Apple Watch Health (Heart Rate) to Strava problem .. again, apologies.
I have an iPhone with iOS 17.7.1 but I cannot get my Heart Rate data from Health App to share with my Strava activity after I have completed a bike ride. Watching YouTube videos the information differs. See two images .. one is what I am supposed to see, the other is what I actually see on my iPhone.
I am following steps You>Settings>Manage apps and devices>Health
but information is not what I expected.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi @mvallance1234,
just a quick question to clarify - are you recording the activities with the Apple Workout app (icon with a yellow-ish runner) or with the Strava app?
To get to what's displayed on the 1st screenshot, open the Strava app, tab You, then the gear wheel (settings) in the top right corner, Manage apps and devices. That should show the Health app. Tap that, and it should bring you on that screen.
On the top of the screen you should see “permission status” - tap that and if any permissions are lacking, allow all.
My setup is below to compare. Note - I personally record my activities with the Workout app, so I’ve disabled syncing from Strava to Health (as I only use Health to Strava), and I manually sync after an activity is completed, as it's giving me more control. If there's any permission missing, instead of the ✔️ on the top of the screen next to Health, there’d be a ➕ indicator (which I need to tap to view whatever permissions I need to add).
Thank you very much for the clear solution. I will test this setup on my next ride.
