When I select Strava segments in Garmin Connect it only saves this for a few minutes and then reverts back to the Garmin segments checkbox being selected. Anyone else had this issue?

Hello, I am facing an issue with syncing my Garmin Forerunner 245 to Strava recently. When  I try to attempt to upload my activities, I am getting error code 503, indicating 'Service Unavailable'. This problem emerged around a week ago and has persisted despite my efforts to resolve it. I have tried restarting both my Garmin watch and the Strava app, reinstalled the app, and verified my internet connection, which appears stable. Even after this , the problem not resolved . I have checked https://communityhub.strava.com/t5/strava-features-chat/bd-p/strava-features-chat-rpa discussions but still need help .   Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would like to have a custom text or just normal text like "Morning run","Evening run"... instead of brand name text "Huawei activity" on strava from Huawei health and I have to edit all of time. I am not sure where to adjust it on huawei health or on strava? If any solution please help Thanks Phuc

I am trying to sync my fitness data with Strava. It has been syncing fine up until a few days ago. It usually gets data from Polar but for some reason it stopped syncing. In the android app the page to connect to Google fit is buggy. Keeps skipping to option to connect where I press continue then it goes to next page where I click done then it returns back to the same page where I already clicked continue...Round and round. Please help.    

I use a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt V1 with a Wahoo cadence sensor. My average cadence in Wahoo and Strava is always different, with Strava always being lower.Does Strava take 0rpm into account for its average? There is a setting in the Wahoo Elemnt to include zeros in the average count, which I have disabled. I am guessing this is why, but I just wanted to ask here in case someone already had come across this in the past. 

Hi,I use an Apple Watch and all of my other data appears when my runs are uploaded except for my heart rate. I checked the health settings and ensured that all of the possible information is shared. I am confused because my heart rate used to appear until June 7th and suddenly stopped, but I don't believe I changed any settings.

I just paid for a premium to be able to use Beacon when I'm out with my bike. I have a new Apple Watch Ultra with cellular and wanted to be able to go for a ride without my phone and a bike computer while still sending my location to my wife.I rode today and - there seems to be no way to have cadence data? I can't find a way to pair a sensor in the watch or use the already paired sensor (via Apple fitness).Never in a million years could I have imagined that a cycling app would not support cadence data?Also, the UI is basically unusable when trying to have a quick glance - the Apple App is miles ahead...Did I miss something or are there any plans on improving this mess? Seems like I have just waisted 75 EUR on this...

Hello all!I've been using Strava for about a year with my Watch4. I recently upgraded my phone and the Strava app is now showing elapsed time as the main display, where it used to be average pace, on runs.The pace is displayed in Strava orange and is now much smaller, and when I'm out I can't see it easily!Any advice on how to change it back?TIA 😊 Gary

When importing my workout from my Apple watch, the splits come into Strava as total miles vs. the splits recorded in my workout.  Is there a setting adjustment that needs made so they match?

Hi,I hope I've put this in the right place.I've been using Strava for several years, but earlier this year got the Pixel Watch to make my tracking more accurate, to give heart rate etc.  I use the Strava App on the watch and use it for both running and cycling.Usually, it works well, but on fairly regular occaisions (maybe once a week), I notice that after the activity has uploaded to Strava, the last half mile or so is cut off.  The run is still tracking when I get home, so its not a case of me accidentally hitting 'end' or anything like that.Geographically, it always seems to cut off in the same sort of area - so I'm wondering if there's something interfering with the signal - but that doesn't really make sense to me as it doesn't happen every time, and normally the tracker wouldn't cut off the activity, it would just keep going until it found a new signal.I don't know if this is a Strava issue, or a Google Pixel issue, but it's becomin

I recently purchased a Fitbit Sense 2 and my data is not automatically syncing to the Strava app. I've spent 2 days googleing all the potential issues and have tried and checked ALL of them, with no luck. The only other issue I can possibly see (photo attached) is the inability to check this gray box when granting permission. Anyone know how I can fix that or another reason this syncing isn't happening? TYIA!  

I would love for my workouts on the Ladder app to import to Strava.  It doesn’t look like there is a direct connection.  I see them in my apple fitness and health app. Is there another way to import these?

Hello! I've set an annual run goal this year and noticed any distance traveled during a "workout" activity does not go toward this goal.I have running activities, but I also participate in some workout groups that do more HIIT-style workouts that include running, but also lunges, hill sprints, etc. I would like for the distance traveled during these workouts to go towards my goal, but they do not appear to do so under the current classification. I would prefer to not reclassify the HIIT workouts as "runs" since the pace and heart rate data will be somewhat different from my standard running activity.Is there a way to accomplish this? I've linked my Strava account to my Viafit account, but workout info in my Viafit account is not being received by Strava. (FWIW, Viafit appears to be part of Egym.)Big picture: I have a Matrix R50 stationary bike with an xID (Viafit) username. Workout info (particularly calories burned) is therefore recorded to my Viafit account. Ultimately, I want that data sent to my MyFitnessPal account so my daily diary would have data about calories burned through exercise.MyFitnessPal does not play well (or at all) with Viafit/Egym, so it was suggested that I find an intermediary service to connect the two. Like an interpreter--one that speaks Viafit and one that speaks MFP. The concept: The interpreter gets info from Viafit, and then the interpreter sends that info to MFP.According to online sources, Strava speaks both Viafit and MFP. I am a Nike Run Club (NRC) user and get most of my running workouts from the NRC app.  I also have an apple watch and use the Apple Fitness app.  My NRC account, Apple Fitness account, and Strava account are all conveniently connected so that when I do a NRC workout, it automatically uploads to Strava and also gets recorded on my Apple Fitness app, which I love.  The problem is that Strava also uploads the same NRC workout onto Apple Fitness, so each workout I do gets recorded twice on Apple Fitness.  Any suggestions on how to correct this?  I still want my Strava and Apple Fitness accounts to be connected so that if I do a workout outside of NRC, it still gets automatically shared between Strava and Apple.

Hello, All of a sudden Generate Community Routes (App>Maps>choose sport and distance) don't seem to be appearing in my Wahoo app. Everything else seems to sync fine (built routes, routes saves from former rides...) apart from these.  Have tried deauthorising and re authorising, but doesn't seem to help. Any ideas...? Mike

I'm looking into buying a Bike computer and with the update to cycling in the workout app for the apple watch and with it's screen matching to the iPhone.  Would the iPhone be a good substitute for a bike computer.

Error' 403 when try to syncron to app. beyondrun. How fix it ?

If I have this right:You can only export a route created in Strava Maps by using a desktop computer.You can only import the exported file into Wahoo Element using an iPhoneThe process in between these two actions is anything but intuitive or easyWhy isn't there a file shortcut for the iPhone that automatically brings up the option to open/import the .gpx file in Element when you press and hold the .gpx file icon? It appears other apps are integrated into the iOS file actions options for this purpose.

I have both Samsung Health and Google Fit connected to Strava, but the app will not sync to either of them. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Watch Pro 5 to record and a Samsung Galaxy S21+ phone to look at the different apps.I've tried:- Logging out and back in on Strava - Restarting my phone - Logging out and back in on Fit and Health - Editing the activity in Strava and saving again - Making a new activity (still no sync of old or new activities) - Starting a run on my phone to check if it would sync the others recorded on my watch Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hello, I've been using Samsung Health to sync with Strava. The syncing works well, but I don't understand why Strava always truncates the training data. In this example, there wasn't any automatic pause.
