Apple workout not importing

Hello and thanks for your post. I know you may have tried some of these troubleshooting steps already, but can you please read through this list and ensure you’ve completed everything:

If this activity was recorded with the Apple Workout app, you can re-import your activities using the instructions below:

• Strava iOS App
• You Tab
• Settings top right (cog icon)
• Manage apps and devices
• Health
• Your recent workouts from the Workout App will be located on this page

If this activity was recorded with the Strava watch app, please note that if you did not have sufficient reception during the time of saving the activity, that may cause issues with syncing once saved.

In this case, can you please force quit both the Strava watch app and the app on your mobile device.

To force quit the Strava app on your watch, press and hold the side button until the shutdown screen appears, and then press and hold the digital crown until the app closes. You must be in the app to force it to close.

I hope this information helps point you towards successful uploads.

I'm having the same problem…

noop unfortunately it is still not fixed - i have tried everything i have seen on the community hub / google but the workout will just not import / show up on my activity feed. So disappointed as this was my longest run.

Hi team, 

I am experiencing 2 issues, any help would be greatly appreciated!

1. 
   after a workout of any kind using Strava it doesn’t upload to my Apple health activities, I’m out of ideas, iv done all troubleshooting procedures and still cannot get Strava to show in sessions on Apple! All I’m trying to do is create a training load but cannot as it’s as if I didn’t workout.
2. during my workouts Strava just suddenly cuts out and I have to reopen app often losing my time in workout, anyone know why this happens?
