HOW DO I ACCESS MY PREMIUM STRAVA ACCOUNT WHEN THE EMAIL ADRESS DOES NOT EXCIST ANYMORE

Good day

I have an old email account that does not exist anymore and I cannot remember my old password.

I cannot reset password as I no longer receive emails to the email account.

How can I get access to my account without creating a new account?

Hi ​@Liefie van wyk, you’ll need to contact Strava Support, as this is a community hub where users help and advise each other, but we don't have access to accounts, passwords and such. Here's more details: 

 

Just note - you might need to be really patient, from what I hear the response time is rather longer these days, due to a large backlog of tickets.
