Although most third party issues look to have been solved. I still have issues with stryd and syncing to Strava. I reached out to Stryd, they’ve indicated that the issue still lies at Strava. 

Hello everyonetoday after finishing my outdoor rin on apple watch, I foget to press DONE so the workout does not link to strava. I need it to link to strava as we are in a race. Please give a solution for that. Thanks

Hi,Has anyone had issues as regards playback of Zwift ride video clips on Strava? Video clips are meant to be 15 seconds long but mine gets to around 3 seconds and just repeats in a loop Thanks

Hi I am new here so maybe this is a repeated query. I just finished a ride and saved the data on the app. It even shows in the notification bar of the app that you can see the analytics by clicking. However, when I click that, it opens an earlier ride of august 19th. Also, I can’t find the Aug 21 (I.e. today) ride anywhere. Nor is it synced with health app. Did I make a mistake in saving the ride or is it something else I should do. 

Since August 10, the Strava tile on my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 does not start a new track. After an attempt, the tile with 4 icons returns. App permissions are active. A new track with the app works, but not with the tile. App already deleted from watch and phone. But the problem keeps coming back.

Not sure why but my swim data is not showing up in strava when synced from Huawei health ? Runs/walks are showing without any issues 

Polar Grit X logs all activities to Polar Flow, but several activities will not sync to Strava. Random activities never sync like runs, and hikes. For example, of the four activities completed on one day, the second and the third activities did not sync. Ensured Strava app up to date, uninstalled, reinstalled, still same problem. 

Hi all. I’m recording my activities mostly with Strava app on my Apple Watch Ultra 2 and collecting heart rate stats with Garmin hrm connected to it. This setup perfectly works for running/cycling/walking/swimming, and not working at all for workouts or martial arts, such as boxing. It is not possible to wear watch during boxing training, so I’m forced to take it off, having only Garmin hrm on me. The struggle is that Apple Watch is not able to keep recording training activity when it’s off my wrist (big thanks to apple for that). So my only option to record activity is to start recording on my phone. And here is a catch - recording Strava activity using mobile phone results into missing calories, despite I have my Garmin hrm on me. My questions are:1. Is it possible to add calories for Strava activities where heart rate data is collected? I saw that only running/walking/cycling/hiking are currently supported, but I do not need high precision in those v

Since today, I couldn't authorize my mi fitness to connect to strava in my Iphone. Is there any change in the terms of service ?

Hi everyone, does anyone else use a TomTom watch to record their runs and then upload to Strava via the TomTom app? They announced last week that they are closing it down at the end of September, meaning users will no longer be able to upload their runs. I'm assuming I'll need to buy a new watch, but would be interested to know if there is a workaround? I have been unable to post in my New Balance Urban Mile club for a few days now.When I try to click on publish, I get an error message like the one in the attached picture. Error occures in the app and desktop devices.Can someone help me? I have already sent mail to support but no one responds.Thanks!

Hello everyone,I’ve had a troubling experience with this. I’m currently using the login method via Apple's private email and would like to download my data to my PC. The process indicates that my data will be sent to my email, but I haven’t received any email from Strava—actually, I’ve never received any emails from Strava at all. I’m using Gmail for this account too, so I can’t switch my private email to Gmail. What should I do next?Strava support, please assist me with this issue.Thank you. 

I often get a message after a workout that my iPhone was locked and Strava did not sync.  If I don't respond immediately to that notification the activity seems to just disappear  to Strava and is never synced. I am not using Strava to record the data but have allowed syncing from the health app.  One time after it happened I saw some other activities in the strava app for iPhone but don't see any way to get to that screen. Is there a way to see what has synced from Apple Health to Strava and force it to import an activity if you miss the notification?

Unfortunately I have used Facebook to login to Strava. I do want to remove that connection. How do I do that?

The Strava app on my Wear OS based Ticwatch Pro 5 is suffering from accuracy problems, mainly related to GPS drift. I'm finishing runs with 20% more distance than what is actually correct. This issue does not occur when using the default "TicExercise" app or the "Gear Tracker II" app under the same conditions (same trail, sky access, etc.). I can see the problem during the run and after uploading.

My gps tracking disconnects from phone during hike unless tracking screen is always on. This started happening recently.

Hi, I have a long standing problem which I've tweeted Strava support about but had nothing back.  I have Apple Watch Series 6, latest watch OS, iOS installed.  When I start an outdoor run on the watch's strava app, the heartrate recorded starts very high (circa 170bpm) before normalising back down to my proper heart rate after approx. 5 minutes.  My resting heart rate is 45bpm and around 60bpm when I'm walking around, so I know that a starting heart rate of 170bpm isn't real! (When the watch has normalised my max. is 140 bpm or thereabouts).  Interestingly this only happens on Outdoor Runs, if I do an Outdoor ride or another activity, the heart rate is fine throughout.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I've recently noticed that the calories burned are not shown in Strava (as it used to be few weeks ago) and this figure has been  replaced by Avg Power.I am using a Garmin Fenix 7 and had entered the weight etc..The Garmin Connect App shows the figure.  Any one can help?Thanks!

My run activity is not showing on my iPhone but my walking activity and golf activity is??? How can I solve this? Thanks 

Hi, I recently changed to a Giant Dash M200 GPS unit for my Embt, and all was well for the first ride. Data uploaded to the Stages cycling app and came across to Strava. However, subsequent rides have produced incorrect data uploads to Strava. All good on the M200 and in the Stages app, but upload to Strava from Stages and my data is skewed beyond belief. Distance and map are OK, but speeds and time are out of this world, e.g. max speed today was 443Km/hr and my 40km ride only took 5 minutes! I know I'm on an Embt but that's crazy. Anybody experiencing the same thing or got any ideas on how to correct this?

Is there any way Strava can prevent double posting.  People have so many options for updates to their rides.  Phones, watches, GPS devices.    People use two or more on one ride and get double or triple the correct distance.  Also is unfair for Local Legend segments. 

I see multiple posts about the same but no fix. In strava you click samsung, it tells you how to add strava in samsung app which works but you never see the app in apps section settings in strava  

Today I havent been able to access Strava on my Iphone 12.  Get the message "Something went went wrong - try again"  I deleted the app and reionstaled but no difference.  Anyone else having this issue?
