Error when log a ride

Hi all.  I have been discussing this issue with the support for over one year now, and nothing happens. I would really know if there are more people out there that experience issue.

When I edit a “ride” I get this “strava server has encountered an error...” message. My workaround is to first save the ride as a run, and then switch it back to ride. After this I can enter details to the ride.

I think it is connected to my account/profile, while I have tested on several phones (Samsung two models, and Iphone). And while I have had it for so long, several strava app version are tested.

 

How to get help with this issue?

How do you record the rides? Was it with the same device all the time? Does the same error occur when editing the ride in the web browser?

Hi! Thanks for your reply. While I have a new phone, ride is recorded with different devices. I will test this afternoon to edit the ride from the web interface.

Yes, Edit the ride from web interface is successful. And after I’ve edited this ride from, no error message is displayed. So it seems that it is only if the ride is “new” and edited from a  mobile device 🤔
