I am trying to expect my indoor Kettler Racer S data to Strava. 
 

I can expect to CSV

 

but I cannot import the CSV data into Garmin or Strava  Obviously Garmin syncs with Strava 

 

The aim is to see all the data into the Strava App 

any ideas

Thanks for your post. CSV files are not valid for activity uploads. 

Check to see if you can export your activity files in one of our 3 supported formats (these work on Garmin as well)

.gpx

I would also encourage you to review the information here which explains the various ways you can import your data into Strava.
