I have a samsung galaxy watch 5 which I use for trainings swimming and running.
I've recently used strava for my activities but swtiched to samsung health a few weeks back.
Although I have synced strava on samsung health, whenever I finish a workout on samsung health, it does not upload to strava.
Anybody with the same problem as me?

Sorry to hear that your Samsung Health account and Strava are not syncing together. At this moment in time, indoor workouts or activities that do not contain GPS information will not push to Strava from Samsung Health.
Can you first confirm that your activities contain GPS information? GPS activities will sync, non-GPS activities are not supported for sync.
If your activities have GPS data, can you double-check that you are using the most recent version of Strava and you have updated Samsung Health to the latest versions?
Next, go ahead and disconnect Strava from Samsung Health. On the Samsung Health App, go to Menu (the 3 lines top left) > Settings (gear icon) > Connected Services. Tap Strava and confirm to Disconnect. Once disconnected, go ahead and reconnect by following the directions on Samsung Health and confirming your account information.
Once reconnected, go to your main page on Samsung Health and pull down to refresh. Go to Exercise > View History.

Is there a expectation to fix or implement the sync using the inside training without GPS?

I used samsung health app for swimming in a pool and it tracked straight into strava before and now it's no longer working.
Can you confirm this change of GPS only sync happened recently? Or is it a setting I am not doing correctly?
+2Although some indoors workouts do not have GPS data, the hearth rate, calories and other stats are there and should be allowed to be synced to Strava, its not cool, I mean my Swimming workouts sync perfectly and I swim indoors, there is no much GPS data there, so, what is the difference?, is it a Samsung Health omission?
+2The Samsung watch is the worst fitness watch I have had. Why do indoor activities not sync to Strava? All other fitness watches do! This is so frustrating!
+1Nah, still Samsung Health is not working with Strava. In Health app Strava is set but in Strava app there's a error when connecting to Samsung Health.
+1Tried this multiple times. Does not fix the problem.
Open manage apps and devices > gives option to "connect a device to Strava" or "services" which only has google fit.
No option for Samsung Health ever comes up in my Strava app
I am having the same issue. I got a new phone a couple of weeks ago and ran Manchester half marathon the day after I got it. I recorded the run using Samsung Health and was gutted to find that it wouldn’t sync to strava, despite them being connected. I have done everything that I can think of to try and resolve this problem but I can’t seem to get them to connect. I did record a ‘swim’ this afternoon however which did sync. Where am I going wrong ?
