Hi I brought a new phone, went to sign into my normal account, but it seems like I’ve forgot the email and password. And also don’t have access to the email I created the account with. 
 

i have the Strava ID that’s all I seem to have. Also if I view my account from another strava account it has removed my profile picture. 
 

I have an active Strava plus’s subscription on this account so really want to use it 

 

I put a request in via Strava support but the ticket just gets closed as soon as I send it. 
 

please help

If you know the email then could try the ‘I forgot my Password’ route.  
If you don’t know that it can’t process the mail that will create then you’ll have to go back to Strava support giving them your details. 


@James01courtman It sounds like you are able to navigate to your Strava profile page while logged out, but cannot login to the account due to not knowing your account’s password. Additionally, you cannot reset your password because you do not have access to the associated email address.
