Hi, im struggling with the Strava app on my iPhone 13 Pro. I just downloaded it and was reddy for a active summer. But it won't work. At the start I tried the app and seemed cool but suddenly it just died on me. if I now try to go in to the app I will meet the " something went wrong, pleas try again" tag. the screen is white and I can't log out or do anything. I tried to go to setting but it's just pitch black. so I tried to delete and re download but it just log me in to the same place. can somebody pleas help? https://youtube.com/shorts/yyQqSfe0nyY?feature=share 

When importing a run from Polar into Strava, Strava always cuts off some moving time. See pictures below. I ran for 46:47. This was correctly recorded by Polar. When the activity is imported into Strava, it says I ran the same distance in 44:53. Why is this?When running, I always manually pause my Polar watch at traffic lights. Auto-pause in Strava is turned off.

I reecently had to reset my Fossil Watch Gen 5 and then discovered that Stava is no longer available in the App store for Wear OS 2. Forced into buying a new watch.. Fossil Gen 6, with Wear OS 3 I am having trouble with Strava unable to get a GPS lock. Can anyone offer advice. Previosuly, if I had Strava open on my phone and it had a GPS lock then the app on my watch would as well. Now the app on my phone has a GPS lock but Strava on my watch just keeps saying it is trying to get a GPS fix. If I start an activity on my phone and watch at the same time, it takes about 5 minutes for the watch to get a lock. I assume it is only getting GPS location from the watch and not from the phone. In 'Location' on the watch, 'Use Location' is on and says 'get location from phone and watch'. Strava and the Fossil app have location permissions enabled on both the phone and the watch. Phone is a Huawei P20 Pro, only change since moveing from Gen 5 to Gen 6 w

Hi I did a race two days ago and saved it successfully from my garmin watch to iPhone.  Wesham 10k.  Had kudus from fellow club runners and comments.  So know it was absolutely saved and on Strava.  Yet the following day it just seems to have vanished yet I can see it listed on my run history. When I press on it in run history a red bar appears indicating a problem in system.  By the way  I definitely have not deleted the activity.  Have emailed into Strava support but heard nothing and no sign of the activity.  So sure it’s a glitch on my Strava.  Concerned as my activity seems to be lost in space ! I have paid a subscription to Strava.   My worry is if this happens again…  Love my running love Strava is there anything I can do ? 

I've been using the Strava App on my Pixel Watch since January this year.In the last 6-8 weeks, most times when I go to start an activity (either cycling or running), the GPS takes longer than previous to connect and then when it does and I hit 'start', the app regularly crashes and takes me back to the "home" page where you select an activity.  Sometimes it does this a couple of times and once I actually get an activity to start, it often then records this as a generic "workut" rather than the activity I have selected.I thought the cause of this was a faulty device as I replaced my Pixel Watch under warranty at the same time (the battery died on the old one), but I've since had the replacement replaced and noticed the same problem this morning when starting a run so now I'm not sure if its the watch, or maybe the Strava app itself as it only seems to have started happening since October - but the fact its now occurred on two seperate devices makes me think the ti

I recorded a run today on my Garmin watch and synced it to Strava but I cannot see it on my mobile app. I received a notification on my mobile that it's synced (and it's still there in the notifications), but when I try to access it I see a red note that 'something went wrong'. The run is not visible in the activity feed nor in my activities on mobile app. Yet I can see it in the 'Training Log' on mobile app.Strangely, everything is fine on the desktop version of Strava.Any ideas how to fix it? I would appreciate your help.

I already synced Strava with my Apple Watch and I still can’t connect with its Heart Rate Monitor.

I have a garmin forerunner 255 and my activities are automatically uploaded from garmin connect to strava. Yesterday i did a 10k run but the activity in strava has 0,00km. The activity in garmin connect however shows all the right data and kilometers. I have tried to manually upload the .gpx and .fit files to strava but then the problem remains. Anyone has an idea what the problem is and how i can resolve this? Thanks!

Picked up a Galaxy Watch 6, and when starting my weight training the watch would record my Heartrate, but not my elapsed time. I also had it randomly finish my workout, but it showed the elapsed time on the finished post. When im not viewing the workout on my watch it records the time, once i view the workout on my watch the time goes down to 00:00.I previously owned a watch 4 to track my weight workouts, and never had a problem. 

