Just to confirm - what exact device is this? And is there some specific scenario when this happens? Someone with the same setup might be able to advise.
In general, the best first step would be updating both the Strava app as well as the operating system of the device to the latest version.
If that doesn't help, or if you already have the latest version, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Strava app, just in case it got somehow corrupt.
