Fitbit (Pixel 3 watch) activity and Rouvy activity not displaying on Strava dashboard

This is a strange thing. I am using my Pixel 3 watch (Fitbit app on my Pixel 9 Pro Fold phone) to track activities (long dog walks, runs on the treadmill, outdoor skating). I’m also using ROUVY to ride indoors. As far as I can tell, both of these apps are linked to my Strava account to automatically show these activities.

However, none of these activities are showing in my Strava dashboard. The strange thing is that I get friends on Strava sending me kudos for these activities (notifications). Yet, I don’t see these activities in Strava myself. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling Strava on my phone. I’ve also unlinked and reminded my ROUVY account with Strava as well.

Any ideas? This is really odd to me.

The first screenshot is from a duplicated account anyway. A tiny detail reveals that: There is a Kudo button and that it only there for activities of other accounts (you can’t give yourself kudos). So at some time you had created a second account with the same name and same avatar and used that for the Pixel watch and Rouvy.

You can click on the kudo notification to drill into the activity. And in case until now you only looked on the dashboard you could try the activities in the “You” section additionally. If the activities are there and not on the dashboard it either means they are muted (this would be the work of a third party app) or that there is something  wrong with the timestamps.

I go to the “You” section on my app. It has two tabs at the top. Progress and Activities. I look at Activities and the last event logged was back in Sept 28th, 2025 (an outdoor bike ride logged with my Garmin 1050-I haven’t logged any subsequent events with the Garmin since). So, all of these events (treadmill runs, dog walks/hikes, outdoor skate (all logged with my Pixel 3 watch → Fitbit app on my phone) as well as Rouvy rides from my iPad) that I’m getting kudos for are not showing up as activities on my Strava app.

That’s the strange thing.

And where do you land when you click on the kudo notification?

I’m trying to post a screenshot. So, here’s an example logged event (by my Pixel 3 Watch). You can see people have given me kudos. It’s definitely my account. That’s my icon/avatar. When I click on the avatar, I get to my account. But nothing shows up in the activities log.

This shows an example of an event that seemingly people are giving me kudos on Strava for. But it does not appear in my activity feed.
So, from the previous screenshot, if I click on my avatar, I get into the rest of my account. (It’s the proper account and not some duplicate) And you can see, the latest logged event on Strava was from the end of September (Garmin 1050) when there has actually been multiple event since then. Rouvy and from my Pixel 3 watch (new device for me to log exercise with)

Thanks for that. I’ll have a closer look at that. I did have 2 accounts (a dormant one that I didn’t use) at one time. Thought I had that one deleted so as to not confuse things. You are possibly onto something...
