Hello... I recently purchased a Fitbit Sense 2 and my data is not automatically syncing to the Strava app. I've spent 2 days googleing all the potential issues and have tried and checked ALL of them, with no luck. The only other issue I can possibly see (photo attached) is the inability to check this gray box when granting permission. Anyone know how I can fix that or another reason this syncing isn't happening? TYIA!  

I would love for my workouts on the Ladder app to import to Strava.  It doesn’t look like there is a direct connection.  I see them in my apple fitness and health app. Is there another way to import these?

Hello! I've set an annual run goal this year and noticed any distance traveled during a "workout" activity does not go toward this goal.I have running activities, but I also participate in some workout groups that do more HIIT-style workouts that include running, but also lunges, hill sprints, etc. I would like for the distance traveled during these workouts to go towards my goal, but they do not appear to do so under the current classification. I would prefer to not reclassify the HIIT workouts as "runs" since the pace and heart rate data will be somewhat different from my standard running activity.Is there a way to accomplish this? I've linked my Strava account to my Viafit account, but workout info in my Viafit account is not being received by Strava. (FWIW, Viafit appears to be part of Egym.)Big picture: I have a Matrix R50 stationary bike with an xID (Viafit) username. Workout info (particularly calories burned) is therefore recorded to my Viafit account. Ultimately, I want that data sent to my MyFitnessPal account so my daily diary would have data about calories burned through exercise.MyFitnessPal does not play well (or at all) with Viafit/Egym, so it was suggested that I find an intermediary service to connect the two. Like an interpreter--one that speaks Viafit and one that speaks MFP. The concept: The interpreter gets info from Viafit, and then the interpreter sends that info to MFP.According to online sources, Strava speaks both Viafit and MFP. I am a Nike Run Club (NRC) user and get most of my running workouts from the NRC app.  I also have an apple watch and use the Apple Fitness app.  My NRC account, Apple Fitness account, and Strava account are all conveniently connected so that when I do a NRC workout, it automatically uploads to Strava and also gets recorded on my Apple Fitness app, which I love.  The problem is that Strava also uploads the same NRC workout onto Apple Fitness, so each workout I do gets recorded twice on Apple Fitness.  Any suggestions on how to correct this?  I still want my Strava and Apple Fitness accounts to be connected so that if I do a workout outside of NRC, it still gets automatically shared between Strava and Apple.

Hello, All of a sudden Generate Community Routes (App>Maps>choose sport and distance) don't seem to be appearing in my Wahoo app. Everything else seems to sync fine (built routes, routes saves from former rides...) apart from these.  Have tried deauthorising and re authorising, but doesn't seem to help. Any ideas...? Mike

I'm looking into buying a Bike computer and with the update to cycling in the workout app for the apple watch and with it's screen matching to the iPhone.  Would the iPhone be a good substitute for a bike computer.

Error' 403 when try to syncron to app. beyondrun. How fix it ?

If I have this right:You can only export a route created in Strava Maps by using a desktop computer.You can only import the exported file into Wahoo Element using an iPhoneThe process in between these two actions is anything but intuitive or easyWhy isn't there a file shortcut for the iPhone that automatically brings up the option to open/import the .gpx file in Element when you press and hold the .gpx file icon? It appears other apps are integrated into the iOS file actions options for this purpose.

I have both Samsung Health and Google Fit connected to Strava, but the app will not sync to either of them. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Watch Pro 5 to record and a Samsung Galaxy S21+ phone to look at the different apps.I've tried:- Logging out and back in on Strava - Restarting my phone - Logging out and back in on Fit and Health - Editing the activity in Strava and saving again - Making a new activity (still no sync of old or new activities) - Starting a run on my phone to check if it would sync the others recorded on my watch Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hello, I've been using Samsung Health to sync with Strava. The syncing works well, but I don't understand why Strava always truncates the training data. In this example, there wasn't any automatic pause.

 tried to upload walk, it was 21 hours long. Not sure if that’s why I’m having trouble but it just won’t upload, tried phone off and log out etc… need help 

I have used Stryd and COROS power in the past. Strava parses that information and includes the data on the iOS app (but not on the web app). The new Apple Watch OS now provides running power data. This information does now show up anywhere on Strava, even the iOS app. When I sync the file to TrainingPeaks using HealthFit, the power data is visible and reported.Is this a Strava issue or an Apple issue?

Hello. I just joined Strava and I’m enjoying. I decided to do a longer swim this evening and discovered I had no option for meter/lapped swim. I only see “swim” no indoor or outdoor, also can’t see a way to input the length of the pool like it says online. 

If I record a walk with my Apple watch via Strava no issue as is synced but any other actiovitie like Yoga, Pilates does not show up on my Strava app or profile why.I recorded on an Apple watch I Saved, and the watch tells me no unsynced activities, yet nothing shows up on the app.Happened now a few times I already restarted Strava app on watch, but still same issue

I have two phones.  Strava works just fine on one of them.  It used to work on the other as well, but sometime last year, I noticed this bizarre behaviour, which continues until now.If I press the big orange round button, the screen with time, distance, and speed in giant numbers shows up.  As long as auto-pause is turned off, the time ticks away, while the distance and speed remain at zero.  If I go to the screen with the map, it shows my location reasonably accurately, and shows the little blue dot moving as I move.  Upon finishing the activity, a map of the route, quite accurate, appears, along with plausible values of distance travelled and average speed.  However, during the activity itself, the distance travelled is zero and the average speed is zero.If auto-pause is turned on, the clock ticks for a few seconds, then auto-pause activates, whether I'm moving or not.If I leave the Strava app on my other phone, a b

I want to leave a group. After a search I learned that this is done in the overview section of the group. The club "Whittier Cyclery" shows me a black page. When I tap overview. This is the only one of the clubs that I am in. That shows me a blank overview page. How do I successfully leave this group in this situation. 

Hi been a paying subscriber since January and strava does not record any of my rides, I am so disappointed with this app, absolute rubbish.

Sems lately if I use my Samsung S21 to log my rides or walks that it cuts corners and just draws straight lines. This in turn cuts my routes km's and times etc. Plus it looks like I've walked in a perfectly straight line in many places 🙂 In the past I've turned off my location , restarted my phone and then it all works again. But lately this work around hasn't fixed my issue. I've gone back to using my XOSS G+ head unit for my bike and now have to use it for my walks. After a walk I have to go into the Strava app and change it from Ride to walk every time.Any fixes for this or ideas ?

I have had a Shimano Power Meter for a while, and I use a Garmin Edge 820. My power is linked with Garmin and displays live data on screen, and my rides transfer to Strava from Garmin Connect. However I am not currently getting any power info into strava so I can't review this info easily in starva, which is mainly where I do my post ride analysis.I can also see the power data in Shimano Connect Lab, which is also linked to Garmin for the ride data so it is clerarly logging it.. I think that shimano connect lab should export the power data to Strava but does this happen alongside the Garmin export?There are too many things going on here! Although Shimano connect Lab is linked to strava too it doesn't seem to transfer the data?  I have no idea now how to resolve this?Assistanace appreciated! Thanks
