The Strava app on my Wear OS based Ticwatch Pro 5 is suffering from accuracy problems, mainly related to GPS drift. I'm finishing runs with 20% more distance than what is actually correct. This issue does not occur when using the default "TicExercise" app or the "Gear Tracker II" app under the same conditions (same trail, sky access, etc.). I can see the problem during the run and after uploading.

My gps tracking disconnects from phone during hike unless tracking screen is always on. This started happening recently.

Hi, I have a long standing problem which I've tweeted Strava support about but had nothing back.  I have Apple Watch Series 6, latest watch OS, iOS installed.  When I start an outdoor run on the watch's strava app, the heartrate recorded starts very high (circa 170bpm) before normalising back down to my proper heart rate after approx. 5 minutes.  My resting heart rate is 45bpm and around 60bpm when I'm walking around, so I know that a starting heart rate of 170bpm isn't real! (When the watch has normalised my max. is 140 bpm or thereabouts).  Interestingly this only happens on Outdoor Runs, if I do an Outdoor ride or another activity, the heart rate is fine throughout.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I've recently noticed that the calories burned are not shown in Strava (as it used to be few weeks ago) and this figure has been  replaced by Avg Power.I am using a Garmin Fenix 7 and had entered the weight etc..The Garmin Connect App shows the figure.  Any one can help?Thanks!

My run activity is not showing on my iPhone but my walking activity and golf activity is??? How can I solve this? Thanks 

Hi, I recently changed to a Giant Dash M200 GPS unit for my Embt, and all was well for the first ride. Data uploaded to the Stages cycling app and came across to Strava. However, subsequent rides have produced incorrect data uploads to Strava. All good on the M200 and in the Stages app, but upload to Strava from Stages and my data is skewed beyond belief. Distance and map are OK, but speeds and time are out of this world, e.g. max speed today was 443Km/hr and my 40km ride only took 5 minutes! I know I'm on an Embt but that's crazy. Anybody experiencing the same thing or got any ideas on how to correct this?

Is there any way Strava can prevent double posting.  People have so many options for updates to their rides.  Phones, watches, GPS devices.    People use two or more on one ride and get double or triple the correct distance.  Also is unfair for Local Legend segments. 

I see multiple posts about the same but no fix. In strava you click samsung, it tells you how to add strava in samsung app which works but you never see the app in apps section settings in strava  

Today I havent been able to access Strava on my Iphone 12.  Get the message "Something went went wrong - try again"  I deleted the app and reionstaled but no difference.  Anyone else having this issue? 

Hello!I don´t know why my Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 is not showing steps in my hiking sessions. All the other data are ok, map, heart rate, kms, elevation, etc. even when I wal in a flat terrain it doesn´t show any steps. Do you know why? Best regards

Is there a way to sync a run tracked via the Android Strava app so it shows up in Garmin Connect?  I've only found a way to sync activities from Garmin Connect to Strava.

Never had any problems in the past, but today my Strava activity didnt sync with The Conqueror app. Anyone else having the same problem? True i havent gone on a run in two months but that shouldnt be a problem &#x1f605  thanks!

Google Fit integration does not work at all for me 😞 I tried every fixes and workarounds what I found in community posts and help and other articles.    

Hello! My last 2 runs have no data apart from the time. I've turned location services off and on, deleted the app and reinstalled and turned the device off and on a couple of times (after reading about a similar issue in this forum), but nothing seems to help... I also waited until my device (iphone) had connected to 4G instead of home WIFI before starting the recording, but it made no difference.  Any ideas on how to fix this? 🤔 🤔

My garmin hrm-dual stopped showing heart rate on strava.  I unpaired it but tried to pair again and it’s not showing up.  Have tried pairing it to strava on 3 different devices no luck.  It’s only6 month old. Is it still supported with strava?

I have the Strava app on my pixel watch and every time I finish a run the distance value that shows in the Strava app on my phone is different (normally around 0.5km less) than what was displayed on my watch when I finished the activity. I've seen a few posts on how to edit this on the web app after each run but how can I stop it changing my distance in the first place? Both the watch and phone apps are Strava, I don't understand why the data would change. 

The specialized app is no longer syncing with Strava? I can't find the specialized app in the list on Strava but yet Strava is in the specialized app and says it's linked. But no sync 

Hi everyone, My recent 13km run is stuck on "Processing Activity" in the  app and isn’t moving forward. I’ve tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps but haven’t had any success. What can I do to retrieve my run data and resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

 I use Redmi Watch 3 Active, Strava can synchronize training results but not heart rate. Is there a solution that I can do?

I run the iOS app, and ever since a recent update the app disconnects my Polar HR Monitor...in the middle of an activity.  Most of the time I have to rediscover and replace/re-add it, but even then there is no guarantee it will stay connected for the duration of the workout.I have replaced the battery, and the monitor does stay connected to the Health app, which I did just as a test.Just wondering if this is unique to my experience, or if others are having similar issues?

Hi,I have noticed that Zepp doesn't sync my workouts accurately. For example today I have recorded 18.11 min on Zepp but only 5.11 min show up on Strava. In general I have noticed that my times on Strava are longer by 1 - 2 mins then on the Zepp app. I'm using Amazfit Band 5Does anyone know why and how I can fix it?Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is my first post on here so I apologize if I'm in the wrong spot. I've been googling around and I know I am not the first to bring up a variation of this topic but I didn't see any active conversations on it anymore. I've been using Runkeeper for quite a while and I've been wanting to switch to Strava but the one thing holding me back is the fact that I can't do a treadmill run with heart rate data via my phone. I often do treadmill runs when it's super hot/cold/rainy or sometimes when I just don't have the ability to leave my house because I have children too young to be left alone. I have a pixel watch 2 and I can do it with my watch as an indoor run but the distance is way off and I am unable to edit it, to make it match the treadmill. I get about 0.6 miles per actual treadmill mile. I don't understand why it's an issue to add just a timer with HR compatibility, then allow the user to manually add/edit the correct distance. I’ve just uploaded a mountaineering activity from my Suunto watch and the data in strava is nowhere near correct. It has my ascent as 880m when it was 1340m and it hasn’t accounted for descent. Worst of all apparently I did it in 28mins! how do I correct this? It won’t give me the option of correcting elevation data.
