Hello!I don´t know why my Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 is not showing steps in my hiking sessions. All the other data are ok, map, heart rate, kms, elevation, etc. even when I wal in a flat terrain it doesn´t show any steps. Do you know why? Best regards

Is there a way to sync a run tracked via the Android Strava app so it shows up in Garmin Connect?  I've only found a way to sync activities from Garmin Connect to Strava.

Never had any problems in the past, but today my Strava activity didnt sync with The Conqueror app. Anyone else having the same problem? True i havent gone on a run in two months but that shouldnt be a problem &#x1f605  thanks!

Google Fit integration does not work at all for me 😞 I tried every fixes and workarounds what I found in community posts and help and other articles.    

Hello! My last 2 runs have no data apart from the time. I've turned location services off and on, deleted the app and reinstalled and turned the device off and on a couple of times (after reading about a similar issue in this forum), but nothing seems to help... I also waited until my device (iphone) had connected to 4G instead of home WIFI before starting the recording, but it made no difference.  Any ideas on how to fix this? 🤔 🤔

My garmin hrm-dual stopped showing heart rate on strava.  I unpaired it but tried to pair again and it’s not showing up.  Have tried pairing it to strava on 3 different devices no luck.  It’s only6 month old. Is it still supported with strava?

I have the Strava app on my pixel watch and every time I finish a run the distance value that shows in the Strava app on my phone is different (normally around 0.5km less) than what was displayed on my watch when I finished the activity. I've seen a few posts on how to edit this on the web app after each run but how can I stop it changing my distance in the first place? Both the watch and phone apps are Strava, I don't understand why the data would change. 

The specialized app is no longer syncing with Strava? I can't find the specialized app in the list on Strava but yet Strava is in the specialized app and says it's linked. But no sync 

Hi everyone, My recent 13km run is stuck on "Processing Activity" in the  app and isn’t moving forward. I’ve tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps but haven’t had any success. What can I do to retrieve my run data and resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

 I use Redmi Watch 3 Active, Strava can synchronize training results but not heart rate. Is there a solution that I can do?

I run the iOS app, and ever since a recent update the app disconnects my Polar HR Monitor...in the middle of an activity.  Most of the time I have to rediscover and replace/re-add it, but even then there is no guarantee it will stay connected for the duration of the workout.I have replaced the battery, and the monitor does stay connected to the Health app, which I did just as a test.Just wondering if this is unique to my experience, or if others are having similar issues?

Hi,I have noticed that Zepp doesn't sync my workouts accurately. For example today I have recorded 18.11 min on Zepp but only 5.11 min show up on Strava. In general I have noticed that my times on Strava are longer by 1 - 2 mins then on the Zepp app. I'm using Amazfit Band 5Does anyone know why and how I can fix it?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. 

This is my first post on here so I apologize if I'm in the wrong spot. I've been googling around and I know I am not the first to bring up a variation of this topic but I didn't see any active conversations on it anymore. I've been using Runkeeper for quite a while and I've been wanting to switch to Strava but the one thing holding me back is the fact that I can't do a treadmill run with heart rate data via my phone. I often do treadmill runs when it's super hot/cold/rainy or sometimes when I just don't have the ability to leave my house because I have children too young to be left alone. I have a pixel watch 2 and I can do it with my watch as an indoor run but the distance is way off and I am unable to edit it, to make it match the treadmill. I get about 0.6 miles per actual treadmill mile. I don't understand why it's an issue to add just a timer with HR compatibility, then allow the user to manually add/edit the correct distance. I’ve just uploaded a mountaineering activity from my Suunto watch and the data in strava is nowhere near correct. It has my ascent as 880m when it was 1340m and it hasn’t accounted for descent. Worst of all apparently I did it in 28mins! how do I correct this? It won’t give me the option of correcting elevation data. 

I have just changed phone from an iPhone SE to an iPhone 15. None of my new activities are showing and I am not following any of my friends. It looks like I have to refollow people to get them to appear in my activity feed. The last time that a recorded activity is on my account is January 2021, there is nothing recorded since then, and I regularly exercise so there are hundreds of activities missing. It’s clearly the switching of phones, old to new, but even after logging out of my other device I am not seeing any of my data 

I can see my activity on the application Form (with IPhone) but can not synchronise it on Strava. Can you please help me ?

UPDATE FROM STRAVA: Thanks to everyone who replied to this post. Garmin has notified us that they have an firmware update that should resolve this issue. My Garmin Forerunner watch syncs perfectly every time. However, in the last few weeks my Garmin Oregon 700 only partially syncs. I only get the first part of the activity (typically 10-40%) appearing on Strava. The whole activity appears fine in Garmin Connect, so I assume this a Strava problem. Please could you advise.

Having a problem with route uploads from my Garmin GPSMap 66st to my Strava account via the Garmin Connect app.For a while now, all it will upload is the very first part of the activity. Distance is showing as a few metres regardless of activity length. However, the calories burned figure tallies with the Garmin record.I've seen that there are some issues recently with syncing, but this has been happening to me for a good while now. I've not yet tried a file upload direct as yet. Any ideas?  Is it likely to be a Garmin issue or Strava?Attached are screenshots of the Garmin Connect route and what Strava shows of the same.  

I have been tracking my equestrian activities for several years on Garmin and started to load them as Workouts to Strava about a year ago.   A few days ago, they stopped loading into Strava even though all my other activities (run, walk, bike) still load automatically.    I was able to load the file manually from my Garmin watch to Strava but I don't want that hassle!   Has anyone else experienced this?   Did a recent update block horsemanship activities from loading from Garmin to Strava???

Can somebody please point me in the right direction. I’ve been using the app for a couple years and the old phone died. I’ve loaded the app on the new phone, had to change a password for the account because I had forgotten the old. No saved data is showing it looks like a new account and restore purchase button comes up with an error message. I have entered multiple requests for assistance and received no reply. My subscription is still active.can anyone suggest a possible solution to this? It would be much appreciated cheers

I broke my Samsung S20 FE and replaced it with a Samsung A35. I use the free version of Strava. When I loaded the Strava app on my A35, none of my history since 2018 appeared.What happened? How xan I retrieve and download my activity history?

I just got a new phone, not sure if this is the cause, but suddenly Strava and polar are not syncing anymore. I've uninstalled Strava, installed it again, restarted my phone and refreshed Strava. Still not syncing. What do I need to do?
