Does anyone know how to delete/reset the Strava - Peloton integration?
We learned the hard way that Peloton does not validate emails during their setup process. So we bought a bike, thought we logged into my wife’s correct Peloton account on the bike screen (but mispelled her email), then integrated with Strava.
Later we realized we had the wrong (inaccessible) Peloton account and corrected that, but now cannot connect the correct Peloton account with her Strava account because Strava returns an error that there is already a Peloton account associated with that Strava account. We cannot “deactivate” the integration from the Peloton end because that email does not actually exist (and the Peloton account deleted.)
We have repeatedly tried to get support from Strava, but they just keep replying to our ticket with responses about how to change our STRAVA email, not understanding that we are trying to reset/delete the Strava/Peloton integration to start over.
We can “deactivate” the current Peloton/Strave integration, but that does not seem to delete/reset it as when we try to connect from the Peloton app once again Strava still returns a message that there is already a Peloton account associated with that Strava email.
