When I upload to Strava from my device it is incorrect. The watch Reflex Active 54 and my phone both have the identical and correct timing however when I upload to Strava I suddenly turn into a superhero. I have run with my phone in hand and without andbyet sit with the same problem. Example of last 3 runs and when I try upload any ideas.

Watch & Phone   4.87km   35.03min  7.11p/km

Strava                   4.93km   22.36min  4.35p/km

Watch & Phone   5.02km   33.55min  6.44p/km

Strava                   4.97km    18.42min  3.46p/km

Watch & Phone   5.04km    34.44min  6.53p/km

Strava                   5.00km   18.46min   3.45p/km

Any assistance would be appreciated

This problem usually arises if the phone does not have an accurate enough satellite reception and Strava deems parts of your runs were pauses due to not enough location changes. Maybe you have some settings on your phone to increase the reception quality. If not, then unfortunately you need either another phone or a watch with inbuild GPS sensors, preferably with the multiband option.

Thanks for reply. The watch does have GPS and AGPS and I have run with my phone and also run without the phone with me. What's confusing is the fact that the watch reads correct time and distance and the phone reads correct time and distance its only on the upload that info changes
