I have a Garmin Forerunner 45 and I used to get the average split per mile.
I must have changed a setting. Garmin support was not able to me.
Has anyone had similar issues and know of a solution?

Thanks for your post. Are you talking about seeing the splits on your Garmin device, or getting audio cues during the activity recording? Or are you referring to seeing the splits on your Strava activity page after upload?
