Is there any way Strava can prevent double posting.  People have so many options for updates to their rides.  Phones, watches, GPS devices.    People use two or more on one ride and get double or triple the correct distance.  Also is unfair for Local Legend segments.

Thanks for your post. Duplicate activity efforts are not allowed on Strava segments. If you notice them, you can use our activity flag tool to report it. Find out more here
