I use Redmi Watch 3 Active, Strava can synchronize training results but not heart rate. Is there a solution that I can do?

Strava does not receive heart rate results during exercise

Make sure you have given Strava permissions for health-related data -- https://www.strava.com/settings/consent. Without consent your heart rate data won't be pulled in. In the app you can find the setting under You (bottom right) > Gear Icon (top right) > Data Permissions
