I joined the Family Plan and the invitation link does not work for my daughter. The error mesage says “Sorry, you can't join this plan. You must live in the same country to join the family plan.” She is only 16 and lives at home. What do we need to do to allow her to join?

most likely each of you have a different country code set in your profile for some reason. Users can't correct it themselves, you'll need to contact Strava Support to get it fixed for you. Here's how:
