I have installed and given all the required permissions to strava app on mobile as well as on my galaxy watch 4 classic.When I start recording from the watch, everything works fine and gets synced with mobile when the activity is over.But when I start recording from my mobile (so that I can see the route while I am on my bike), heart rate data is not recorded from the watch.Also, on the record screen of mobile app, watch is not shown under the available sensors.

Looking for some help…My Apple Watch says 8:55 minute miles, but then when I upload to Strava it says 8:27 minute miles, I ran with someone else who’s watch and strava say 8:55 minute miles. How can I fix this problem? 

I've just attempted my second ever Zone 2 run which on a tech front was a bit of a fail. About 4 months ago i had tried the same zone 2 run and found the alerts when going out of zone 2 really useful. Today however I tried the same but for some reason was unable to set up the alerts to track from my Galaxy 6 watch, to my phone and buds.I regularly synch workouts to my phone from my watch, but when starting to record a run, I press the heart and it doesnt show that the watch is available and therefore i cannot select a zone 2 session... or at least i'm fairly certain thats how it worked out last time.If anyone has any tips or advice of what i need to do to be able to get the heart rate zone alerts back whilst on a run, it would be very much appreciated.

I recently connected strava with my mi fitness app that i have been gathering ally training data in. It seems like i managed to connect with strava but non of my old training data has synced into strava. Any fixes on how to inport this data?

when using Huawei Band 9, Huawei Health to strava, the record was different. it's very confusing.

Could someone please explain to me how Strava can create a new profile from Facebook when I already have one?  Years ago when I created my Strava account I logged in via Facebook and have a profile which I have been using successfully for several years.  On Sunday evening, I wanted to explore the possibility of subscribing to Strava and disconnected that profile from Facebook in order to create a more secure login via email.  No password reset was sent to me so I then logged back into Strava via Facebook and was shocked to find that I now have a new athlete profile attached to my email but with no activities logged.  I can still see my original profile as I know my original athlete number and have manually typed it into the web address bar.  My Garmin is also still uploading my activities to my original profile but I cannot log into it.  How can this happen as Strava insists that an account can only have one email address?  I have been trying

I am not able to get past what's shown in the picture below. The strava app always opens to that on the watch, even after re-installing. When I click sign in on phone, nothing happens, on the phone and the watch. I've given permissions for everything on both devices. I've synced samsung health to strava on my phone. Nothing is working.    

I have been recording my runs using Strava app on Apple 3 watch for a year and works well. Then last week saved run and no upload same again this week. Last week was out of range from iPhone and got the will sync when in range message. This week had iPhone and watch and it looked like it had saved.On the watch the runs are showing as recorded unsynced pressing sync gets the message to sync your activity make sure your watch is connected to the network. Watch is BT connected to iPhone which is on WiFi. Have restarted strava app on watch as per troubleshooting instructions still no joy. Running Watchos 8.8.1 (19U512) iPhone iOS version 17.3.1 any ideas?

Hi thereI have a powermeter on my bike and register my ride with a Garmin 1040. My activities are synced to Strava via Garmin Connect.In my Stava activities and segment, I am not seeing a 'lightning' symbol next to the Power/Watts of the segment, which I understand means that this is estimated power calculated by Strava.How do I get Strava to show real and accurate power data from my powermeter that is registered via Garmin Connect.Thanks for your help.

Hello Everyone,I am having challenges changing the email address associated with my Strava account and I am at a point where I can go no further.My name is Dave . I have been a user of Strava since 2014.  I am close to throwing in the towel and moving away from Strava completely.  I was actually planning on signing up for a Strava Premium account but with the current situation of getting absolutely no response from Strava Support I am rethinking that.I need to change the email address associated with my account from an sbcglobal.net email to a gmail.com email.I know how one does this once a user is logged into their account.  We successfully changed my wife's email address and have hers working fine.  For 4 days I have been trying to change mine and I am absolutely stuck. I log in to my online Strava acct with my desktop running the latest software.  I hover over my profile photo in the top right corn

I recently started running using the Watch to 5K app on my Apple Watch series 9, this records my runs in Apple Fitness, but shows using the Watch to 5K icon. More recently I’ve installed the Strava app and while my walks can be imported into the Strava app, the Watch to 5K workouts are not available to import into Strava. Is there any way to import these workouts into Strava? 

