I record surf sessions with Dawn Patrol. Dawn Patrol recently began directly uploading to Strava, and these sessions reflect in my activities. That’s great!The issue: Dawn Patrol also records heart rate data, but this data is not reflecting in the Strava activities uploaded from Dawn Patrol. Am I missing something? I couldn’t find anything addressing this issue on Strava or Dawn Patrol customer support.

Hi, I have a Pixel Watch 2. I can see my activities on my watch Strava app stating unsynced but they won't sync! Tapping unsynced does not help. Still, I have one Unsynced activity. I tried to log out and log in again, but it still the same.  Version: 1.37 (77901) Any ideas on what should I do?  Thank you!    

I have a Garmin Forerunner 745 and a Fenix 7s, both of them display the exact same distance when I run, but Strava always shows 200m extra distance when I log the activity on Strava directly without the watch. I have tried different courses, different locations, different speeds, sometimes with stopping in between, others with a continuous run, still Strava GPS records around 200m more than Garmin GPS. Why? It is so frustrating 😭

I sync runs from Stryd to Fitness and it shows heart rate. I track outdoor bike tours with my Apple Watch and the HR shows also up in Fitness (of course). However, I track indoor cycling with ICtrainer and it successfully syncs to Strava incl HR but the sync of these sessions from Strava to Fitness are coming with HR data. I don’t understand how this is even possible and I checked all kind of permissions guides.

I see a lot of people asking about watch workouts being posted on Strava, but I need the other way round. I need my strava workout to be loaded as workout ont the apple watch, Health/fitness  What is the right way to do it ? I setup the integration, the upload from Strava to Apple Watch, but I don't see my workouts outside Strava APP/website. Any advise will be apreciated Thanks

I today ran 16km, I used the strava app on my apple watch. I was a bit away from home when i finished the activity so i just ended the workout there and walked home. However when i got home the run is not showing up on my iphone strava app. How can i fix this issue, and can i get the run to my phone somehow?

My Apple Watch is giving incorrect data. The map is correct and the steps are 6,252 but it says I did it in 38 seconds and was 0.05 miles. Breaking world records if the data is correct. I have updated and turned off my watch. Back to using strava on my phone. Any advice helpful.

I do several workouts a day most days. Lately I’ve been having issues with Strava syncing all of them. I usually do it shortly after my workout. I’ve been having to manually add my workouts. Notching to fix the issue. There is also no detectable pattern of when or what exercise it will not sync. For example, I go for a lunch run it will sync that workout. I go to the gym in the evening and I do a rowing  and also a weight training workout. It will sync one of the workouts but not the other. It’s very frustrating. Other days it will sync all of the workouts without issue. I’ve tried: Logging out and logging back in numerous times. Deleting and reinstalling the app a couple times in the iPhone Removed and added back Apple health/watch permissions. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my Apple Watches. 

Does anyone know what is going on?      

I occasionally get the following notification, not consistently but it seems to appear sometimes when I record a workout on my Apple Watch (in the native workout app) without my phone, or if my phone/watch are on airplane mode without internet access:If I click on the notification, I am taken to a screen like this in the Strava app:From here, I can just tap Import to pull the missing workouts into the Strava app and it works fine. However, the notification doesn’t always appear, and I cannot find any way to access this page directly within the app. Is there a simple workaround, or am I missing the way to access this page? I’ve looked everywhere and it does not seem to be in the app unless I click directly through the notification.

I have an old activity I want too move to Strava. In GARMIN Connect the one option I see is for a CSV file transfer. How can I covert that to a file Strava will read?

I have encountered a problem when running with my apple watch. The pace time per kilometer is way slower than if I would track the time with my phone. Also I have a Strava Subscription and I feel like when tracking with my apple watch it also tracks the average pace and not each kilometer on its own. Does any one know hpw ti fix this 

Hi everyone,unfortunately Strava has ended the support for older smart watches with Wear OS 2.xx.(Older? Hm... almost all smart watches except the new Samsung watches 😖)I am using a Mobvoi Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS with wearOs 2.38 but the strava has still worked fine.But I had to reset my watch because of a new cell phone.Now I want to re-install also the strava app on my watch but I can't get the old strava app in the play store and I don't know any other source where I can download the installation-file.I am very disappointed. I bought the chargeable membership because of the good usability, but now I can't use it anymore.I don't need any support from strava for the app, but I want to use the old app like I did in the past two years.Dear Community:Can anyone please send me the .apk or can tell me how to install the old strava app on my ticwatch again?Thanks a lot and best regardsDirk

Hello,  I am new to Strava and trying to figure out if the premium version is worth it. I have previously used Nike Run Club. A couple of questions I need help with.. 1. can you view the heart rate zones on your Apple Watch whilst you are running? I know you can see the data after. Is it possible to see the time spent in each zone on Strava Apple Watch? 2. can you only see current pace if you have the premium version?

