event in London. Distance was incorrectly showing as 2,745 metres instead of 3,440 metres. However, when using the 'correct distance' feature, the distance correctly changes to 3,440 metres, but my moving time drops from 1hr 37mins to 22mins! A drop of 1hr and 15 mins!! What is going on here Strava??Please just add the ability to show elapsed time rather than moving time, and the problem would be significantly less of an issue. Especially when these events could be classified as a 'race' as per the options for running and cycling...

I used a Galaxy watch 4 and whenever I did my activities, the watch model appeared in the activities. I just bought the Galaxy Watch 6 and the device name simply doesn't appear in the activities. everything that appears and Wear Os by Google. That is, the name of Google's OS

I post my rides from Cyclemeter to Strava. Yesterday’s ride shows up in my Strava activity field but it doesn’t show up on the calendar of activities or count the miles toward my progress. All the settings are the same as i always use. I’ve deleted and reposted the ride several times but the result is always the same - I can see it in my feed but it’s not counting. Any ideas?

Hi, whom do I contact to undelete an activity from Today? It was saved on Strava and I delete the wrong post.  If anyone know how to stream from i-watch to i-phone for maps that would be handy too. Then I would not need to run 2 sessions to get my HR.  

hello, so I was scrolling through my Strava monthly review this morning and noticed that it had a new PR in the 400m. As I went to check it showed me an apparent 1s 400m segment. This pace is completely unrealistic though. As I went to check I noticed several more completely unrealistic PRs. How does Strava get the pace so wrong? Does anybody else have this issue? (using an Apple Watch Ultra) any help would be greatly appreciated 🙃  

I recently got a new watch the forerunner 55. I connected it to strava with the garmin connect app but when i try to track my heartbean on strava i dont see it as an available sensor or anything. Im kinda new to this, all permissions should be turned on dont know what else to try. Thanks

Can anyone help me transfer an activity? When I connected my watch, this uploaded outside my normal account. i am so sad!

Since 17th August I've noticed that Strava is calculating my pace and elapsed time very incorrectly. I use Huawei Watch Fit and don't have issues syncing data, plus the data up to 17th August was pretty accurate. Both apps are up to date, but it's getting frustrating that Strava continually thinks that I ran 10k in 1hr 50 when this is far from the case. I've tried to fix this by running with GPS on on my phone, and off, but neither solution is working. What could have happened over the past couple of weeks which is causing this? I have been using a Mi Band for tracking all my workouts up till now. It would perform quite neatly and track all my workouts to my Strava profile properly.For instance, Outdoor Running would get GPS data and time and stuff like that but also Treadmill running would get the time, speed, HR and more data synced to my profile.In another instance, my weight training, jump rope, core training, HIIT, pilates, etc would sync as 'Morning Workout' to my profile with the time and the calories burnt or HR added to it.Now I have upgraded to a Galaxy Watch and sadly none of my non-GPS activities get synced to my profile. Not just my weight training and HIIT but even my treadmill runs and spinning workouts are left behind. This is quite unhelpful for me when keeping track of my Relative Effort and other metrics like Power Curve and more.I and other Galaxy Watch users (as per Reddit) would appreciate this addition. Hi there,I am having problems connecting from LC_CC to Strava - for the Activity Sources I cant see a connect button, Strava and it has the busy / spinning wheel next to it but nothing happens. I have tried another browser with no difference and have also contacted LeCol multiple times and methods to get to the bottom of it with zero response.Can anyone help please?Nico.

