I have just got myself a Garmin Forerunner 55 and want to know if I need to do anything to the watch for it to send my info to the Strava app.I've already paired my watch to the Garmin app and the Garmin app to the Strava app and allowed them to communicate with each other.When I go out on my mountain bike, will the garmin watch pass the information to the Strava app without me having to do anything? If not, what do I need to do?

Hi team,I have my power measurement connected to the Zepp app. With automatic synchronization power data is not imported in Strava. However, if I export the .TCX file (with .GPX power data is also not imported) and add the activity manually the power data imports correctly.Can you solve this issue?Thanks a lot.

Hey guys! I have a Garmin Forerunner 45 and I used to get the average split per mile. I must have changed a setting. Garmin support was not able to me.  Has anyone had similar issues and know of a solution? Thx!  

When starting my run on my watch 4, it doesnt find a location (not even after 10 minutes!). Location works with health and maps. All settings are "allowed" and have reset both watch and phone, deleted and added strava multiple times.  No map, never. Been at this for hours. (Health is not tracking run while strava is used, it does however count my steps, not the location).(Note: i really do want this to work on the watch as i start it on my Phone, i dont have a heart rate)Thank you for your respons!

Whenever I select a “swim/run” activity on my garmin watch, when it syncs and uploads to strava, it uploads each time I swam/ran as an individual workout. So instead of uploading onto strava as one whole workout, it looks like 12 small individual workouts. This needs to be changed so it uploads as one entire workout 

How can I connect Kuzo Sports watch to Starva app?

I have done a couple of activities recently using my watch to rapple watch to record the activity. Unfortunately, when I end the activity it seems to disappear and has not appearer on my strava profile. This is the second time for this to happen - in between these 2 activities the phone did record a run that I did.Is there any way of finding activities that have not saved/synced from the Apple Watch?Thanks in advance,Ryan

Hello!  I use Strava to keep all of my data in one place.  However, Strava is not recording the data points in Apple Health for VO2 Max when using "workout" but does give a data point in Apple Health for "outdoor walk". How do I ensure all workouts, regardless of type, are data points for VO@ Max in Apple Health?

Hi,Yesterday i tried to sync my running activity to strava, but it didn't work. After logging off and on and even tried to reinstall the app the problem didn't resolve. When i check the settings of my strava app on my watch it says: "not synchronized". 

Hello there, with the last apple watch update apple has added some cycling features, for example powermeter support. I'm using a Assioma Duo that is properly connected to my apple watch and if I'm using the apple training app my power data is recorded. But as this data is not put througt to Strava afterwards I would prefer to run and record with the strava app directly. Unfortunately it seems the strava app isn't able to pick up the power meter data. Has anybody made it work in this combination? Do you guys at Strava work on a solution? This would be great. Hi all. I did a pre-parkrun run this morning and on garmin connect and my watch the elapsed time is 5 mins 26secs. However on Strava it shows both the moving time and elapsed time as 5:24. I can understand the moving time being different, but shouldnt the elapsed time be the same as it is on Garmin Connect? Had a look through past runs and it’s happened before. Sometimes Strava has the odd second added on, or taken off my elapsed time.. any ideas anyone?  Thanks  

Since subscribing to paid version of Strava I have noticed errors in my run activity time. This morning I used the Strava app on my Apple Watch to record my 10km run, pressing start at the beginning of the run and not stopping until the end of the 10km run. My watch recorded 1 hour and 5 minutes. (Incidentally my friend ran with me at the same pace using her garmin watch and recorded the same overall time - which recorded correctly to her Strava app). When the activity synced to the Strava app on my iPhone it shows a moving time of 58 minutes and 47 seconds. It knocked over 6 minutes off my running time! When I viewed analysis the elapsed time recorded as 1 hour and 21 seconds! Two very different times and still nothing like my genuine time. I do not know why the app is making me appear quicker than I am, but it’s been inaccurate like this on all my runs recorded since I started paying for Strava. How can I get the Strava app on my watch to sync correctly with the Strava

Is there a problem with Peloton App workouts not syncing to Strava? I tried to manually sync and Peloton app says "Already synced to Strava" but the workout does not appear on my Strava dashboard. 

Hello! I just completed an activity and synced it from my apple watch. It syned but has not shown up as "ready to view". I've tried the suggestions here https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216919037-Troubleshooting-Syncing but so far no luck (it is not showing up as an error or failed to upload so I can't try it again).  I’m trying to upload an activity from my sole+ account directly to Strava through their app but get the attached error message, any idea how I can get this resolved? 

Good morning to everyone. I have a problem with Strava app and I want to ask if anyone else has the same issues. I have two smartphones: Redmi Note 9 Pro, Android 12, Strava app version 351.18 (1234809) and Realme 10 (RMX3630), realme UI 4.0 /Android 13, Strava app version 351.18 (1234809). On the Android 12 phone which I used in the past 2+ years, all recordings are accurate. On the Android 13 phone though, my cycling recordings are correct but my hiking/walking activities are almost 20% longer than normal. Looking at the activity map, I can see that I am walking in small loops (like a drunk person) and there are no straight lines between points which would indicate a gps signal loss. I have tried with or without connecting sensors (in-app choice when you start an activity and press the cog), battery optimization is disabled for Strava (the app has full authority to use all the resources and restart itself automatically and no "sleep"

Hello. I'm writing about a discrepancy with "calories burned" on my latest Strava activity (I will insert screengrabs) and hoping someone can help me. For context, my Strava account is linked to my Fitbit account and automatically uploads my runs into Strava from the Fitbit app. I went on a three-mile run today and my Fitbit is showing 318 calories burned, but when the activity was imported into Strava, the calorie count displayed is just 30. Is there a way for me to manually edit the calories burned for an activity in Strava? Help (this is driving me nuts)!

I keep starting activities from my watch and it shows that it is finding GPS but then it typically never finds it.  My watch definitely has GPS and is using it because maps and everything else work great.

My elapsed time is being shown as shorter than the combination of my splits.  The combination of the splits would be the correct time and agree to my Apple Watch.  The end of the run appears to be cut off.   I’m running the latest version of the app.A couple of pictures below to illustrate the point.  Elapsed time showing 20.45, when the splits add up to 21.07.  My watch actually had the elapsed time as 21.13.    

Hi, I'm trying to install the Strava app for the watch under my son's account on his Apple Watch SE2. It's paired as a family member watch (not primary watch) on my iphone. The phone has the Strava app logged in as him. However, I cannot get the Strava app onto the Apple Watch SE2 so my son can track his runs. When I go to the Watch app on the phone, there is no option to install the Strava app like there is when looking at the primary watch paired to that phone. When I go to the App Store on the watch, Strava says it's purchased, but when I press on it, it says "Requires iPhone" and I can't do anything more.  All the OSes are up to date on both the phone and watch, and I've tried restarting the phone and watch several times.  The Strava app on the iPhone seems to be all setup to have the Strava app on the watch. I just don't know how to get the app onto the watch.  Is this because it's setup as a family member watch and not the primary wat

My workout app in Apple which I use for swim gives a completely different average pace than strava does for the exact same activity, how can I fix this?     

 I have an Apple Watch SE version 10.5 and the Strava app isn’t on the App Store so how do I connect.