This has happened a few times during my 8km lunch run at work.Basically during the whole run my Apple watch will say avg. pace: 5:45 per KM and also when finishing the run it says the same on the summary on the watch. But when I look at the summary on my iPhone it says 5:30 avg. pace per KM.Another thing is also that is will say 5:41 elapsed avg pace. but I never pause the run or actually stop (except once or twice for 1-2 seconds for cars at crosswalks). So everything feels off right now, the HR, the pace, the elapsed time.- Apple Watch SE- No auto-pause- Not manually pausing- iPhone is with me during the run and connected with Bluetooth to my watch. 

When I select Strava segments in Garmin Connect it only saves this for a few minutes and then reverts back to the Garmin segments checkbox being selected. Anyone else had this issue?

Hello, I am facing an issue with syncing my Garmin Forerunner 245 to Strava recently. When  I try to attempt to upload my activities, I am getting error code 503, indicating 'Service Unavailable'. This problem emerged around a week ago and has persisted despite my efforts to resolve it. I have tried restarting both my Garmin watch and the Strava app, reinstalled the app, and verified my internet connection, which appears stable. Even after this , the problem not resolved . I have checked https://communityhub.strava.com/t5/strava-features-chat/bd-p/strava-features-chat-rpa discussions but still need help .   Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would like to have a custom text or just normal text like "Morning run","Evening run"... instead of brand name text "Huawei activity" on strava from Huawei health and I have to edit all of time. I am not sure where to adjust it on huawei health or on strava? If any solution please help Thanks Phuc

I am trying to sync my fitness data with Strava. It has been syncing fine up until a few days ago. It usually gets data from Polar but for some reason it stopped syncing. In the android app the page to connect to Google fit is buggy. Keeps skipping to option to connect where I press continue then it goes to next page where I click done then it returns back to the same page where I already clicked continue...Round and round. Please help.    

I use a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt V1 with a Wahoo cadence sensor. My average cadence in Wahoo and Strava is always different, with Strava always being lower.Does Strava take 0rpm into account for its average? There is a setting in the Wahoo Elemnt to include zeros in the average count, which I have disabled. I am guessing this is why, but I just wanted to ask here in case someone already had come across this in the past. 

Hi,I use an Apple Watch and all of my other data appears when my runs are uploaded except for my heart rate. I checked the health settings and ensured that all of the possible information is shared. I am confused because my heart rate used to appear until June 7th and suddenly stopped, but I don't believe I changed any settings.

I just paid for a premium to be able to use Beacon when I'm out with my bike. I have a new Apple Watch Ultra with cellular and wanted to be able to go for a ride without my phone and a bike computer while still sending my location to my wife.I rode today and - there seems to be no way to have cadence data? I can't find a way to pair a sensor in the watch or use the already paired sensor (via Apple fitness).Never in a million years could I have imagined that a cycling app would not support cadence data?Also, the UI is basically unusable when trying to have a quick glance - the Apple App is miles ahead...Did I miss something or are there any plans on improving this mess? Seems like I have just waisted 75 EUR on this...

Hello all!I've been using Strava for about a year with my Watch4. I recently upgraded my phone and the Strava app is now showing elapsed time as the main display, where it used to be average pace, on runs.The pace is displayed in Strava orange and is now much smaller, and when I'm out I can't see it easily!Any advice on how to change it back?TIA 😊 Gary

When importing my workout from my Apple watch, the splits come into Strava as total miles vs. the splits recorded in my workout.  Is there a setting adjustment that needs made so they match?

Hi,I hope I've put this in the right place.I've been using Strava for several years, but earlier this year got the Pixel Watch to make my tracking more accurate, to give heart rate etc.  I use the Strava App on the watch and use it for both running and cycling.Usually, it works well, but on fairly regular occaisions (maybe once a week), I notice that after the activity has uploaded to Strava, the last half mile or so is cut off.  The run is still tracking when I get home, so its not a case of me accidentally hitting 'end' or anything like that.Geographically, it always seems to cut off in the same sort of area - so I'm wondering if there's something interfering with the signal - but that doesn't really make sense to me as it doesn't happen every time, and normally the tracker wouldn't cut off the activity, it would just keep going until it found a new signal.I don't know if this is a Strava issue, or a Google Pixel issue, but it's becomin