Hi, myself, and several other riders in Australia have noticed that over the last few weeks the GPS driven path bounces all over the place in parts of the ride, incorrectly increasing distance, and adding jagged or starred path artifacts to the path. In places it will jump several tens or hundreds of metres, adding significantly to the distance (and increasing the average speed). I have been using Strava for over 5 years, frequently with daily rides of > 10km. I have never had this issue. My friend, from a city approx 100km away is also having the same issue. He came up and we rode together on the weekend.  We rode together ~ 50km.  Before the ride I had checked his phone, made sure network time was on, high precision mode was in the app access, made sure power saving was not triggering and testing the GPS using a GPS app. All good. For about three weeks now, the indicated speeds and distance driven are no longer correct. I never had that problem before. (Samsung A 32)That's why I think it's not due to the calibration of my Samsung.It's strange that the location and the route driven are correct.After reinstalling Strava, the problem has not been solved.In the Google Maps navigation app I don't get any deviations when I use that app in the carWho can make me wiser?

I just started using the app. I have problem because it does not record my activities. case 1: I started recording my morning yoga. I don’t have my phone on my, it was next to me. When I finished the training after 35 min I stopped recording but the time in the app was just few minutes. case 2: next day I was doing my Pilates and after I started recording this activity I had the phone in my pocket. Still it didn’t correctly recorded the timecase 3: I went swimming (obviously no phone with me), again it didn’t record the time.  question: how to record the time of activities that you do without your phone or you do them in one location?

Until about a month I was able to view my Strava activities in Google Calendar. However it stopped working and I can't get it to work, could it be due to a change in Strava? Any thoughts about this?

I have done numerous runs in the last few weeks using the Strava app on my Google Pixel Watch, of which most runs have never synced with my phone and thus my account. My watch has 0 unsynced runs... I have tried all of the recent solutions given on these forums (turning watch on and off; uninstalling the app on both my phone and watch; clicking sync runs numerous times despite it saying there is none). I ask for some sort of help as it's becoming a major issue and really disappointing to see it not being fixed after an extensive amount of time, despite being a Strava Premium member.

Bonjour a toute et à tous  j'ai un petit soucis avec mon Strava je vous explique mon problème ou apparament je ne suis pas le seul et pas forcément avec le même appareil  Quand je réalise une sortie course a pied ou vélo ou course les temps au kms , temps totale et altitude ne corresponde pas a mon suivi sur mon application de montre Huawei auquel corresponde parfaitement mais temps au kms et a mon temps total d'effort . Il y a t-il des modifications possible ou comment faut il procéder pour la bonne synchronisation. Sachant que sur une activité de 6h j'ai 30 minutes de différence et les kms détaillés ne correspondent pas à ce effectuer Strava fais une moyenne de tous a lui seul . Ça n'a donc aucun rapport avec l'effort effectuer . Recently I started facing issue on wear Os strava app. It cuts down the kms after syncing to strava mobile app. I have attached my activity screen shots from phone and watch also link. I recently connected Strava to Mi Fitness. However none of my past activities I recorded with Mi Fitness were imported to Strava, except two activities that I had done a few hours before. All new activities are now syncronizing, but how can I recover all other past activities?

I’m hoping this is a stupid answer with a quick answer, although I suspect not! (For the latter!) I’m a premium user training for my first marathon using an Apple Watch. Many of my runs now include varying the pace (e.g. 10 minute easy run, 10 minute target marathon pace, 10 minute easy run etc.). These will increase in time in the coming weeks/months. The problem I have is that Strava on my Apple Watch will only show my average pace for the whole session. So once I’ve done my 10 minutes, I have no way of knowing what speed I’m actually running at (and therefore can’t see if I’m actually hitting my target marathon pace or not).  Thanks in advance for your replies. Also, when is Strava going to introduce maps/route integration on the Apple Watch for new routes?! I’d like my watch to tell me when to turn etc rather than memorising a route or checking my Strava app on my phone mid run! Thanks all.

Hi Guys, I have just brought a gravel bike and enjoying getting back in the saddle.I have been using my Pixel Watch with the Strava App. This has been working fine for the most (no GPS issues for my unlike others). I am however having issues with the HR monitor. While the app is open on my watch it is displaying my HR. I therefore presume it is getting readings. However, once finished and I open the app on my phone it doesn't seem to have logged these. Has anyone else had anything similar or suggestions? I would like to record this to see if over time there is any improvement in my fitness.  Kind regards, M