My power data is no longer displaying on my indoor cycling activities on the app. The data is present online. It was fine until a few days ago. The rides are recorded on Wahoo with a Powerlink Zero. Any suggestions how to rectify this? 

I have been using Strava with Suunto for years and love them both. I now also have a Galaxy watch 5, and use Samsung Health. It syncs with Strava, but only my walks. Does anyone know why the indoor activities do not sync? The indoor activities with my suunto watch sync fine.

I just bought Geoid HS500 heart rate monitor and I can't connect it to DIRECTLY yo my iPhone Strava app. Does it connect or one has to use an intermediate app?

I just bought Geoid HS500 heart rate monitor and I can't connect it to my iPhone Strava app.  Works nicely with Garmin Edge and other fitness apps but no luck with Strava.Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong or that device won't pair with Strava and I'm wasting my time...

I've recently started riding outdoors again instead of using Zwift. My usual Zwift activities are written to Strava and then synced to apple health with no issues. I get full HR data and that then gets written in to Athlytic for load and training scoring. Today I rode my e-Bike and recorded it in the Shimano E-Ride app, this then exported to Stava and I see all the HR data in Strava.This has downloaded to apple health but there is no HR data, just a distance and time. This then means the Athlytic app doesn't pick up a load scoring.Is there a reason for this? I even recorded a ride in Strava on Sunday as well and that appears to have done the same thing, I have the workout but no HR data in health.I've double checked and all health data is allowed for Strava so it shouldn't be a permissions issue.

Activities are being uploaded as treadmill, eventhough I am choosing outdoor walk on the watch itself. After deleting the treadmill tag in Strava I still do not see the map. The Zepp application shows the map correctly, it looks like the GPS on the watch is working from the beginning to the end of the training. But it is still syncing to Strava without the map. Can you assist please? Is there any solution?

I start my activity with my iPhone but won’t activate my Apple Watch for heart rate or any data.i need to start another activity on my watch itself making two active recorded. Any ideas how this can be resolved?

Hi,I ran 15k today and recorded it using my Apple Watch. At the end of the run I clicked finish and when I check my phone the run has not been uploaded. I have forced closed both the app on my watch and also my phone and it still does not pull through. I have had the issue before but after a while the data does pull through, however, on this occasion it has been 6 hours and still nothing. Can someone please advise me. 

I’ve uploaded a run 40 mins ago and the app is still saying processing. I’ve read a few posts about this and tried all the steps with no luck. Hoping it’s just Strava being slow as it was a PB run. Anyone else having the issue ? 

Hi, when I import an activity from Apple 'health' into strava my route or maps are not importing. These are originally recorded in the workout app of Apple Watch Ultra. Just the basic info such as distance / time / duration etc is coming across fine, so the accounts are linked ok.  I cannot see if there is anything in permissions etc that affects specifically the route / mapping data. Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but any advice appreciated.  Thanks 👍

Please help… I bought a Fitbit inspire 2 for the sole purpose of recording swims on Strava. I’ve synchronised both accounts and tested a walk with just the Fitbit (phone left at home) and upon finishing the walk as I returned home, Strava had uploaded the walk by itself. I thought my swim would do the same. But nothing had uploaded to Strava. I see no way of doing it other than to press the record button on my phone before I get into the pool… but even then I worry it won’t track any movement from my Fitbit as my phone will be still in my bag!?… does anyone else struggle with getting this to work!? Any tips are welcomed! Thanks in advance 

I have an hour-and-a-half long workout that's not uploading to my account, just keeps stuck on processing. I've logged out and in, I've tried refreshing many times and tried uploading a new activity, with no solution.

Hi, I need some help and don't know the best way to ask. I have the Strava app since 2020, granted on older phones.  Using it till yesterday 30 April 2024. Today I had some issues, so after restarting my phone with no luck.  I uninstalled the app, to reinstall it. I know can't I stall it as it won't work on mine. As I said I have an older android phone, Archie 50 power. What has changed since yesterday for it not to work? It was fine yesterday.   Thanks