Hi, I have some starred segments that are uphill average grade (have goals and everything), but for some reason they don't download to my Edge 830 after sync. I want to emphasize that I do see some live segments on my Garmin (about 4 out of the 10 eligible) but these ones don't download. I've tried unstarring them/syncing/re-starring but that doesn't work - I don't see them in my Live Segments collectionWould love some help fixing this - thanks!

Some background:1. A ride showing 190+ average (220+ NP) on my Wahoo App shows up as below 140 on Strava.2. Whaoo normally does not count zeros, but i turned ON that setting. So now, Wahoo should be counting the zeros same as strava3. My max power on wahoo/strava matches.Why could it be 50+ watts different?Thanks!

Hello! I've just bought a Samsung Watch 5 and I'm stuck while using Strava App. There is a way to customize the screen fields? I would like to have 2 screens, one with heart and distance and another one with pace and time. I found a tip in another forum which mentioned to try using the Samsung Health (it allows the screen customization) and synchronize it with Strava, but I figure out that there is no way to synchronize activities that has no GPS Data. Thanks!

I would like to keep a library of rides and only have a select few pushed to my Wahoo App (and onto my computer). After testing this, it displays both saved routes and stared routes. Realizing this may be a Wahoo question, any other suggestions to try in Strava?   Thanks!

If a heart rate sensor follows GATT Heart Rate Profile 1.0 and Heart Rate Service 1.0 can connect to Strava？Or you have more requirements? 

Hi, Any ideas on this one? I recorded a cycle today on my Garmin which sync'd to Strava, but it's not showing up on the mobile app. The app registers that I did an activity, but there's nothing in the feed or activities. When I log on to the Desktop version it shows the activity in My Activies but not in my feed. I've noticed that the elapsed time is 11457hrs (legs are sore after that!!), could this be causing the problem? I deleted the activity and uploaded the gpx from my Garmin and it's still the same. I've logged out of the app and Desktop version, logged back in. I recorded another activity and it seemed to come up fine. Any ideas would be much apprciated. If it's not on Strava.... I have installed and given all the required permissions to strava app on mobile as well as on my galaxy watch 4 classic.When I start recording from the watch, everything works fine and gets synced with mobile when the activity is over.But when I start recording from my mobile (so that I can see the route while I am on my bike), heart rate data is not recorded from the watch.Also, on the record screen of mobile app, watch is not shown under the available sensors.

Looking for some help…My Apple Watch says 8:55 minute miles, but then when I upload to Strava it says 8:27 minute miles, I ran with someone else who’s watch and strava say 8:55 minute miles. How can I fix this problem? 

I've just attempted my second ever Zone 2 run which on a tech front was a bit of a fail. About 4 months ago i had tried the same zone 2 run and found the alerts when going out of zone 2 really useful. Today however I tried the same but for some reason was unable to set up the alerts to track from my Galaxy 6 watch, to my phone and buds.I regularly synch workouts to my phone from my watch, but when starting to record a run, I press the heart and it doesnt show that the watch is available and therefore i cannot select a zone 2 session... or at least i'm fairly certain thats how it worked out last time.If anyone has any tips or advice of what i need to do to be able to get the heart rate zone alerts back whilst on a run, it would be very much appreciated.

I recently connected strava with my mi fitness app that i have been gathering ally training data in. It seems like i managed to connect with strava but non of my old training data has synced into strava. Any fixes on how to inport this data?

when using Huawei Band 9, Huawei Health to strava, the record was different. it's very confusing.

Could someone please explain to me how Strava can create a new profile from Facebook when I already have one?  Years ago when I created my Strava account I logged in via Facebook and have a profile which I have been using successfully for several years.  On Sunday evening, I wanted to explore the possibility of subscribing to Strava and disconnected that profile from Facebook in order to create a more secure login via email.  No password reset was sent to me so I then logged back into Strava via Facebook and was shocked to find that I now have a new athlete profile attached to my email but with no activities logged.  I can still see my original profile as I know my original athlete number and have manually typed it into the web address bar.  My Garmin is also still uploading my activities to my original profile but I cannot log into it.  How can this happen as Strava insists that an account can only have one email address?  I have been trying

I am not able to get past what's shown in the picture below. The strava app always opens to that on the watch, even after re-installing. When I click sign in on phone, nothing happens, on the phone and the watch. I've given permissions for everything on both devices. I've synced samsung health to strava on my phone. Nothing is working.
