Connection to The Conqueror virtual challenges?

Never had any problems in the past, but today my Strava activity didnt sync with The Conqueror app. Anyone else having the same problem? True i havent gone on a run in two months but that shouldnt be a problem 😅  thanks!

Thanks for your post and sorry to hear this is happening.

We suggest reaching out to the company (Conqueror App) directly for any questions. To provide some context, we have a publicly available API that hundreds of external developers use to integrate with Strava data. These integrations are built and maintained by those 3rd party developers which means that any troubleshooting questions are better directed their way.

None of my activities have synced since Sunday either

So strange! Mine synced later that night, at around 3 am, almost 6 hours after my run

Same here; the day before there was a delay and yesterday it didn’t post the distance at all. Interesting that I think I updated both Conqueror and Strava apps a day or two ago…

Just out of interest, has this continued for you?

I found there was a delay of about 2-3 hours early this week, which got worse over the course of a few days. I now have 3 activities finished in Strava, the earliest of which was completed over 35 hours ago but still hasn't communicated through to my conqueror challenge.

Yeah it has continued. My last activity got registered in the conqueror app around a day and a half after i actually did it, so about 36 hours later.

I have in the meantime contacted the conquereor support team and they told me they identified the problem and are working on it. But who knows how it goes with these things...fingers crossed they fix it soon

I've had the same issue recently where conqueror challenges aren't updating with Strava activities. Some of mine took 2 days to update, same with my wife. I know Strava say take it up with the 3rd party. But at the same time myfitnesspal has also stopped recieving activity from Strava too.

Hi all!

Just wanted to share with everyone that the issue seems fixed. I went for a run last night and got the notification from the conqueror within minutes after saving the activity on strava. Hope you have the same experience and it stays fixed!
