Tried to ask Strava support for help twice, no help so far, so decided to ask the community...I try to migrate my sport tracking from Garmin Instinct2 to Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 LTE. Syncing configured in both Garmin Connect and Samsung Health and I currently use both watches (Garmin & Samsung 🙂 the same time. All outdoor (run, walking) activities are synced in Strava correctly, but the most of Samsung indoor workouts (yoga, weight etc.) are missing, just Garmin records without the correcponding records from Samsung Watch, but all missing workouts are available in the Samsung Health. I plan to stop using Garmin Watch & Garmin Cnnect and to start using Samsung Watch & Strava, but with missing indoor workouts Starva service is useless. I have created a strava challenege, and set it to most activity of steps as the goal. If invite my colleagues will their steps around the office auto sync from their watches (Garmin/Fitbit/Apple) and count towards this? ie they don’t have to press record or stop every time they take a step for it record? or if tg et just sync once a day will this sync all their steps too ? Also can you post photos(ie like a Facebook post) on the challenge page? Thank you!!!! 

Hi, table tennis is recognized as tennis when imported from Garmin, have to edit type of activity manually each time. Is there a way to remedy this? Thanks 

Hello, I have just purchased my son a Garmin watch to record his runs and work with a trainer. He doesn’t have a phone or iPad though. I have the Strava app on my phone and iPad and was wondering if I can add him as another account/person? I’m wanting to be able to log in/out of either my account or his account on the same decide and app. TIA for any light you can shed on achieving this 

Hello there,Does the pixel watch 2 support voice coaching? I find this feature really useful to understand my split pace, however although I have turned on the voice coaching it doesn't seem to work when running without my phone and only with my watch? Any suggestions?

Hello,I've been experimenting with the Fitify fitness app on my iPhone / Apple Watch. The issue is that I can't transfer workouts into Strava even if Fitify uploads them to Apple Health.After contacting Fitify support, I was informed that since Apple Health receives the data, Strava must be source of the issue.How can I use Apple Health to integrate Fitify workouts into Strava? Or is there another way around it?Thanks for your help.

Hello,I have been using Strava for years with the same watch and I have noticed this week that maps from new activities are not displaying and maps from previous activities have dissapeared. I haven't modified anything related with configuration in many months. How can this be possible?Thank you.

I'm trying to automatically track steps from my iPhone health data. I have connected it with health on "Applications, Services, and Devices" settings but it says "No workouts detected in the last 30 days". But every other app thats connected to Health shows my health data fine. 

Hi allIs there a way i can start a run on my watch but also run another app - in this case its echo heart rate app so i can log the run with strava but just have the echo heart rate zone on screen. When i try i get the workout interuppted message   thanks in advance

hi   Do you know if you can get your sleep pattern data on to Strava from your Apple Watch. unable to resolve this > all my workouts are transferring no problem

I’ve logged out of both Apps then back in, switched the iWatch and phone off then back on. However I still can’t get them to Sync. Anyone able to help? Many thanks, Marc      

Why on my Strava i have bad tracking when on Sports Tracker using the same time everything is ok. Any sugestions ?

Há alguns dias notei que o strava deixou de atualizar as atividades de corrida feitas e salvas no zeblaze stratos lite 2. No app do zeblaze tudo ok, mas de uns 10 dias pra cá, as corridas não são importadas pro strava TRANSLATION: A few days ago I noticed that Strava stopped updating the running activities done and saved on the Zeblaze Stratos Lite 2. Everything is ok on the Zeblaze app, but for about 10 days now, the runs have not been imported into Strava

Hi @ All,I can't find a solution to my problem.When I start a Strava workout on the iPhone, I want it to be displayed on the Apple Watch at the same time.If I start the app on the watch afterwards, it does not synchronize the current live workout. It doesn't work the other way around either. Is this simply not possible or is there a missing setting? Thanks for your ideas.

Hi, i have problems with my strava on PC/Web.. it always fails to display the page perfectly in the last 5 days, I've tried using chrome, incognito, and firefox all of them can't display it. One of the info on the page says: "It looks like you're using a browser that Strava no longer supports." I've checked my chrome version, it's the latest version.is there anyone who can help me?

Hello, I am asking this specifically for a Garmin Etrex 32x device which is not supported by garmin connect and is not able to sync with phone, the only way to upload its tracks is to manually upload gpx file.From what I understand, device_name will show up in the activity page, only if it came from connected app (like garmin connect et al) Would it be possible if it showed on the activities where track was uploaded manually? gpx tracks usually contain creator xml tag for device that produced them. Or maybe there is a list of known devices from manufacturer's sync apps that are used, then again strava does not know etrex devices 🙂 I know it's old and unpopular gizmo, but it is really robust for all outdoor activities and would be nice if strava honored its device name from gpx xml. example tag from gpx <gpx xmlns="http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/1" xmlns:gpxx="http://www.garmin.com/xmlschemas/GpxExtensions/v3" xmlns:gpxtrkx="http://www.garmin.com

Somehow, since my last 2 runs, my activities is missing a lot of data. I tracked both runs on an Apple Watch Series 5 (no SIM) without carrying a phone. I turned all permissions to ON.  Any advice how to fix this?       

I've been having an odd issue where, after installing any iOS update (i.e. 17.2) on my phone, the Strava Apple Watch app becomes unlinked from my phone and showing that I need to complete setup on my phone.  Uninstalling Strava from my phone (which removes from watch), rebooting, and then reinstalling Strava on my phone will fix the issue temporarily, but at next iOS update, this will reoccur.The only workaround thus far has been to uninstall Strava from my Apple Watch, reboot the watch, reinstall Strava on my watch, and then go through setup again.

Was not having any issues with syncing from my watch until 6 days ago...Now nothing syncs and when I try to resync I get errors 99, 42, or 7....I have restarted my phone and watch as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both.....Looks like there have been issues in the past like this....Help.....I already lost a week of stuff and had to manually add them but as a premium member I would not think that this should be the norm..... 

Hello, I have a Huawei watch that synchronizes with strava, but I usually cannot check heart rate in strava. I thought it was because I didn't have a strava subscribtion so, simply, strava wasn't showing me the data. However, I have just started a 1 month free trial, but I still can't see any heart rate info. Does anyone knows if heart rate from huawei can be uploaded to strava? Thanks a lot, regards

Hi, I am currently training for a marathon and using Strava to track my runs on my Apple Watch. The trouble I am having is that my plan has specific paces it is telling me to run at during my runs, and Strava on my watch during my runs only tells me the Split and my Average Page. So if I have run for 5 minutes for example, I cannot see the current pace I am running at. Can someone please help me with this.

Has anyone had experience of content not showing on a PC? We can see all the drop down options such as activities and profile but then when the option is clicked there is a blank page. It’s only the one PC but it worked until a couple of weeks ago. We haven’t changed anything on the PC.It works with both our profiles on other devices such as iPad and laptop. Any thoughts please?
